Messaging System Malfunction

We have 2 messages, I can't tell what they are because when I click on the Messages tab it goes to the gray "recipient name" screen, like it does every Friday.

Somewhere, there are people with little pointy heads laughing their ass off that they actually got paid to make this POS.

As large and visible as SLS is, if things keep up, it wouldn't surprise me to see a class action suit against them. Just saying.

If that happens though, you might see SLS disappear altogether if SLS lost, so not sure that would be in anyone's best interest.

We are all for keeping up with the Joneses, however they should run beta test version before they ever implement something that they don't know is going to work. Now they've got the website screwed up where people can't communicate, you get messages from people that you have blocked, people you send messages to don't get them for several days long after they need to get them, people are getting upset that like to use the website to set up dates. The people who have not bested no money could care less because you get what you pay for... But those of us that have been on the lifestyle for years are very aggravated because we invested our money and now it's worthless. We're also not real happy with the fact that I can't put what I want on my profile... References to other chatting app.,. since they're messaging system isn't working and sucks they won't let you put an alternate ways in your profile for people to get in contact with you that might want to meet you. Their competitors don't have any problem with it.,. I guess SLS is wanting us to go to their competition, now that they've already got our hard-earned money

It's an everyday, several times a day occurrence. I know nothing of how a website but as a consumer, just know it's supposed to work. We are on two other competitor's websites and they never have a problem. Whoever they are paying to maintain this site should be replaced. I hate complaining but get it together.

A while back We and and every member of another LS website receive a Notice of an impending Test to be run on a certain Feature of the website in the process of being updated by that site's IT team. They also requested feedback from the members (Customers who paid money) reflecting thoughts for improvement.
Translated that means. They were communicating upfront what they were going to do to improve the particular feature, and asking members to try it out and provide Feedback
Today on that other LS website.
We and every member of the website received the following message from the implementation team working on it..
"""""Over the last weeks we have been testing our new Insert Blank feature, and we have received fantastic feedback from the members""" ...""""Try it out today, and of course we welcome any feed back you may have""'

Our question is which could be applied to any one of the changes that occur on this site:
Would anyone ever expect to see communications like the above from anyone on this website?
We are not suggesting any Right or Wrong answer, just asking what you think.

For us, these types of messages to the members ( Customers who paid money) makes us think of words like. Upfront, Advance communication of change, Proactive Customer feedback to the IT team, Try it now after incorporating customer feedback. Asking for more feedback after the changes made and provide that Feedback.....Directly to the IT team.

Not going to mention the other website. As all LS websites have their same similar issues. Merely mentioning how similar websites can operate, and how they approach those similar issues with their members (Customers who paid money) in differing ways.

IOS and Safari not loading, only showing a spinning dial and reconnecting.

Tested login on my laptop is MSW 10 and Edge, works fine. Shows we have messages, including one message this morning saying "Good Morning", kinda late now.... lol

Hmmm. I'm using Opera for all my LS activity including SLS, and I haven't had problems getting into the message system. Some of the other "features" here don't work on Opera, like the flyover, but nothing I find particularly useful so it's a wash.

The problem for me is simply that the site is all baling wire, duct tape and super glue. Even when things work exactly like the developers intend, it's obvious that the different modules are built to make things easy for the developers, not for the customers.
