Messages seem to be down again. Anyone else having trouble with them and pulling up Certs?

Counter may be removed but its been replaced with a BAD 404 GATEWAY notice

<p>The message counter has now been completely removed (temporarily). So you will not see the '0' in a red circle. You can go into your Messages list to check for new messages.</p>

Even though the red zero is distracting it is also not correct. Zero in the Messages box tells me that there are no new messages. Just by chance I happened to click on the Messages box. Yep, two new messages that SLS did not indicate were there. This is really a problem when we are having an ongoing conversation with another member. Are we supposed to click the box every few minutes to see if there is a new message? If this is by design... it needs to be redesigned. If this a bug... it needs to be fixed.

Our messages vanished all together ... Entire inbox empty. All convos gone ... Anyone else have this happen?

I put in a help ticket yest, but haven't gotten a response yet. They are probably super busy answering ppl who sent in tickets asking why their message counter says "0"

What a mess !!! I had (4) messages received today and a (0) on the message counter... I happened to check my messages out of habit. Is there a website Notice or Banner informing members of this issue?

Even the red 0 count is annoying because at firts glance you think you have a message, but nooooo.
Why could you not leave well enough alone. Now you have added another reason for us to complain about.
Has anyone there ever had a successful customer service position?
Geeze, it is not that hard.

<p>We have intentionally turned off the new message counter. That is why it is showing "0" or undefined. You still can send and receive messages. You will need to go into your messages to see if you have new messages. That process was causing some of the server issues. Our developers are database administrator are addressing it.</p>

I’m glad we’re not alone

I now have a red bubble over messages that always says undefined. It no longer indicates if I have received any messages.
