I had an Alert with a 1 in earlier , but it did have an actual alert message when I clicked on it, and the birdie and red circle notification went away after I viewed it, as it should.

Anyone else have a birdie showing up and 1 over the alerts, but when I open it, there's nothing there but it still says 1 of 1 ???

Over the years of problems with the site, have you noticed there is never a problem with the advertising or the Bliss Cruise that we can’t take off our page ?

Very frustrating. Either the wheel goes around and around buffering or I write a message and send it. And nothing shows as being sent. Rinse. Repeat. Same thing. Just the most unreliable aspect of SLS. Sorry for venting.

I normally would have sympathy for the beleaguered sole SLS support, but dang, that's some serious tone deaf response right there.

This sites is held together with bandaids and red banners right now - is there any other broken feature we should get used to working around?

MandC…. More like YEARS than months. Seriously, peruse the forums and you’ll see posts dating back almost two years with many of the same issues. But we agree, there is a vote of “no confidence” with the IM system as it stands or the web dev team for that matter.

Wayne, the current reality with the Messages is that there is no confidence in the system working properly. That's not on us as users, that's on SLS since there have been issues for months, and it's still hasn't been fixed by the Developers (banner or not). So no one here is 100% sure whether Messages they send reach their destination, or if Messages sent to them make it to their Inbox. Yes, we've all sent Messages and not gotten replies, but SLS's inability to fix the Message issue(s) causes users to speculate if Messages are working properly or not.

WOW! Seriously, that’s a wow statement. You said it was going to be fixed and running on Monday the 21st, didn’t happen. People pay money to use this site, they expect it to work properly. If I put in a new front door on your house and it wouldn’t open, how would you feel if I told you to just climb through the window from now on. It’s on the porch too, it’ll only take an extra second? You’d be pissed. You paid for a service you can’t use as advertised. But you can still get in and out, so no big deal, right? For the record, mail was taken away years ago, we only have messages now.

beating a dead horse here, but the messages are NOT going through on the website... i have sent several today and when send is hit its blank... and then I can check the app and there is no message that went through (messages sent via the app appear to be going through but who knows if the web users are getting them).

also, on the APP, poorly placed buttons on the send and the attach photo as countless times my finger has accidently hit the attach photo button and didnt want to attach a photo but once you go back message is gone and you have to retype the entire message - button needs to be in a different location - wont hold my breath

<p>There is a banner at the top of the page that lets people know that the mail counter is turned off and that you can go into your Messages to check for new mail. As customer service, that is all I can do for that. I have acknowleged it, I spoke with the developers as to why they did it and the company had the developers post the banner. So that issue is closed until such time that the developers tell me that they will turn it back on. </p>

It’s not getting any better seems we can get messages but the ones we send never go through. We have replied to several messages in past couple weeks and get no reply back. Even after sending new message still no reply. Makes us think our messages are not going thru. Frustrating!!!

The plethora of 404 errors and the speed of the site today is really frustrating. Do any of the support personnel even read all the issues going on? I was submitting tickets but what’s the point when it doesn’t get fixed anyway?

I think we are going into week three of the dreaded upgrades or maintanance of the site. Im sure sites operated like this arent what Al Gore had in mind when he invented the internet. Site has always had issues but has gotten progressively worse over the years.

Hollyblue the issues aren’t on their end. Only on ours. Too funny!!!! That’s their claim. Anywhere else you’d be fired. Unfortunately I won’t use negative words being we were already put in time out like kinder gardeners for stating the truth. We’re slowly migrating to the other sites because this one’s getting worse.
