hot dates not showing up

what's different about it? Something change?

It appears hot dates are back up. Yet, not in time to help for this weekend. Oh well!!

Why not just post hot dates here lol

Updated my profile and got the customary 24-48 hour review time. How does that work if you update on Friday for Friday or Saturday???

Hello All: I was able to find a work-around for my local SLS HOT-Dates thru the SLS "Events" tab... Then I clicked on "SLS Groups" and I was able to locate the SLS Hot-Date events I'm signed up for in my area. Please let me know if this works for anyone else?

WTF could they be doing to Hot Dates to take this long???? Bets on it being worse?

@sls_WayneC, how long will it take for updated profiles to go live? The customary 24-48 hours processing time, especially on weekends, won't cut it.

<p>Please try resubmitting that. That should be ok now. I just made sure that all our reviewer staff know that the policy was updated today due to the hot date issue. Sorry that happened.</p>

Updating the profile or wall is only good if people go there to look at it.

It’s of no use if you want to find an event to go to, see who is attending, get the event details, and yourself to the list.

"members may update their profile text or use the Wall feature to post your plans"

So I followed their directions and changed some profile text to show we are looking to meet people this weekend...and the system rejected it.

Please note "The Wall" will only reflect post from those that you friended

On the plus side, with Hot Dates down we're getting many more hits than usual by locals trolling the swinger pool for possible weekend playmates. -M

Only SLS needs 5 days of maintenance on the live site. Its not the first time and won't be the last.

Yeah no hot dates dates working ... Guess wont be that much hooking up this weekend

I guess they need to change the note on the hot dates page to read "Please note: Items on this calendar may take up to 5 weeks to appear."

On day 5 of Hot Dates not working....You can view a hot date you created and can create a new one, but can't see any others? What good is that?? An update to the red banner would be helpful or one will have to belive this is normal operation...

It's insane they perform maintenance on a live version of the site. It's very basic site hosting procedure to have a test site you update and then push to live. For a paid site they seem to not have much of an idea on how to manage a web service.

Oh well....And I just reupped my membership. In hindsight, perhaps a decision I shouldn't have made.

Hot Dates is not working. Events show up sub not the dates.
Been over 2 days now.

They are still not showing up--and they've been down nearly two days. What is going on?

<p>The site was running/loading pages slowly earlier (around the time you posted this). I am guessing that was the issue. Is it loading for you now? </p>
