What's funny is that it's kinda sorta (or a lotte, depending on whom you ask) based on the Miata, but it's far roomier inside. I can fit in it no problem, but I am crammed into a Miata.

We drove a number of cars before making this decision. Some of the weirdest things make you pick one car over another. The air turbulence patterns in the interior, with the top down, for instance. In a Porsche 718 at 50 mph Mrs VA's hair flies everywhere. In the 124 it does not. Sounds petty but that was a big factor. If the 718 were comparable in price we might be talking about that, but with it being double - we just didn't love driving it as much.

I didn't like the nissan 370z nearly as much as I thought I would.

Both of us had an absolute blast driving it. Getting it in black and red with black and red interior. 6 speed manual, baby.

How are the cuoholders?

HT: it's going to be an Abarth 124 Spider.

Oldest boy s happily married to a great woman. Its been a year now and they are still really loving their life together.

HT: My dad is deaf. He will not admit he is deaf. He will not use assistive technology. He will not text. But he can't hear anything lower in volume than a full-throated holler. So, our phone conversations are short. Today's lasted 37 seconds. But we got the important things in, so that makes me happy. Stubborn old raisin.

A great Friday date night which extended into Saturday morning, a last minute call from a good friend who happened to be in town for a conference, which turned into a Saturday night of live jazz and a few hours of casino fun, and rainy Sunday hanging with my kids, watching the Tonys.

We are getting stoned!!! Putting twelve tons of landscaping rocks in the front yard. Thank god i have to money to hire someone to do the hard work.

We rarely go up in the summer time so, Portable a/c

Sipping on coffee, enjoying that satisfied all over sore body feeling, after a very, very long night while the 2 girls are still up stairs sleeping.

So my friend,....I'll call her Melania, ;) and I finally got together after almost a year. We text usually two or three times a week, but hadn't seen each other for that long. It happened Saturday. That's how you know when it's real. When you feel like you didn't miss a day. :)

Watching Sparky our robot vacuum cleaner work. Its pretty cool and really does work good.

I have had one of the best weekends ever (really). Friday - Kinky Karaoke great crowd and lots of energy (singing, dancing, flirting, shenanigans, etc.). Saturday afternoon connected with an old 'friend' via text. Saturday eve - agreed to a last-minute date and I'm glad I did he is such an interesting gentleman. Sunday - family attended a Parisian Promenade at a local botanical garden; my daughter brought her "real" camera and got some great shots of everyone. So nice to see her enjoying an old passion and hobby. The pièce de ré·sis·tance exceeding a weight goal ahead of schedule making it possible to wear a very special LBD Friday night.

Weekends like this do not come often - I will savor this one.
