thank god for that the "Wall" was finally fixed
Fix the website already
Everyone has to comply with that Wayne. There is no reason why a member can’t rotate their own photos. Waiting for a hot date for today to get approved tomorrow or to update your profile narrative is just ridiculous. If this is your excuse, just shut it all down. Protecting me isn’t sending you my photos to rotate.

…and, posting a meeting- instant
Updating your profile- instant
Posting photographs with the ability to rotate and change orientation-instant
There are a ton of “Instant” features on the other site that are delayed (forever) features on this one. Honestly. No reason for that.
Yes. At least one of those “other sites” does have a who's on feature.
OHW, it’s generally how it goes because there’s such an uptick in traffic on the weekends. Hopefully once this rebrand and site are up and running things will be dramatically improved!
We also need a way to communicate with attendees of events in a timely manner. We’re hosting this weekend and using the bill mail for final details is almost useless as the messages are generally not approved and sent out same day. It does no good to send out pertinent info for an event Sat that isn’t sent until Sun or Mon. Hopefully we get some adjustment there as well.

<p><span style="color:rgb(0, 0, 0); font-family:open sans,sans-serif; font-size:14px">Yes, the site is still having issues and the developers are still trying to pinpoint the exact cause. They already tried disabling the inactivity polling.</span></p>

Yep running slow as shit and numerous error messages. Hey, it Friday of course the site will run like crap.
Still seeing slowness and have gotten about a dozen session related errors today so far. If I load the main Login page it shows the number of currently active members. It seems more often than not, when this number gets above 7K the site shows a lot more of the types of symptoms I'm seeing. It's as if it doesn't have the capacity to handle that number of active users.

The last couple of days I have seen a lot of what look like session related errors with the message "We're sorry, it appears the web page you are tying to access seems to be having problems." Also saw a SQL exception dump one of the times.
Hitting the browser Back button (sometimes multiple times) usually gets me back so I can carry on as normal, until the next time it happens.
Yes, I had the same nginx 404 messages. It isn't the first time either.
404 error message for at least an hour this evening. Yet through common core and fuzzy math, admin claims 98% of the time there are NO issues.
The SLS IT gerbils have problems getting the exercise wheels up to speed on the weekend when they're in a kibble hangover.
mayhem, the issues are pretty consistent and def exasberated on the weekends when traffic is higher.
Can't speak for anyone else, but things are crazy busy with LS activity for us for this time of year. Normally this is our slow time. I guess people feel with winter weather and the major holidays behind us, it's time to play. In any event, this may make a higher number of people on the site, which may account for some of the performance issues people are seeing.
Yesterday the site was keeping us logged in after hours of inactivity.
Today we get bounced and have to log back in after five minutes of inactivity.
Another weekend , slow or not loading hot dates ,
twofor - they make it incredibly difficult to run a group here. You rarely can get any time sensitive updates out and if you direct message attendees you'll be punished for "spamming" per Wayne.
Sent an email to our group this morning and no alerts sent as of yet smh. Try to go into certain windows an get coldfusion code BS. This site is disgusting the people running it should sell it. Horrible
Ugh. Saturday morning. Prime swinger day. Hot dates, profiles, certs, all slow to load or don't completely load at all.
No other web site we use, Lifestyle or vanilla, work or home, works as poorly as this one does.
It's so frustrating..........
Unfortunately its against site rules to talk about other sites.. do a search on swinger sites and you will see several popular ones.
In all honesty this was the best several years ago.. and best bang for the buck.. so lets see if they get the mojo back!
I am glad I only signed up for a month-to-month subscription. What are some other sites that people are using?
I think this site is trying to mimic another popular site. One that doesn’t fail users. The problem, they want to create something using something old. What’s that line about lipstick on a pig. Just FUBAR. Don’t understand why they don’t send out an email explaining that the system is old. The amount of new memberships has overwhelmed the technology used to create it, and as such, a new version is under construction but will take some time to implement. We intend to keep members informed as we intend to improve the site and make it more user friendly! Why would that be so difficult?
We were surfing the social media site with the little bird tonight and may or may not have happened upon an unofficial poll regarding site performance. Obviously can't link to it but a search with the hash tag of Swinglifestyle may or may not turn up such poll.
Tonight it's just plain bad. It took four attempts to log in because I kept getting errors. The chat isn't loading. Our messages aren't loading and the annoying banner image is still on constant repeat. Please fix it already. It's been months of this nonsense. We've been more than patient.
