Some good advice here on the vs. ankle weights.... the only time I use them may be when I do leg lifts and crunches for ab work, either on a decline bench or overhead hanging bars.

Motivation to get Fit

BF - DIL and son had to spend time in the hospital and Doctor's office because of her shoulder injury this weekend HT- Got to spend time watching the "grands"! BF - I'm outnumbered 2 to 1... HT - ice cream is a game changer.

What's your WOD (workout of the day)

Don't know much about the yoga I took... but for me hanging- crunches, windmills and leg raises work wonders for the abs. It took me a while to get the strength to do 3 to 4 sets for each, but imo it does get results.
