Every chance I get to go to the beach, and Mrs.SOTW wear a bikini, is worth the trip. Regardless if I find Pirate Gold or not, I'm going home with "The Booty!"

Assuming that VA has just had a new baby. He has me blocked. Here is a trick to get that baby to sleep though the night. Have your wife breast feed the baby at 8pm and then go to bed. You then bottle feed the baby at 10pm. The formula will keep the baby full until around 5 to 6am.

Also this makes it very easy to wean the baby off the tit.

This worked for all three or our kids and everyone i suggested this to.

HT: The next two weeks will have one exciting and one VERY exciting event.

The exciting one: This coming Saturday, I will be the starting (and almost certainly the finishing) pitcher in our league championship game.

The VERY exciting one: The following Friday, July 6, I will walk my daughter down the aisle.

About a year ago we decided to go full time RVing. Due to work we have a limited travel area. We planned on spending summers up in the mountains where it is cooler. Rv spots in this resort town or expensive so we decided to buy a small cabin for the same monthly cost as a rented rv spot. We couldn't find anything we liked that would also fit our camper. Very hard to find level land in the mountains.
We happened to stumble across a large mostly flat lot. We got it a put a small one bedroom cabin on it. All in we got about 100k in it. Had our realtor come by. He told us there is a shortage of properties right now and our cabin is worth about 130k. Looks like we made a pretty good investment.

Found a great karaoke place here in Vegas Open mike all night long with lots of fun people. Beer is 3.50 a pint and is good beer. My wife likes to sing and she loves to get up on stage and wiggle her body around for the men to admire.
The nice thing about this place is that there where two other women who like to wiggle on stage as they sang. One was beautiful black woman in a very short tight dress and the other was a beautiful blond woman with big tits that she was showing off in a very very low cut dress.

Mrs SOTW has been wanting to go to the beach. I'm not the kind to sit still for too long so I figured why not, plus My friend found 2 mens gold rings last month. Almost enough to pay for his mch. Of course I practicality stole mine so 1 good find and its gravy after that.

SOTW - Re: Metal detector... This is why I'll never move to Florida. It's a slippery slope; First, the move to FL, next thing you know, you're wearing sans-belt double knits, sitting on a phone book and looking through the steering wheel to drive. Then, you're yelling at the kids who walk across your lawn...and waking up at 4 am to get to the beach to beat the other "prospectors" to an assortment of beer caps and the stray Pieces of eight...

Actually, that sounds kinda nice...

Carry on,

HT#1 I booked our room for Mrs SOTW's birthday vacation to the Bahamas. Were taking my brother's 38ft Fountain so we will be free to do a little island hopping.

HT#2 I guess I feel like I don't have enough hobbies so yesterday I picked up a Minelab CTX 30-30 metal detector. There is a Civil War battle ground nearby so it should be plenty interesting. Plus its water proof so ill be taking it to the beach and ill also take with us on our trip to look for pirate booty!

So we have our car. Mrs VA drove it home, albeit in a thunderstorm. She drove it the 23 miles to dinner and then 8 home. We dropped the beamer off at the house and this time I took it for a spin, except now the weather was clear and I had the top down.

Omg that was so much fun. Wheeeeee!

"Maybe the Porsche’s wind deflector wasn’t installed."

That's entirely possible. I'm not sure. One major difference was that I sat much lower in the Porsche compared to the Abarth (I'm going to keep calling it that) when consider the height of the doors. I am unable to rest my arm on the side of the door in the Porsche. In the Abarth you almost feel like you're riding on the car, sort of go-kart style. With regards to the interior sizing - I'm thinking you're right S, it's really just a better configuration. I really like the styling of it too. And we're getting it in the red/black with red/black interior color scheme, which I think looks awesome (the exact same color configuration was available in the Porsche - minus the black stripe up the center - and if we were to go there, we would have done the same thing).

There is no contest in terms of the quality of the car itself - the Porsche was clearly the better car. But we honestly had more fun driving the Abarth, and given that it's half the price of the Porsche, that sort of sealed it.

One thing - the engine sound of the Abarth is the throatiest 4-cylinder engine I have ever heard, and like the Porsche you can tone down the exhaust noise to not piss off your neighbors at 3 am.

""Now my jeans wont keep falling off."
For you, that is an HT.

lol don't worry TBR they will still come off when I want them to! But the saggy rapper butt was not a look (or feeling) I enjoyed and Trooper was starting to tease me about it.

That's a really nice looking car. And if I say it reminds me of my favorite Hot Wheels cars over the years, that's actually a compliment.

New Orleans, LA, Us

Good choice VA. The cars are based on the same platform so not sure why the interior felt roomier but sometimes the seats can make the difference. The extra 5” on the 124 is just in body panels, not wheelbase so they must have done a better job configuring the interior.

Either car would be a blast to drive but I do like the styling of the Fiat vs the Mazda.

Enjoy!

It looks a lot like the Miata.

That turbo will make all the difference. My Miata is gutless despite having a larger engine. An aftermarket turbo may be in my future.

And the price is not bad, either.

Maybe the Porsche’s wind deflector wasn’t installed. We’ve never had hair problems with our euro CVs when the deflector is in.
