Hey there, Pineapple people, and welcome to the Swing Nation podcast. We are your hosts, Northern Guy. And Southern Girl. And we are back with another episode of Tuesday. We are. Talking Tuesday. With Dan and Lucy. Woo! Alright, you ready for this week's question? Yeah. Let's go to the phone line. Hi guys, this is a Tuesday talk question. More for Lacey, but Dan, feel free to give your input as well. I was just listening to your last full-length podcast where Lacey had a little bit too much to drink and things went a little sour, if you know what I'm saying. So, I, I wanted to ask you, Lacey, because I know that you take pride in taking care of yourself. I think you are a beautiful woman, and I can just tell that you smell good kind of thing, hopefully not in a creepy way. How do you keep yourself smelling fresh and just feeling fresh and confident in between play partners? I feel like that's a super important thing is hygiene, especially for a woman, because the stigma on, especially swinger women, you know, having a bunch of partners. I just I want to know what do you do do you take boric acid do you I don't know just let us know how you stay fresh and confident in between play partners and it could be your whole body but specifically down there and Dan do you have any advice for the guys thanks I love you guys and Lacey all those people who say that you are a mean girl they're just jealous of you you are so beautiful thanks Well, I love her. You love her. We should be BFFs. Yeah, actually. I saw where she's from. It's not that far from us. Oh, really? Yeah. Okay, so she wants to know. Yeah. How do you stay fresh when you're being a dirty slut? Well, at first I thought she meant like in an orgy setting in between, but then she mentioned bore gases. So I think she means just like in general. Assuming she means more like something that's multiple days, like a bliss cruise or something like that. Perfect timing. Yes, because we're leaving. this week to go on the bliss cruise. But we can kind of talk about a little bit of both because I think both are important. Thank you for saying I smell nice. I try really hard. So yeah, boric acid is I think a really good thing for people in the lifestyle. I never was a fan of it or I never really did any of it before the lifestyle. I personally do not like the pills that you insert. I know a lot of girls do that. You can get them over the counter. You can get them from WISP, who is a sponsor of the podcast, which I've gotten them from there as well. I'm just not a fan of entering the pill-type situation in and then having it dissolve. So if you don't know it, Borgastic, I guess let's talk about it. It is like a capsule, and you put it in your vagina. You go to sleep. You get up the next morning. You pee clean. You're good to go. It helps with your pH. It kind of helps regulate everything. Right. So I guess one caveat. So before we get into this, we have done extensive episodes with Dr. Storr about... PH and all of that. Yeah, vaginal health and PH. And we talk a lot about boric acid and the different flora and fauna and all things vagina. So if you're interested in the in-depth doctor conversation, go back and listen to those. I think those are good conversations. For sure, yeah. question because it is something that comes up a lot so I think it is important to know so yes boric acid is something you use I don't like the pills though let me just say I'm not a fan of those I don't know it's the texture it's the it feels like I have candy like it's sticky I don't I don't care for it uh that there is a brand uh I can look up the name actually uh because I order it from Amazon honestly and you can get it like at CVS and stuff it's a little bit harder to find than it is the um the pills But I usually just order it from Amazon and keep a few on hand and then I travel with it. Hold on, I'm looking as I'm talking. But basically it is a liquid and it comes almost like in a douching type bottle and you just, it's a feminine rinse is what, hold on, I'm looking it up. It's called PHD Boric Acid Instant Vaginal Odor Rinse. And it comes in a pack of two. It's like $12. I usually keep those on hand and I will typically do one before like we're going to an event or something like that and then after. So that's typically how I do it. I think doing it like every day would be a little much. Maybe you can. I don't know. But I don't want to fuck up the pH. I just want to help it along. So depending on how long we're gone and what the situation is, How sexually active. I wouldn't do more than three in a week. I might do one before we engage. Maybe one midweek and maybe one at the end or something like that. If it's a weekend, I might do one. That's really the Bork Acid that I like. I have friends that use that and they've all liked that. Also, I'm a big fan of old-fashioned dial soap. really put anything florally scented or like artificially scented in that area i feel like it just needs like a good old-fashioned antibacterial soap so what i do is when we travel i bring i buy the the bar dial soap and i bring those with us and um that's what we use we both use that to wash our body our whole body um i even side note i use it to wash my face too which uh Some people think it's crazy, but it works. It keeps my face pretty acne-prone. I mean, it keeps it pretty clean. So, but yeah, those are my two things. And then, like, while we are, like, engaging, let's say we've been dancing all night at the party part, a lot of times I prefer to go to the room and rinse before going straight into the playroom. Like, we'll say we'll meet back in the playroom in 30 minutes, which you do take the risk of losing people. But for me, I just feel so much better if I could just run to the room. So usually even sweating, I'll rinse off, I'll use my dye soap, I'll reapply deodorant, and then kind of go from there. So that's another tip. Also, especially like when we go to clubs and stuff and we pack a bag, we both have deodorant in there. And I have told you before, like, I'm like, hey, you need the ordering. Just because, I mean, like, it's a little bit harder at a club. All clubs have showers that you can rinse off. So in that case, you know, you're doing like baby wipes or like a dude wipe or the before and after wipes from Promescent, which we love them. So, I mean, you just kind of have to improvise where you are. What do you think? No, I agree. I think that's important. Yeah. So definitely showering before playrooms. is nice. I think we tend to do that more on like a Bliss Cruise or a Hedo, somewhere where it's hot and humid. Secrets. Places where you're sweating, you know, pretty intensely. I think we try to shower. We appreciate it when people do it for us. So we're going to like, we feel more confident when we do it. Now, like clubs, it's not as intense. And like you said, there's not as easy access to a shower. So in those instances, yes, using something like the pH wipes or dude wipes or something like that. I think it is important to try to use something that's like meant to not, you know, pH balance. Again, not using like chemicals or anything that's overly. Like it's something unscented. Yeah. Anything that's overly scented, those can cause problems. But yeah, that's definitely key to all that before going to the playroom. I think the only other thing that maybe we'll talk about a little bit is in the playroom. Yeah. So it's the same kind of thing. So when, you know, when you're having multiple partners and changing in between partners, I know we've talked about this a lot on the podcast. If we're in something like a hotel room, sometimes I'll actually go either hop in the shower or just go to the sink and get a washcloth. Which I appreciate. As a female, I love it when you do that. I don't like the taste of when you pull the condom off. Especially the skin, the latex-free ones. They're gross. I don't know. I personally love it when you do that. It also gives you a minute to regroup. I don't want to leak somebody else's squirt off your dick, personally. That's just me. That's where you draw the line. I mean, I will, and I have. I just, you know, I feel like it's just cleaner, a little less icky if everything is just a little bit white. Yeah, I think, you know, if you look at an orgy situation, a lot of times it's you have sex with one girl, and then when you finish with her, you go to the next girl. Yeah. But like you said, you've probably used lube. You have condoms, you know, latex or latex-free. Either way, probably not the best thing, the best taste on your penis. And then, yeah, sometimes there are squirts. or cum or, you know, from, you know, the previous partner. So going and rinsing all that off, I think is, one, it's good hygiene. Yeah. But also, two, it's good, like, you know, safety. Like, you know, you don't want to be spreading bodily fluids between people. That's kind of the goal is to prevent that as much as possible in those kind of settings. So I think it serves two purposes. And so, yeah, we go and rinse off or if there's not a shower or something like that and we're in like a public playroom, again, we almost always bring some pack of wipes with us that we can use in between partners. I would say a good, like, I don't know, practice would be to have you a little bag. And you could have different ones. You could have one, like, if you're at Hedo and you're getting ready to go to the bathroom, you go grab your bag, you know, or at a club. There's different versions of it. So, you know, in there you would have your lube, your condoms, you know, like, If it's a club, I'm going to spray myself with body spray right before I go in. I'm going to put some new deodorant on. Some people even bring a toothbrush and toothpaste and go in. Like a lot of clubs will have mouthwash. So whatever you feel like puts your best foot forward, you know. I do get a lot of questions about what do you do if somebody sinks. For the most part, people don't. I mean, has it happened? Yes, it has. But I would say nine times out of ten, most people are trying to put their best foot forward. and they want to be presentable. They want to be attractive to you. They want you to want them. So I think most people will try really hard to be like clean and nice. Yes. Yeah. No, I agree. I think, I mean, you know, women having issues with either yeast infections or BV or something like that. I think if you're in this lifestyle and you're having sex and doing all these things like the way that we are, those things will happen occasionally. And I don't think, The thing is, there's like this stigma that makes that person dirty. And that's not true. I think most women have experienced BV or yeast infections at some point in their life. It's something that happens. So I think if that is something that you're experiencing, just avoiding the playrooms. And that's what I think is if you know you're having issues with that, I don't think putting yourself into an orgy is the best situation. Now, I think that doesn't necessarily mean that you couldn't have sex. But I think you should relate to your partners that, hey, you know, got a little something going on down there. Maybe just don't go down on me, you know, like or something like that. It sounds gross and it sounds nasty, but I think at the same time, it's reasonable. No, I mean, you're not a girl. I don't want to have sex if I have a yeast infection or BV or anything like that. Like that. I'm not. No. But for me, it's a no. Then why are these women showing up with those things? I don't know. I don't know. Maybe I'm just like, oh, like really aware of what's going on. what's going on in my body. But first of all, it's not very comfortable. Right. It's not. You don't really feel so fresh and so clean. I don't. I don't. I would not. So you think they're just unaware. Yeah, I do think that some women have like a chronic BB and maybe they're just not. They don't understand that they have that. And maybe I don't know. Maybe somebody should like a friend should help them. But for me, I feel like I'm very aware. I'm doing all the, I'm doing the sniff test. I'm asking you, I'm doing all the things to make sure that like, you know, it's right and tight. You know, I'm not, I mean, I just don't, I don't know. So for me, I think that if you are struggling with something like that, you need to go get your medicine and get all that taken care of before you actively engage. Because a lot of that stuff can be passed. You can pass yeast, you can pass BVs. Let's just not engage in that. Let's get that taken care of. Yeah, and all that to be said. But not to shame anybody because shit happens. I've been there. I've had, I mean, like, I'm not trying to shame anybody. We've all been there. But there's, like, you just got to go get the medicine. It's super easy. You can go to your doctor. You can go to WIS. You can go, I mean, there's, like, lots of, you can even buy over-the-counter stuff now that is basically as good as getting a prescription. So, and speaking of, like, let's just talk about that. There is also another thing that I travel with in the event of stuff like this. And I can tell you the name of it. I actually keep it in my, I have like an emergency bag that goes in my suitcase. And if by chance I end up getting like a UTI, or even if I kind of feel like one's coming on, I will start it at the, you know, like as soon as I start feeling those symptoms. And it's called the, it's, I don't know how to say this word. It's Q-U-O-R-A. UQ. A little bit of dyslexia there. U-Q-O-R-A. And it's a UTI emergency kit. It's all-in-one. You can buy them at CVS2. It's $25. But it's a good thing to keep in your bag. So that way, if you happen to be in the middle of the ocean on a bliss cruise or in Hedo or in Mexico, you don't have to You can go ahead and start it. So I just keep that in my bag so that way I have a backup. Yeah, definitely when you're going on these longer trips, Hedo, Bliss Cruise, even Secrets, having some kind of UTI. You know, when you're doing all the things that we do, fingers and penises and mouths and holes and, you know, people's... You just got to be prepared. Yeah, you just got to be ready for that kind of stuff. Yeah, so that would be my advice. You're right. Anything else? So that was a lot about vaginal. health, but deodorant showers is really the other part of it, right? Clean your body. Yeah. Spray yourself. Yeah. And it's not, you know, like when we go to Hedo, you might end up taking two or three showers a day. For sure. Just because it's so hot and humid. Even bliss. Yeah. I'm showering a lot at a lot of these places. So, yeah. Good hygiene. Yeah. And that's. Brush your teeth, wash your ass. And I said, we talk about all this, but for the most part, it's not something. It's not. That you experience. Most people in the lifestyle, just like with STDs and STIs, are hyper aware of all of this. I can think of one time that I went down on a girl. I know the time you're talking about. You came right back up? I came right back up. That's one girl out of a lot. I think in 10 years, I can think of that's maybe happened to me two or three times in 10 years. I don't know how many. I just diverted. We just did other things. And it was fine. And nobody was embarrassed. It was just, we just kind of rolled with it and made it work. So. Exactly. Yeah. All right. Well, so I hope that helps answer your questions about taking care of yourself and health down there. I definitely think if you're newer to the lifestyle and you haven't, you know, used things like boric acid and some of that stuff, it is, it can be a lifesaver. I know a lot of women in the lifestyle kind of rely on that. They do. All right. Anything else for Swing Nation listeners? That's it. All right. If you have a Tuesday talk question, we would love to hear from you. A few different ways you can get a hold of us.
