Just a casual observation I made about Viagra. Due to an injury, I was not playing for about 3-4 weeks. Since I wasn't playing, there was no need to take Viagra as I still don't need it for playing with the Mrs.
At any rate, I healed enough to start playing again and the past couple of times I've taken 1/2 a pill have been like "Wow!!!", in a good way. Not sure if it was related to the sexual hiatus or not taking the Viagra for a while, but definitively back in the saddle again.

I have tried both tafadil and viagra but get terrible headaches. My doc gave me a prescription for an injectable but I can't get over the mental part of sticking a needle in my penise. I am seriously considering an implant. Does anyone have any info / suggestions on what direction I should go, and any after effects that I may experience.
My implant is awesome. Wish I would have had it years ago.
Agree 100%. I'm about 12 weeks out from my surgery and absolutely love my implant! Coloplast Titan is the kind I chose, and it will get me so hard a cat couldn't scratch it...lol. The best part is, that I can be hard in a matter of seconds instead of having to stop when we get all hot and bothered, run to the fridge, get it out, thaw it out, load the syringe and do the shot.....then HOPE I hit it in the right place in my haste. I had prostate surgery in 2020. I fiddled around longer than I should have in hopes that things would go back to working again. I could get almost hard, but it was kinda like shooting pool with a rope. I wish I had done the implant surgery in 2021 instead of waiting. It's getting better every time I use it!
Totally agree. I like being able to have an hours long erection, it’s hard before during and after sex. We were on a catamaran at Hedo and I left it pumped up during play time and the whole trip back to Hedo, it’s a great feeling after having ED

Google it
Where do you get the Ro Sparks? I get hard pretty easily every time but enjoy the extra help of some ED meds. I enjoy that it’ll stay hard while doing a math equation if I want it too but will go down when not thinking about it.
I use EDIX injectable. 20 mcg...it doe not hurt at all and lasts a good while..

It is a tiny needle like the ones used by diabetics to take their insulin. I used it for 5 years and it works well unless you miss with the shot. It just takes some getting used to. I'm 2 weeks out since getting my implant and have about 4 weeks to go before I can use it. I wanted to stop using the Trimix simply to have more spontaneity when it's time to play.

I had success with Sildenafil, but I recently tried the Ro Sparks. They’re fast-acting, and the effects last for a few days because of the addition of Tadalafil. I have found no issues with the erection not subsiding when I’m not using it. The taste of the lozenge isn’t entirely pleasant. But it’s worth suffering through the 5-10 minutes it takes to dissolve.

You can dm me the info
Tbrmskss- I am in CT.
I get my trimix from a RI pharmacy called bayview. $118.00 for , I'm not sure how many doses. I am still trying to find the right dose.
Not sure how much the meds are. $118.00 is for the meds, shipping and , I think, 10 needles.
I have no idea if they can ship it to the west coast and I have no idea if your doctor can use this pharmacy. I know in my case I do not have a choice. This is the closest pharmacy that can handle trimix and it is not even in my state. I have no idea what the laws are. But, I can get you the contact information for the pharmacy if you want to ask them.
Nolannude- When I got my prescription the doc set a date a few weeks away and told me to bring the meds and she would show me how to inject it and she also explained that I would start on the lowest dose and slowly work up, to prevent what happened to you.
When sticking needles into your wee wee, you really should listen to the doc.
Also, tell your doc about this because it is a compound med, which means the doc can adjust the dose of one or all three of the meds.
Not sure I'd keep trying something that landed me in the ER the first couple of times, especially if something else works.
@Nolan -
“I have been using Sildenafil “Once a day Cialis” for two years, with decent success.“
This may be your problem with Trimix . The combination of traditional ED meds with Trimix is contraindicated, largely because of the risk of Priapsism.
Also, Sildenafil is the generic name for Viagra. Once a day Cialis is Tadalafil. You might want to check your prescriptions to make sure you are taking what you think you’re taking.
When I got my Trimix, it came with the reversal agent.
@YMichael, where did you get TriMix for $100? I can't find it for less than $250.
I have been using Sildenafil “Once a day Cialis” for two years, with decent success.
I have heard the stories of rock hard everlasting cocks when using TriMix even after cumming multiple times so curiosity got the best of me.
I down played the results that Cialis was giving me and asked my Uriologist to prescribe me TriMix, The doctor satisfied my request and I picked it up on a Friday. The next day Saturday we were going to our sex club “Colettes” for their Eyes Wide Shut theme party and I decided to use the TriMix before haveing my doctors tutorial / observation visit.
I injected my prescribed dose at the club shortly after midnight. Within 10 minutes I had the hardest and largest errection of my past 20 years.
We got into playing with a couple and within 20 minutes he was done but I was standing tall.
For 2.5 hours my wife and the second woman had there way with me with no sign of it going soft. I came 5 to 6 times before I called it over because my cock was throbbing.
Was not sure if the pain was from 2.5 hours of non-stop action or if it was the drugs.
What I did know is that there is a medical condition called Priapism, and permanent tissue damage to a penis can and will occur for errection lasting over 4 hours.
At the 3 hour mark we left the club, I still had a raging hard on and we arrive home by 3:30am
We tried all of the home remedies to reversing an errection such as taking immediate release Sudafed and ice packs on the taint and some squats, non of this worked.
Just prior to the hour hour mark we decide to go to the ER where they injected be with a reversal medication that worked within a few minutes.
Two days later we try it again but this time using 1/4 of my prescribed dose of 4 parts.
Even with the 1/4 dose the results were identical and I once again found myself at the ER seeing the exact same doctor who was shaking his head when he saw me.
Next I’m gonna try two parts which 1/8 of the original restricted dose a rediciously small dose.
I’m looking for that right amount that will give me 2 to 3 hours of endless performance without having to go to the ER
Wish me luck!
@ymichael Yes, you need to get it at a compounding pharmacy. It is best if you can buy it as local as you can because it needs to be kept cold on the way home, and kept in the freezer when not being injected. I get mine out of the freezer and drop it into a glass of hot tap water to thaw it out for the injection. I've been on it for 4 years and to be honest, I'm tired of fooling with it. I am scheduled to get a penile implant pump next month. Giving myself the injections doesn't hurt, but I'm tired of telling my wife...."Hold that thought! I'll be back with a hardon in 5 to 7 minutes!" Good luck to you. Trimix works well, but you can't be too clean when using it.
Doc just started me on trimix.
You start with a low does and slowly increase it over a few weeks or months, depending, until you achieve the desired results. The low dose is like the first 1" at the base gets bigger, but not hard. Worthless but as with most meds they have to start with a low dose.
First injection was done by the doctor with, what I assume was a chaperone watching. The Doctor was a woman and so was the chaperone. I assume the chaperone protects the doc from physical or sexual assaults. I suppose she also protects the office from the liability if I were to claim the doctor inappropriately touched me.
Doc administers the first dose to teach you how to use it.
Doc also explained that most guys do not like the idea of putting a needle in their penis so she usually tries a cream first, which doesn't work, but it eases the men into the needles. She went straight to the needles with me because I am already injecting myself with a medication. Same small needle. Not like when they go into a vein for a blood test.
It doesn't hurt anymore than a blood test.
The Doc has to pull on your penis to stretch it out and the injection goes on either side, at the base. Never top, bottom or head.
Cost me 100.00 for 28 doses. My insurance doesn't cover it. Doc claimed there aren't any pharmacies in the area that can make it, so I had to use the mail order one she recommended. I haven't checked with my pharmacy yet to see if it is true. If anyone knows anything about meds and pharmacies, it is compound med and only compound pharmacies can make it and few pharmacies are compound pharmacies. You can let me know if that is true.
SaneSFGuy, if you're buying from a vendor that dispenses FDA-approved meds (requires some sort of prescription) the molecules will all be the same and it's a matter of dollars per milligram.
If "best" to you means cheapest, there are some offshore vendors that are much cheaper, don't require scripts and take crypto for payment. Thus preventing
an obvious ED med vendor from appearing on a credit card statement.
Or you could get a script from your doctor and pay cash at a US pharmacy. Sam's or Costco would probably be the cheapest but most major chains publish cash prices.
