With just 4 posts in the forums, why would you subject yourself to such scrutiny. You say to judge you , then are not happy with the results... hmmm, makes me wonder if you are for real. Here is another reason for the disdain of single posers.

Ehhhh. Some people won't care, but most will. When it comes to cheating spouses, we're way more likely to disapprove than your average suburban neighbor. Most of us have had that conversation with spouses, partners and potentials and have adjusted our lives accordingly based on the results of that. I mean, yeah, it sucks that you've been honest and your wife isn't interested, but that doesn't get you a pass for the lying and cheating you will inevitably have to do in order to pursue this on your own.

We started out just looking for single guys. One after another was either a fake, flake, could only meet during the day workdays (probably cheating), or clearly just wanted to get the wife alone for sex (she wanted more than one guy - not just MF). It got so bad that we gave up and have now blocked single guys so we don't have to deal with the daily list of views and lame messages.

Just realize that at least 50% of the guys with sgl profiles are either cheating on there wives or sgl guys with a GF looking for fun on the side.. Just ask the right questions and you can usually figure them out. IE: Meeting on a Sat night, phone number to txt, can they host, etc. Not perfect but does weed some out.

Verifying a hall pass is as simple as meeting the couple face to face. Too many profiles are the husband only to start with.

With couples, the funniest early on: We are getting out of the car and get a kik which tells us not to mention swinging because she has to see if she likes us first. If we mention swinging she may get angry. One of the reasons we like to vid call first and then a 4 way chat.

Yeah, flakey couples. Or the husband who doesn't give the wife full disclosure until drinks arrive at the table!

Why single? Why not married swingers where they can play separately? We do, and have on occasion - and never flaked on anyone.

We've had several single SLS guys flake out on us at the last minute, too the block list they go! It's been a real PITA as we lose money on a sitter when we go out for a play date that never happens.

Anyways, to combat this crap we'll ask for a video call before we agree to meeting them. I think that way we'll get a better sense of their personality than in chat or text. It'll help verify if they actually match their pics posted as I suspect some guys are using very outdated or stolen pics.

We'll be doing this with couples as well though we have hadn't had an issue with flakey couples yet thankfully.

Oh yes.. about 50/50 same as fake couples.. we had the pleasure of meeting one great guy in Panama City Beach Fl this past weekend.. showed up on time, nicely dressed, a lot of laughs.. and we all had a great time !

Yes there are "real" guys on here that want to meet and will keep their commitment. That said there is also a vetting process to weed out those who are just picture hunters or worse yet married men cheating which is what it sounds like you ran into. Look at your interactions with those guys and see what was similar then use that as a baseline and build your own vetting process. Generally the biggest tell for us is are they willing to host should it get to the point it is time to take things from the bar (or wherever) to a more private comfortable location. Not every man is in a situation to bring a couple or even single woman home (roommates is a big one) but if he is also not willing to get a room in his name (typically this requires a debit/credit card at least for incidentals) then something is up. BTW I'm not saying he foots the bill as you should offer to split the cost but have him get it in his name. If he refuses then there is a reason he does not want his name or card associated with a hotel room. No matter what the excuse is he may not be someone you want to meet with if he even will go that far due to angry wife potential.

There are a few of us here, but scattered across the country and a wide variation of age ranges. Unfortunately there are plenty of fake profiles and flakes that muck it up for us single guys, so even we are gun shy. But with patience and persistence, I have found there are some lovely single ladies and married couples that make it all worth while. Open up you age preferences to cast a larger net, there are real single men on the mature end of the spectrum.
