Shaving, or not

Port Orchard, WA, Us

Astounding to me the lengths people will go for the preferences of a complete stranger.

I use a womens razor and a trimmer. I do my whole body every day. Turn it into foreplay. Might be fun

One word...Laser . When you get laser treatments, even if it not 100% removed, it takes a lot longer for it to grow back. But ideally with 15 o treatments of so, your skin with be smooth without the hassle of shaving.

I always shaved in the shower with a new blade face and below and never had issue. Not even a stubble. Hot water is the trick.

I kept feeling hotspots on the skin under the beard, but then again, every time I looked over, she was staring holes through it. Face is baby bottom smooth after this past weekend.

LOL! I wondered what you meant about having a short beard, then looked at your pic! Now THAT'S a beard. My gf likes mine short.

Seems my trimmed goatee hairs get blunt enough in only a couple days. Whenever she mentions me having sharpened my beard it's always the day I trimmed it and doesn't seem bothered by it after that.

I swear I am part wolf with all the hair on my body. It takes time to keep it under control. I shave my head and face every other day. The boys get a once a week treatment, shaft and balls are shaved and area above trimmed.
The chest gets trimmed once a month and my back is waxed when my SIL comes over (it’s a family affair... we have a nice dinner and then everyone sits and watches me be tortured) and can wax me ...otherwise it’s shaved. If I didn’t go through this routine I am pretty sure I would be called out as Sasquatch.

LOL 1/4" long and he calls it a beard. BTW any time you trim hair it cuts it at a "sharp" angle so it will be "prickly" the shorter it is. Longer hairs as mentions flex but can still be a little pokey. After a few days a few hair cells fall off then end "blunting" the hairs and making it soft. So the lesson here for the guys is to trim a beard say a week before you plan to get near sensitive areas.

I grew a goatee this year, but try to keep it around an inch or so long. The hairs bend/flex at that length (usually) rather than poke. I also use conditioner, which helps keep it soft.

I have a goatee I try to keep at around 1/4-1/2" long. When I trim the bottom of the mustache part, C calls it "sharpening my beard." Apparently, the hairs are really sharp right after I use the trimmer. Same thing with pubes - when I tried to just keep them trimmed, they could be pokey, so I just shaved it off and problem solved.

i have a close cropped beard too. I make sure to use conditioner before playtime just in case it's scratchy. It's not stubbly though, just short.

I’ve been growing a beard for a month now. At 3/4 inch, she says it still feels like sandpaper and it’s 99% “old man” grey. I asked Mrs. 888 for a landing strip, but she has said no and retaliating by saying she’s not shaving her entire nether region, legs nor armpits.

Pssst.... kitten...

We both shave our nether regions and I keep my beard short and trimmed. Using hair conditioner on my short beard makes it feel pretty nice on sensitive area. Or so I've been told.

Just in case your taking notes.

we prefer shaved or at least trimmed

but i'd love to find play partners where the female half was more or less natural.

sexy nova-bingo. shaving around my wiener and leaving everything else as is would look ridiculous. like a clearing cut out of the amazon. lol. just trim the chest and pubes down a 1/4", shave the shaft and balls. looks normal but neat and no danger of anyone getting the dreaded hair in their mouth or otherwise coming into direct oral contact with hair at all.

@ lovemonkeys

Yep, before I shaved, I just used my beard trimmer up top. Still use it to keep the chest hair forest under control. Easy and fast.

One of our friends is really hairy head to toe. He showed up one weekend with the area above his cock freshly shaved and it looked pretty odd to see this bald spot on a body of fur. He'd have been better off just trimming short, like you do, so it didn't look so stark.

St Petersburg, FL, Us

sexynova and mayhem-yep, electric trimmers are the trick for me. I am also pretty hairy naturally, so I trim 1/8" on arms an legs, 1/4" on chest and upper pubes, and 0" (just the trimmer) on my ass and back, then shave my balls.

But for mrs lovemonkey, i wish she wouldn't shave at all. her hair is so sparse down low, and up top it's silky and straight and doesn't cover much territory.

I know you have a thing for her and didn’t want you to be disappointed not to see her again, so I put her in the corner in case you stopped by.

To Mayhem's point, although I do shave, I also let it grow out up top between shaving. It's convenient and never gets more than maybe 1/4" so I can still shave without trimming first. C loves ball play and likes the feel of them shaved, so I do keep the boys shaved more often because I want her to enjoy being down there any time!!

C got lasered and the process involved three visits weeks apart. Then she went back again a year later. She also requires one of the new lasers that works on blond pubes (the old ones require dark hair to work). Follicles go dormant from time to time and lasering won't keep a follicle that was dormant during the lasering from growing a hair back when the follicle wakes up (hence the follow-ups). C didn't have alot of pubic hair to begin with, so at this point she always looks completely bare, but she does say a stray will pop up from time to time, so she just plucks it.

We do see quite a few women with a little patch up top. I think a wispy little patch can look really sexy. We've seen men try this and it just looks funny to us.

Kind of something I try to do in general is get the maximum gain from minimal effort. It's more like efficiency than laziness. People don't want to get pubes in their mouth and others don't want to deal with shaving bumps and/or in-grown hairs. As someone else mentioned, the idea of seeing someone shaved smooth has become so common that some are leaning the other way towards a little hair being a sexier look.

It really is hard to beat simply trimming very short. Using Couchy conditioner quickly gets me past a porcupine stage and I can go nearly a month before I have to do it again. Trimmers are cheap and it's all in the comfort and privacy of your own home, versus say, lasering. From what I've read about lasering, aside from expense and discomfort, it's not really permanent. If it was, I might consider it, but more for ear and nose hair.

The time I save not shaving I can spend on manicuring my nails. It's an area that often gets neglected by guys in particular and it's happened more than once to the Mrs where a guy's equipment fails and he resorts to fingers, only to have it hurt, or worse yet, cut her.

I kissed, licked and fingered a fully shaven, buttery smooth vagina for hours last night; After I fucked it's already swollen and slippery love curtains, I cummed all over that smoothly shaven mound and watch as my fluids run down her labia, losing sight as it carved it's way beyond her butt crack; what didn't run down onto the sheets, got rubbed into her continually softly inviting thrusts through a loving massage into her genitalia.

DISCLAIMER: No pubic hair was harmed nor induced during the making.....

You are a brave man! Mrs Sexy likes shaved, too, and offered to wax me a couple years ago. She did a nice job, but one rip was a bit low (that different skin down nearer the base of Mr. Happy) and hurt like a mother. All in all it was a hassle and a mess, so I just shave with a good razor now since I have to shave the boys anyway. She's encouraged me to try lasering at her salon because she's seen other guys there. I haven't quit gotten to where I want to drop trou at a salon!

I'm a teeny bit hirsute, so I just trim everything super short, which works for my magnificently pasty pudgy manbody. I tried going totally smooth down below once but it looked freakish. The only way it works visually is if I were to dive into a vat of Nair. Its bad enough doing my back with that drain cleaner...
