Thanks. I can relate. One time the female half of a couple we were with was gone from the room for a while and we went to check on her. She was sprawled naked on the bathroom floor sobbing, with make-up running everywhere, crying that her guy was paying too much attention to my gal. We made a polite, but speedy, exit from that mess! Simple answer to the OPs question - No, not ever. The better she looks and more attention she gets, the happier I am. She loves the attention (but not in some narcissistic way) and it makes her feel good. I completely trust her and have no insecurities that the attention is going to draw her away from me. In fact, I purchased most of her revealing outfits for her.
I've been in the lifestyle a long time and you learn fast that even when the guy of a couple is great looking and personable, his hot female half will get most of the attention from women and men. I look at the positive side of this - she is totally hot and attracts people when she's just standing there - makes it easy to make friends and the other people know we come as a pair (not that I'm so bad to look at! heheh).
What I also learned fast is that the instant you sense that one person in a couple shows jealousy, time to exit. We don't need that kind of drama.
I expected to feel a little jealousy, but it never materialized for us , I've always enjoyed watching and listening to her enjoy new lovers

Every once in a while when I am watching my wife with her boyfriend, I get a feeling like - uh oh... did I open pandoras box? I get a nervous feeling that there is no going back.
overeducatedcouple you are right on the "you are lucky" comments especially from single men being annoying but that is based on perception. The comment is meant as a compliment especially to your lovely lady. The problem is the guys making that comment are actually the lucky ones. They tend to think because we go home every night (or she comes home to us every night) and we get to see her all "sexy" like we are lucky. The truth is we get to see her in her mom shorts and baggy t-shirt (or whatever other comfortable attire she wears mostly) and unless we are going out "special" we only get to see that hot sexy look when the guys giving the compliment do. I don't think they realize that the women we are married to (or otherwise in a relationship with) sometimes skip shaving much less brush their hair when they get up on a lazy morning. BTW we love them just the same and know how lucky we are they picked us out of the herd but we don't need reminded of that by others who don't really know the "reality" behind the fantasy.
Real talk: I enjoy being a bit of a sex object and would definitely be annoyed if she always got all the attention. I do find the "you are lucky" comments to be both backhanded and a bit too beta/kept man. They aren't as bad as a grown man saying "I need to check with the boss" over some insignificant thing, but still emasculating to a degree.
That hasn't been our experience at clubs and events though. We are both pretty outgoing and fun, and end up charming pants off mutually.

Actually we somewhat have the reverse of that issue no jealousy either way though. Not that my wife does not draw a lot of attention however attention solely based on outward appearance is shallow at best and does not really work for her. Thing is for some damn reason whether it is a vanilla event or lifestyle party I seem to get a "following" despite not being the most PC person in that I am honest and say what I am thinking. In fact it seems at a lifestyle event they come to talk to her yet end up staying to talk with me. Now I'm nothing to look at but people have said I'm interesting. I have even had people bring others over and say to me tell them the story you told me. Of course it helps that I have lived through a lot more than most folks the same age I am. I also have hobbies that are a bit rustic and manly in nature and am not afraid to do things simply to see if I can. Heck I'm likely the only person outside of a "professional" that can say he has ever successfully hunted an alligator by himself and processed it too. Yeah I know not a "sexy" topic but it is one of many things I have done and never thought twice about that many people are amazed at.
BTW many have touched on not getting jealous when their wife is with others and honestly if you did or at least were not able to get over the initial first time jealousy you would fail in the lifestyle. By it's very nature the lifestyle and jealousy do not mix.
No I actually feel honored. Honored that she would choose me to spend her life with me and trust enough to enjoy herself knowing that she has complete freedom of life. She does a great job of making sure that I am her life..

Well as a general rule my lady gets much more attention than me and deservedly so. She is way hotter than me and certainly has all the body parts men and women desire. I use to have a lil bit of jealousy when I saw or heard her reacting to another man differently than me but I now know that she is just enjoying herself and thru this LS we both have learned how to satisfy each other in many different ways. She goes home with me each and every time although she would like to have a lady friend to play with occasionally alone. I say go for it!
