MMF Etiquette

Alexandria, VA, Us
Just my opinion. If I don’t get something back the next morning or the next day saying thank you for the invitation I had a great time. I don’t even consider inviting them back or bringing them into my circle. Just because I’m a slut and like being used doesn’t mean you can disrespect me.. call me old-fashioned

Holly
Yes, courtesy and respect goes a very long way!

Was the intent for a MMF or MFM? It sounds like MFM since he seduced her but if he was looking for a MMF he may have been disappointed that there was no guy on guy play time. The letter in the middle is the person of focus in the encounter.

IMO, like everyone has said, a thank you we had a nice time or some kind of closing off the encounter yet comment is common sense. If someone doesn’t send something I would move on.

Holly
It's just common courtesy, isn't it?

Some people have it. And some don't.

We don't consider a date (or an encounter as long as we have their contact information) complete until we send a thank you. Especially if we were invited.

We can't even show up for a house party without bringing something. It just doesn't feel right.
This. ^^^

I always thought it was common sense / courtesy. I think that mindset is more old school than anything these days. That touch of class currently seems to be more rare as time goes on.

The couples I knew I was involved with for several years And being the single guy my domestic situation was much different than theirs. They had kids and/or other relatives around and just doing their thing. So unless they said different it was much easier and more discreet to have them call me as they did and could most any time

The LS can make people feel more vulnerable emotionally, or that's we we found at least. After a while you can more easily roll with the punches, but it never hurts to hear back that someone had a good time with you.

That is particularly the case with "feeling used". This can be a very good thing in the heat of the moment, but people can feel used in a good way or a bad way. The bad way can make someone feel disrespected and/or unappreciated, and that's never a good thing. This is especially true if you're the type that is primarily looking for FWBs, like us.

So there’s a forum policy for good behavior that hasn’t been met and also the guy is obviously on the job, likely in violation of work rules.
Usually doesn't equal always.
..,and “simple” without context can mean many different things when we’re talking messages.

I’ll also add that calling someone out in the forums, like Alex has, is pretty poor form.

Just BT’s 2 cents, and arguably, worth every penny.

The last post sounds like a good candidate for cross posting to the Fitness - Suppliements forum.
Been taking Berberine as a supplement to lower A1c level for several years. It works for me & was recommended by primary Dr. Don't know if it enhances performance issues since I fortunately don't have any.
I took Berberine for about a year - couldn’t tolerate metformin - it worked great. However, I did notice one side effect that concerned me (might be just me it happened to?) I noticed scratches and cuts took really really long to heal - they scabbed up quick but didn’t regrow skin quickly. Stopped Berberine and everything healed up in 3 days, restarted and same thing (we have cats so scratched are common). If you had surgery at all stay away from Berberine idk maybe a year? That is a side effect I have not seen talked about.
I looked up berberine and it’s not a source of niacin however it regulates glucose, so given that high blood sugar erodes the vessels as demonstrated in high erectile dysfunction in diabetic men, I suppose that must be how it’s advantageous.

I get a micronutrient lab done once a year. It shows what an individual needs more of.

Mine was pretty much deficient in everything lol. That’s the result of a therapy that so taxes the liver that getting nutrients processed properly is a challenge.

To be proactive about my shitty scores I do IV drips.

FWIW the micronutrient testing does help take away the guessing and pinpoint where a person could focus their attention.

Just a thought.
Micronutrient testing is a very good way to know what you need. We also get it done annually.

Our bodies simply break down eventually. It makes sense to use any therapy available to remedy that, instead of turning it into a personal ego issue and then expecting that it should be excused when it ruins the enjoyment of the couple who introduced the topic.

It’s a GIFT and a privilege to be invited into someone’s sex life. That should be appreciated instead of making it a negative experience for everyone else involved.

Otherwise just stay with your hand vs making false promises of acceptable performance.

Or go bottom feeding with weirdos.
I thought that berberine was useful for ED

Perhaps it’s high in niacin.
I've been taking a berberine supplement on & off for about a year. I can't honestly say whether it's had any effect on me at all. I haven't noticed anything different.
