Messaging not working

Wayne, serious question. The message counter has been working great for about a month, we in the world would they install a new one?

<p>The new message counter was changed last week. It only checks and updates the counter at login and when you select the Messages tab.</p>

Same for us. Also was on early and no message came thru till much later than the person sent it.

Same issue as others. Need to open message 2 times for the notification to go away.

Yeah, for some reason the bird doesn't go away until a message is opened twice. Was like that all day yesterday and so far today.

I'm getting the birdie and red circle with number indicating new messages again.

The red banner is gone indicating SLS thinks it's fixed.

But the birdie and red circle with number don't go away when I read the new messages. I have to visit the message page again (can't remember if I actually have to look at particular message thread) for the new message indicators to go away.

I just got a message dated from January 14 I wonder how many messages people have sent that we never received

You know what that means. They will attempt to "fix" the issue...only to have the site basically disabled for Friday and Saturday as an "unintended" side result. These guys need a new script to follow. Way too predictable now.

We’re back to being able to receive and send, however, they “turned off” the message indicator again :(

We're able to send & receive messages but the red notification circle hasn't been working the last day or so.

Messages currently taking a shit.

Messaging down again? Its Friday Cinco d Mayo and the system is once again left for the weekend?
