This podcast is not intended to be taken as professional advice. Welcome to the Swing Nation podcast. A podcast by swingers for swingers. Where we look to educate others and push back on the negative stigmas and misconceptions associated with our lifestyle. Come with us and share our pineapple journey as we travel the globe. Interview the experts. Learn and grow together. Join the nation. So Lacey, people are asking, how do they get to go to a party or an event with us? They check out swingersociety.net, you create a profile, you sign up for an event, and you come hang out with us. Super easy. That's right. If you want to party with us and the other faces and names that you know from social media and TikTok, head on over to swingersociety.net. Can't wait to see you there. Hey there, pineapple people, and welcome to the Swing Nation podcast. We are. This time, we're taking you on board the Bliss Cruise. We are. We're going to travel down to Florida. We're going to have a little pre-party with topless travel, and then we're going to begin our Swing Nation podcast. adventure on the high seas. We are. Are you ready? As ready as I'll ever be. All right. Uh, okay. So little backstory for people that do not know, right? So we host couples on the bliss cruise, but we host them through topless travel. Correct. And then under the umbrella of bliss cruise, there's actually probably four or five, six, half a dozen, um, other travel agencies. Yes. Of which topless travel is probably the largest. Yeah. So they're responsible for booking a good majority of the ship. Mm-hmm. And then, you know, all the other travel agents come in. So the first year, or maybe even two years, I think for at least the first year, when we booked couples through Swinger Society for things like Hedo and the Bliss Cruise, we did that ourselves, direct booked to the resort or the cruise line. Yes. And then, We met Joe and Shelly, the owners of Topless Travel. They actually used to be part owners in Bliss Cruise. They sold that about a year ago. And they were like, hey, why don't you guys just become affiliates with us? We'll basically do the same deal the resorts and the cruise line are doing, but we'll be able to do the bulk of the work for you to do this. Which actually made sense because that's what their employees do. We have one girl who helps us. But they have a whole team that are very familiar with the Bliss Cruise and how all this is run. As well as our trips to Hedo. They can help you with travel arrangements. Once you arrive on the island, how to get to the resort. They can help you do all of those things. So it made sense to partner with someone that was bigger than us that could offer the assistance that we need. And they were happy to have us. Right. So when you book with Swinger Society, you are actually booking with us and topless travel which you actually you get the benefits of both you get their swag you get our swag you get to ask mandy questions and then if she can't get the answer she'll refer you to topless and they'll find you the answer so it's really it's really a good partnership and there are other groups so i say all that to say we go down early to be part of the topless travel pre-party which is not a requirement no matter who you book with right you could just you could go go directly like you could google bliss cruise and book directly through them and that's perfectly fine i mean of course you won't get our awesome amazing swag bag but the price will be the same price will be the same uh so basically every group has their own party or meet like there's several things going on around the port area usually it's fort lauderdale or miami or some i think maybe orlando occasionally But there's always some sort of pre-cruise party. Really, because if you're getting on the cruise ship on Saturday, you need to be in the area on Friday, so that way you don't have any delays. So typically that night, they'll do parties. They've done, they do this year, and maybe even last year, the Trapeze Fort Lauderdale was like the official Bliss Cruise party. So if you have never been to a Trapeze in Fort Lauderdale, that's an awesome opportunity. one at the Hilton this year. And then also there was the one at the Embassy Suites, which was hosted by Tablas Travel, which is the one that we went to. Yes. Okay. So we traveled down from the Nashville area to the Fort Lauderdale area. That's about a 15 hour car ride. So on the way down, we actually split it up into two parts. Yeah. Yeah. Dan likes to drive his truck. There's some tension there. I would prefer to hop in a plane and go. He finds every excuse to not fly. Like, for example, our bags will cost too much money to pay for. Even though we just went on a trip last month and we had the exact same amount of luggage. But for some reason this time, outrage just can't do it. Listen, I like to be in control. Yeah. I know if I go to my truck and I start my truck, and I start driving in 15 hours, plus or minus, if we hit traffic or whatever, I'm going to get to my destination. Yeah. If we go get on a plane, I don't know if I'm going to get here today, tomorrow, especially the way flights have been with all this. Okay. Not to like keep on this, but like you could get a flat tire. You could have engine truck. I mean, like there, I hear you, but also like, for instance, on our way home, our friends were home before noon. We got home at like 11 o'clock. Listen, we made it, though. I cried the whole way home. You didn't cry the whole way. Just part of the way. 75%. But that's a separate story that we're going to get into. Yeah. A little bit, actually, probably on this episode. Okay, so yeah, we're kind of all over the place. Let's back her up. We leave home. We head towards Florida. We split the drive up. We ended up thinking we would stop somewhere a few hours away from the embassy. which is where we were staying in Fort Lauderdale. Then there was some conversation of, you know what, if we're only like an hour away from the hotel when we stop, why don't we just finish driving it? And so we kind of went back and forth. The reason we were talking about all of this is because I like just pulling up to a hotel. Like when you're, like say you're driving, you're like, huh, I could be done in like 30 minutes. So then I keep an eye out for an IHG, Marriott, a Hilton. I pull up. I'm like, hey, do you have a room? They're like, yes, come in. Here's your room. Good night. You don't like doing that. No. But the problem is, is you're usually driving. So you're like, Lacey, find a hotel room. Well, I am geographically challenged. You are. So like, this is Dan. This is how Dan wants me to book it. He's like, okay, now keep in mind, we've been in the car together like 10 hours. We're real, real quaint. He's slightly annoyed that I've only driven three hours. Yeah. You know, this is where we are. Out of the 11 or 12. Yeah. So, he's like, okay, go to Google Maps or Apple Maps or whatever you call it and find a hotel off of the interstate. So, like, he doesn't want to drive 10 minutes off of the interstate. He wants you to get off of the exit and it, like, be, like, right there. Right. And it can only be, like, there's a few, IHG, Marriott. Hilton. Maybe a Hampton Inn, you know, if that's all they got. They'll do a Hampton Inn. But it's got to be one of those top few. And he also wants me to turn it off of like the graph or map view. He wants me to put it on 3D view to see what the parking lot looks like. This is not as important when we're not towing a trailer. But when we're towing a trailer, I need another room. But this is your typical. So I'm like zooming in. I can't figure. We end up getting in. every single time. So earlier in the day, I was like, hey, why don't you go ahead? Because I was driving. I was like, why don't you go ahead? Figure out about what time tonight you want to stop. Let's find a hotel. So then we're done. We're non-arguing at midnight. And then we got off topic. I think that's when we were discussing if we should stay at the embassy or not. Yes. So somehow we got off topic. We forgot. Well, we decided we were just going to stay at the embassy. Yes. But then we called. And then you said, okay, when I'm not driving, I'll call the embassy and it just extended our stay. They were sold out. So that didn't work. So then we were like, oh, just screw it. So now I'm driving and you are not driving. You called the embassy to extend. They say no. So then I'm like, okay, well, now you need to find us a hotel room. I was like, we're fine. Just drive. We'll find a hotel. And in my defense, the last time we did this, we had zero issues. That's true. We had a perfect hotel. It was like one of those new brands. It was like a true or whatever. So it's like about midnight. Yes, typically when we like to drive because we're night owls. So we start coming up on like a pretty big exit that had like six or seven hotels, like a lot of hotels. Lots to choose from. We went first to the Holiday Inn and they're like, we're sold out. So I come back to the truck and you're a cuss in already. They were all sold out. Yeah, we went to like five hotels. Yes. All in the same exit. So this is like 30 minutes of driving to hotel. So we're pushing like 1 a.m. Right. that I get out and walk in and they say no. He is getting more and more pissed off at me. So finally we stop at like a comfort inn which I mean I wouldn't say we're bougie but that's it was. Well you know. It was not a great. Smells like cigarettes and you know the clientele is not the best. It was a little rough but they had a room. The guy even gave us. Pretty sure I got bed bugs. I didn't feel like I did. Thank God. But yeah. I mean, we survived. We got up the next day. Guess what we're never doing again? You're going to book a hotel room before we drive? I don't understand why it's that hard. You just look at a map. We're heading southbound on 95. The next exit is this. Oh, look, there's an ISG there. Click on it. Go to the website. Also, keep in mind that you have all the apps on your phone. So, like, and you're using your phone for the GPS. Well, you can call them and book them. That's fine. But then I have to, like, give them a card number. It takes two clicks. if you do it off from your phone. Okay, anyway. Anyway, we're off to a bad start. Let's get back on track. Okay, so we wake up the next day. We get in the truck. Itching of bedbugs. And we get out of there. Thank God I did not experience a bedbug situation. We ended up getting to the Fort Lauderdale area about lunchtime. And that was kind of our goal because our good friends, I know my status, were hosting a pop-up at the embassy for SCD. SCI testing for people that were going on the Bliss Cruise. They even made, it's called the Bliss Panel or something. That's what it was called. And y'all know we have, you know, a huge partnership and love for I Know My Status. And so any opportunity we get to see them and be a part of anything they're doing, we hop on. And we needed to be tested too. So it was like perfect because we were actually just going to go to, they have a Fort Lauderdale location. So we were just going to go. But it worked out that they had a pop-up there. So just so you know, this is something that knew that Bliss did this year. And hopefully they'll continue it next year, February, April, next cruise. But if you know you need to get STD tested and you don't want to have to go at home before you travel, you can actually be tested the day before you get on the cruise ship and have your results before you board the ship. Yeah. Which is amazing. Yeah, and that's only possible through a company like I Know My Status. Because the fact that basically they take all your samples, they fly them then from Fort Lauderdale to Miami, they run your samples that night, and then they have your test results in the computer by the time you wake up. And then that way you get to go on a cruise ship and not only say like, yes, I've been tested and I know my status and it's clear, but you can say I got tested yesterday. So it's not I got tested two weeks ago, three weeks ago, a month ago. It's I got tested the day before I got on this cruise ship and I can show you my panel and it's completely clear and it was super convenient in and out I mean honestly it took us longer because we were filming some videos and chit-chatting but even with all that we were in and out in like 30 minutes even with all of that stuff so highly recommend it hopefully bliss and I know my status continue that partnership and hopefully we can help get that word out because when I posted that you know that I know my status is going to be there and that you can get tested and there's some people like well what if you come back with something, you know what I mean? Well, same thing goes if you... Well, I think they're essentially saying like, well, you should get tested a few weeks before so that if you come back with something. And I agree. But then you cannot engage. Right. Well, you should basically always know your status, right? And so the idea is, you know, me and Lacey are 99.9% sure that when we take that test, it's going to come back clear. But that test is really just to show everybody else that, hey, look, we're being responsible. We got tested. So yeah, I think, you know, depending on how much you engage, you should be getting getting tested regularly. And when you walk into that test, you should have a good idea of your status already. But if that test is from a month ago, two months ago, it's really not. Not if you've engaged with anybody. It's not really giving anybody else. It's a snapshot of time for that moment. So if you've engaged at all, it's not valid anymore. And this is how often we tested between October 12th. Through November 7th, we tested three times with I Know My Status. Which I know that we are not your average couple. It's expensive. But to be fair, I Know My Status didn't cover all of those. Some of those were covered elsewhere. But I just want people to know that this is very, very important. And we take it very serious. And I think everyone else should too. So anyway, if you're going on February and April bliss cruise and you're thinking about needing to be tested, we highly recommend I Know My Status. Regardless of if they do this bliss partnership, again, we don't know. We don't know what their plans are. I think the expectation, from my understanding, expectation is they will. Same. Same. But even let's just say they're not, or you're going to Secrets, or you're going on a vanilla cruise with a bunch of swinger friends, there is an I Know My Status right there in Fort Lauderdale. There's one in Orlando. There's one in Miami. If you're in Florida, you have no excuse. If you're going on a cruise, especially if you're going on a cruise with swingers, it's a good idea to swing by one of those locations. Yeah. And have everybody get tested prior. Yeah. So after that, we went and grabbed some lunch, just the two of us. We went to Carrabba's, which was like walking distance to the hotel. We went to TJ Maxx because you needed a white t-shirt for one of the nights. And then we stopped by the liquor store because we broke a cruise rule. Now, Allegedly. Allegedly. For educational purposes only. This may or may not get our bag searched for future cruises. It may or may not have happened. But this is the risk I'm willing to take for y'all. The truth is, we're not big drinkers. For us, getting the alcohol package does not make financial sense. In order to make... Break even on the... It's somewhere between like 10 and 15. I even heard 18 drinks. Yeah. Somewhere between 10. I mean, depending on what kind of drinks and what... Package you get. level or top shelf or whatever. It also depends on how long your cruise is because it's so much per day. Even say it's 10. That's 10 for me, 10 for you. That's 20 drinks in a day. It doesn't count. Port days still count. If you're off the ship all day, that still means you have to consume 20 drinks. If I drank 10 drinks, you would have to. You'd be in the room. You would have to pump my stomach. It works for you. Great. I mean, I'm not I'm not saying that that's an issue at all. But for us, it just doesn't work. No, it is inconvenient. So if you don't have if you've never been on a cruise before and you're like, should I get the drink package or not? All right. So just know the break even you got to drink somewhere around 10 drinks a day. Now, maybe if you drink some super expensive drinks, it could be a little bit less than that, but somewhere around there. But if you don't get the drink package, you pay per drink. And to do that, they have to like swipe your card and then they bring you back a receipt. You have to tip and sign it. So it does, it seems to me at least, it's quicker if you have the drink package to get the drinks. And I think that's probably part of what the perk of having it. Yeah, we hear that a lot, the convenience. Okay, listen, I'm all about convenience. But we have done the drink package and we have not done the drink package. And I think like the drink package is like $2,000 for a couple. We spend about $500 on this cruise on alcohol. I'm not paying $1,500. for convenience. Not happening. I'd rather go to the spa. We're pretty bougie and we still can't do that. I'd rather go to the spa. I mean, there's just so many things I'd rather spend it on than alcohol. That's me. Obviously, if you're going on a cruise, it's your money. You can do whatever you want. Anyway, so allegedly, for entertainment purposes, we may or may not have went to the liquor store and bought the airplane-sized bottles of Fireball. Right. You can get You can get fireball. You can get vodka. And allegedly, for educational purposes, if you take those packets of airplane bottles and you break them up and just kind of mix them into your luggage. Like in your bag with your bathroom stuff. They might be soap. They might be lotion. They might be whatever. And it turns out that maybe, allegedly for educational purposes, when they scan your bags, they're looking for liquor bottles. Yeah. And big bottles. Like glass. And glass bottles. Because you can get some things on. You can bring wine. I think it's like one bottle per couple. You can bring like a 12-pack of sodas. You can bring a case of water. So, like, there is some, like, wiggle room there. We've heard people do this sometimes. And we've heard people not do it. Like, we've done. People we know have done. Allegedly, people we know have. done it both ways done the airplane bottle thing and had it get through security without any issues yeah which ended up coming in clutch because there was no other fireball on the cruise ship except for our friends that had it our friends allegedly yes um and you also don't have to mix it with anything like we've heard of friends bringing like malibu before but then you have to get like the mixers you got to get like a glass of like like pineapple juice and then pour it or whatever. The fireballs, you just put in your pocket, shoot it, throw in them in the trash, and you're done. And you're done. So anyway, we made a friends of ours. Allegedly. Allegedly made a trip to the store. The liquor store and got some of those. Okay. Got them on the ship. So after that, we came back and we went to the topless travel meeting. This is a meeting that they had every cruise prior to boarding. This is with their staff. And there are host couples. Now, we are not considered a host couple. Or staff, really. Or staff. But somehow we always like, we always come in, we go. Well, because we're affiliate. I mean, we book couples through Topless Travel. So we like to know what travel, you know, we like to be in the know of what, you know, when the Topless Travel events are. You know, they give you some, you know, sometimes there's some insider information that we can share with our members to make sure that they're in the right place at the right time. And so it was good. So one of the things that came out of that meeting is that the ship was actually getting a surprise. Well, not a surprise. They were getting inspected the next day. So it kind of pushed the whole calendar back a little bit. Yes. So yeah, we were able to pass that on to our friends. Of course, Bliss pushed it out as well. But we had a little bit of like knowledge behind the scenes. So we did that meeting. And then it was really time to just like go and relax. before the meet and greet. So we, like I said earlier, we did the topless travel meet and greet. It is very low key. It's not anything fancy. It is like a traditional hotel takeover ballroom. Not a lot of fancy decorations. Really just like a DJ and a couple of like cash bars and some tables and chairs. And it's really just like an opportunity to mix and mingle. You have everything from like shorts and jeans to like ball gowns. I usually just try to do something in the middle, but also make it comfy. I think I wore nice jeans and a button-up, and you wore, what, a romper or something? Yeah, I did. I wore a romper. And so the party is great. I will say the music takes a little while to really get going as far as, like, our style of music, because they are literally playing to, like, 20-year-olds to, like, 75, 80-year-olds. So they started out kind of slow, and as the night builds, it gets more EDM towards the end of the night. So we typically shut it down because that's when our favorite music happens. Yeah, which to be fair, that's when they have to do that. So I think literally DJ Frisky, who was the one that DJing that party, I think I felt like he started in the 80s and then he went to the 90s and then he went to the 2000s and then he started playing some, you know, some mixes and then some EDM and kept kind of getting harder as the night went on. Yeah. You know. Yeah. So there's not a lot of playing. that goes on at this meet and greet. I mean, there's no playrooms. So if you choose to engage, you have to go back to your room. Are people doing it? I'm sure. I'm sure of it. But typically, I find that most people are just like kind of mentally preparing themselves to get up early, get on the ship, get things going. You're about to have seven, eight days at sea with these amazing playrooms and all these really fun opportunities to engage with couples. So I think a lot of people and also a lot of people travel in. They're tired. So a lot of dancing, a lot of checking people out, a lot of mixing and mingling. I will say at that pre-party, we did meet two or three. There was a group of other couples that were our age. They were very attractive. I think they listened to the podcast, so you know who you are. They immediately spoke to us and were so kind. We saw them throughout the cruise. It's kind of hard for us to meet new groups of people and completely immerse ourselves within that group. a group that we were going to do it with, they were a fun, fun group. Yeah. I kind of regret we didn't get to spend more time with that group of people. Yeah. I mean, we kept running into them randomly, but we, you know, there was several, um, like that group. And I can think of a couple of other couples that I was really attracted to that we got close. Um, but there's just so much going on for us. It's just hard for us to really engage and make those new connections and then that equal having sex yeah so um but everyone was it was awesome we ended up going to bed around midnight or going up to our room we we were a little tipsy or at least i was you were yeah and we had some hot fucking sex we did we had sex on the balcony of the embassy overlooking like the main street going to like the forts we did it was hot yeah and i'm sure we'll get criticism for that. But to be fair, it was like almost 2 a.m. We were on like the 12th floor. So you would have to really be looking to see what we were doing. And, you know, I feel like no innocents were harmed in the making. There was nobody out there. Right, yeah. Well, there was traffic for sure. Yeah, I mean, at the street level, but nobody was out on their balconies at this time of night. If you haven't fucked on a vanilla balcony, you're not living. Right. Like a swinger or not. Yeah. I mean, like that, for me, that is fucking. I squirted. It ended up starting to like rain. So it was like sexy because like it was raining a little. It's like almost misting a little. Yeah. It was a hot. If you were on any of the balconies underneath us, you were definitely getting misted. It was a nice way to start the cruises being connected to each other. Like we kind of started out like on a good, like we had this like hot, you know, like it wasn't at home sex. Does that make sense? You know, like at home, you just like have sex before you go to bed and you like roll over good night. I love you. This was like hot. Hot Sex Bent Over. We're about to go be Dirty Horse. Yeah. Highly recommended. Pre-party sex. Yes, pre-party sex. So anyway, that was our night. We went to bed. We got up the next day to get ready to go on the cruise. All right, I think now is the perfect time to take a little break and hear from the partners and sponsors of the Swing Nation podcast. And then when we get back, we'll take you on board the Bliss Cruise. Yes. All right, we'll be right back, guys. Lacey, one thing I don't leave home without when going to a swinger event is my ED medication. That is correct. Performance anxiety is 100% a real thing. Having sex in an orgy room with 100 people in there is way different than having sex at home in your bedroom. It is. So I like to have what we call a little insurance policy and have some of that ED medication in my pocket. Shameless Care is who I use for that. And they actually just came out with a new product called the Shameless Duo. Yeah. Which is a combination medicine that has Viagra and Cialis in it. So that one, you can be ready whenever. But also it's got that dose that you can take when you're, you know, as you're getting ready to go to the playroom and you need that to kick in. Yeah. So I love it. I mean, I used it at Hedo for the first time and that combination. You're trying to pretty much switch to that, haven't you? That's basically what I use all the time now. Yeah. So if you're looking for ED medication, if you're new to the lifestyle and you're going to an event, you might want to get some and have it just handy in case you need it kind of thing. Yeah. And the really cool thing about Shameless Care is they don't set you up on a reoccurring plan. So you're not going to get all of this ED medication that you have in your nightstand built up. When it's time that you need more, you'll get an email from them and they'll ask you, Are you ready for another round? And you can respond back. Yes, please refill it or no, I'm good right now. Thank you. So it's really cool because you don't end up with all these extra pills and spend a bunch of money that you're not, you know, you don't need to spend. Yeah. And my favorite part is you don't actually have to go into an office and talk to your family doctor or a military doctor. You can do it all right online from the privacy of your home. You just go to the website, you fill out some forms, the doctor reviews it, approves you, disapproves you, and you move on. from there. So if you would like to get some medication, you can go to theswingnation.info, click on the little recommended apps and products, scroll down to the shameless care icon, click on that, and that's going to take you over there. There's some discount codes there for you so you can get a discount off your first order. But I highly recommend if you're going to some events or parties, go get you some lifestyle insurance. All right, guys, check it out. Dan, so when we're doing the podcast, a lot of times we'll tell the listeners we are filming our content for OnlyFans, right? So how do they find that content if they want to see the videos that go along with the stories? Yeah, so that's a great question. So you are correct. We do film for OnlyFans. When we're going to clubs and events, we talk about sometimes, oh, we did OnlyFans with so-and-so. So if they're interested in that, they can go to theswingnation.info, and they'll see right there on the front page a link to your OnlyFans. We are running promos. We are. And it could be anywhere from 50% to 80% off right now. Yeah. So I think right now it's 80% off. Wow. So you'd have to go grab that right away. But if you like watching orgies, if you like watching threesomes, if they want to see you take DVP, They want to see how big of a dirty slut you actually are. They can see all that right on your OnlyFans page. We kind of call it, it's like another tier of education. No, I was about to say that because I think like if you go to some of these major porn sites and you type in like swinging, you're going to find some things and it's usually not very good. Let's be real. We actually will get and we try to get as many orgies on camera as we can because a lot of people that are joining the lifestyle, they want to see us do a full swap with a couple or they want to see us engage in an orgy. And these are the same people that we will have orgies with at the Swinger Club with obviously without the cameras. We just kind of recreate it, you know, at opportunities that we can film. So if you're thinking about joining the lifestyle and you're like, man, I need to know, I need to see how they're navigating this. Our OnlyFans can be kind of educational if you ask me. I agree. So go over to theswingnation.com. info. Click that blue and white button and go sign up today. Check it out. We appreciate you guys. Lacey, if you're going to be a swinger, you need to be a responsible swinger. I agree. And part of being a responsible swinger is getting tested on a regular basis. Yeah. Now, something I didn't know is not all STI, STD testing is the same. That is correct. Not every family doctor fully understands how you should be getting tested. That is correct. is a full panel. Another doctor may have a completely different version of that. And being somebody in the lifestyle and engaging with multiple partners, what you should be getting tested for is probably, if you're not telling your doctor that, what you should be getting tested for is probably different than what they're thinking in their head. Yeah, because they don't know your lifestyle. Or even if they do know your lifestyle, there's a like, for instance, there is a new one called Imgen. And we just recently met a doctor. at a lifestyle party and said that she had never even heard about it. And so she was awesome that we had educated her on that. So a lot of these doctors don't, they don't know it all. Right. So if you are going to participate in the lifestyle, you probably need to get tested from people that are meant to do this. Yes. So we use, I know my status is the same people behind talent testing who are the, there's a company that tests all the porn stars. So they're used to testing people that, um, with multiple partners. They know all the latest on what STIs are, you know, coming up and spreading and they track all the stats. I mean, they know how to test people for STIs. They're the experts. They are. And if someone that you engage with, you know, if they have used I Know My Status, they can actually give you a QR code and you can scan it and you can see their results right on your phone so you can confirm everything that they're telling you. Yeah, 100%. So please, if you're getting tested, get tested the right way. way. We recommend using I Know My Status. You can go to theswingnation.info. Recommended apps and products. Scroll down to the I Know My Status icon and you can get a discount off your first test. But please, if you're swinging, if you're engaging with people in the community, please be safe about it. Go get tested. Yeah, because we want you to fuck like a porn star. For sure. All right, guys. Welcome back. Welcome back. Thank you for listening to our sponsors. Lacey loves our sponsors. I love, I know my status. We just talked about them in the first half of the episode. Good job. Yes. Okay, so we wake up. This is Saturday. Yeah. Day one, Bliss Cruise. And we head for the port. Well, we actually got a late checkout first. Right, yeah. Because, you know, a lot of people will, okay, so first of all, the boarding times were delayed. Right. Because of the random inspection. Because of the inspection. But our boarding time was always, like, at one. So, like, it really didn't affect us so much because we didn't have that, like, bright and early board time. We are not those people. We stay up late. We sleep in. Also, we've done the thing where you, like, bring, you know, you're, like, you drop all your luggage at the, you know, road where they take it onto the ship. But you have, like, usually we'll have, like, our boot bags and, like, one carry-on. which typically has our swag back stuff. But we don't like it when we have to just like find something to do. I need to go to my room. I need to put my stuff down. I need to like get in vacation mode. I don't, some people do a really good job of like throwing a bathing suit in their bag or wearing it under their clothes and they can transition into like pool time easily. It doesn't work for me. Yeah. Like, and also we have work to do. We have to, we have to, um, the swag bag stuff out. We usually do like a room tour video. We usually do a, you know, oh, we made it on Bliss Cruise video. Then we got to pack all the swag bags and then we got to deliver all the swag bags to all the room and find our way around the ship to try to get to all these rooms because some of these rooms are in like crazy places and you get lost. And if we get on the ship about one, that's usually when the rooms are opening up for us. And then like the sell away party is at about three thirties. That gives us like two hours to get everything done. And then we, we can, And then we can kind of go and almost enjoy ourselves a little more. Because that getting done and those swag bags getting out is a top priority for us. We can't really have fun until we know that that thing is done. Yeah. Now for normal people that aren't working, if you are a let's get on this ship as soon as possible so that we can maximize our pool time, it's totally doable. For sure. more and more cruises is at least for bliss cruise nobody follows the what time to board thing for sure bliss cruise i don't know if other cruise lines actually enforce that but it seems like if you have a if they start boarding at 9 a.m and they give you a thing that says your board time is one o'clock in the afternoon they don't give a shit you could show up at 9 a.m and they're gonna let you on the ship they don't they don't care they're just like okay go i don't know if that's every cruise line or if it's just royal and celebrity because that's who bliss cruise uses or i don't know if it's they just do it for bliss cruise and they don't Don't do it for anybody else. Uh, but if you are going on the bliss cruise and you are a person that wants to get on the ship early to go hang out by the pool for three or four hours before everything starts, you can get on that. It seems to me that you can get on that ship whenever you want. Yeah. They don't, they've never given us any, any issues. Now don't go try it and say, Dan, like you said, we could do it because we don't know. Right. We're just saying, uh, proceed at your own risk. Yeah. So we get on the ship. Um, we make those first couple of TikToks. You're posting those as I'm doing the swag bags and stuff. As I, you know, we go and deliver the swag bags, and then we come back to the room, and we're getting, like, some of the luggage is starting to be delivered. So we're, you know, starting to unload some of our luggage. At some point in there, about the time that the ship is sailing away from port, you know how they honk the horn, and then you can feel the boat moving, and everybody's out waving. About that time, I start looking through my backpack. And I realized that none of my medication is in my backpack. And when I say, like, so when I travel, actually, I keep my medicine in these things all the time. They're little circle things. And I have them labeled with every single medication and what time I take it. I even, I'm like a big Excedrin and Advil. I've got my Excedrin. I've got my Advil. So everything is in these two little containers. I don't have a whole bunch of bottles and stuff. that morning prior to getting on the ship. Pretty early because I woke up with a headache probably from drinking the night before. And what I did was I sat those little containers next to the bed on the floor. When we packed up and left the room, those got left. And we did not realize it until the ship was moving. I literally think you were digging through your backpack and you're like, oh shit, I think I forgot my medicine. Yeah. And I was like, oh, well maybe I have time to get off and go run and try to get it. And then it was like the horn honked. Literally as you were like. It was like everything happened at one time. And you look at me and you're like, let's get off the ship. And I was like, we can't. We cannot get off the ship. Not only is it moving, but we have all of these people that have paid to be on the ship and use our links and our affiliate links. Not to mention, y'all heard last week that Winefee hired us to help them show their affiliation with Bliss and behind the scenes and to meet Serenity Cox and do all of these things. I'm like, we can't go anywhere. We're stuck. And Dan's like panicking. And if you're wondering like why, I guess if you're not an avid listener of the podcast and maybe just listen here or there, I guess let me give you a very quick scenario of my medication journey. I have been on Lexapro for a long time. I have been trying to get off of Lexapro for a long time. And I've genuinely struggled every time I've tried to transition off of Lexapro into something else. The reason I want to be on something else is because my libido has been crappy the last year. I cannot seem to lose weight. I feel like a lot of these symptoms that I'm having are side effects of the Lexapro. I have like no emotion or I have every emotion. Like there's no in between. So back in July, you know, I lost my dad in April. And probably April or July, I was just a hot mess. And at some point, something happened. And I was, and I don't even know what it was at this point. But I was like, okay, enough is enough. I'm going to have all of my hormones checked. I'm going to get off of Lexapro. I'm going to get a counselor. I'm going to, I mean, I'm going to do all the things that I need to do to take care of me. So not only am I a better wife, but I'm a better mother, a better podcast host, a better swinger, a better everything. because I feel like all of these things have been affecting me. So this has been quite the journey since July. I've went from 20 milligrams. I had slowly walked myself down to five, not myself, but with the help of my doctor, got myself to five milligrams of Lexapro. This is right before we had the Bliss Cruise and then we went to L.A. right before that. I went to the doctor and said, I don't feel comfortable going to L.A. and going on the Bliss Cruise at this five milligram dose. I'm really struggling with like my anxiety, with irritability. I just, I feel like I need to go back to that 10 milligram. And she okayed it and said, okay, go back to 10, go on your trips. And when you come home, I had an appointment three days after we were supposed to get home from bliss. She was like, we'll start the process again. We'll go from 10 to zero. So I, I felt pretty good. Like I'd gotten halfway there, you know? So getting, there was, that was, That was a rollercoaster ride in itself. Oh, well, for sure. Not only for me, but for you, for my family. I mean, I can remember looking at my mom one day and was like, she was trying to help me with something. I said, Mom, I love you and thank you, but I am having a hard time regulating my emotions right now. And I just, I need to do this alone. So it's definitely been a struggle for me. So when I told you that they were, I didn't, and that was our problem with Lexapro. That's what we're, I mean, obviously I need my thyroid medicine. I need like, I need testosterone. You know, I need some of those other things. But really, the Lexapro was like, oh my God. Yeah. So that's really where the panic came in. Yeah. So you were like, let's get off. And I was like, yeah, there's no way. So very quickly, I was like, it's going to be okay. Everything's fine. You know, and you're like, like deer in a headlight or, you know, you were just like, what the hell are we about to? Well, I just know what an emotional event it was to get you from 20 to 10. And then you even, you know, an attempt to go from 10 to 5 and that was a pretty emotional event so in my head I'm thinking now you're going from 10 to 0 and trying to do that in this environment you know not at home with people that love and support you but doing it while trying to party I was like this is going to be so on the inside I was equally as freaked out as Dan but I couldn't let him know that you know so I'm like everything's fine it's going to be fine so I knew you know when I could go to the hospital the you know place on board and talk to them I knew a lot of people. We know tons of people. I can ask people. And I'm not one to take medicine from somebody else. That's not my jam. I'm a firm believer you take what's prescribed to you. But you know what? Sometimes you get desperate. In an emergency situation. In this situation, if somebody had 10 milligrams of Lexapro, I probably would have taken them. I'm not going to lie. I was like, hell, I'm in the Facebook group. I'll go and say, does anybody have an Lexapro? Dan's like, Lacey, you cannot Lacey from the Sweet Nation podcast go on the Facebook page and be asking for drugs. Right. And you're right. I shouldn't do that. I didn't do that. But these were all options that we had at this point. Right. So we're like, okay, well, maybe we can figure this out. Maybe. But inside you were freaking the fuck out. Yeah. I wanted to jump off the ship and swim back to shore to safety. Babe. Yeah. Okay. I didn't though. I didn't. You didn't. I stuck by you. Thank you. Thanks for sticking by me. No problem, babe. But I bet. We did. So after that, we went up on the top deck to kind of see the ship off, see some of the JJs, which Bliss has got some new JJs this year. They do, yeah. So a few that we recognize and know and have been around before. DJ Philly Phil, DJ Frisky. What's his name? Party Rocker. Stevie. Yeah, Stevie B or Stephen B. Yeah. So they've done it before, but they had a few new names and faces. And one of them was DJ Tumbles. T-U-M-B-L-E. Yeah, and she's a female DJ. And she was a whole vibe. Well, first of all, she's cute as a button. She's like Polly Pocket size. She looks like a cartoon, like a Bratz doll. That's the best way to describe her. She is super adorable. She like dresses up in the theme. She's got like space buns and her thing is bubble gum. Yeah. She like literally chews bubble gum the whole time and blows these like big bubbles. She was a lot of fun to watch. I genuinely enjoyed her. I've even sent her social media to our team. She's probably way out of our price range. We do not have bliss cruise money but you know a girl can try. Yeah. But she was hot. If you want to see her go look her up. I really hope that she continues this with Bliss and comes to the next ones. No, I agree. I enjoyed her. Yeah. So on the sail away party, and the reason that I thought of her is she was wearing like a latex, like sailor's outfit. Like a little sailor girl outfit. And she had a hat that was like all bedazzled and like one of those giant, almost like New Orleans style. It's like a captain's type hat, but larger, like those over-exaggerated hat sizes. And you're right, like all the letters and everything was all crystallized. and it said Captain on the front. She looked so cute, though. I genuinely enjoyed every set that she did that we got to go and watch. She was always dancing and smiling. Like you said, blowing bubbles and bebopping around. I think at some point, if you're going to be a bigger DJ, there is some entertainment value there. It's about the mixing and it's about the song selection and all that. Some of these other DJs apart is they have just like persona. Yeah. Like they're putting on a show in a lot of ways. And she definitely had that. And that's not something you really see from lifestyle DJs very often. And I mean, they're mostly men, you know, and they usually just like have on like random clothes. Like a t-shirt and jeans. Yeah. You know, they're not like dressed in like major theme, you know, they're just seeing like whatever's comfortable for them. And it was just really fun to see like a female in theme, like living her best life, like over exaggerated everything. I don't know. She was just really fun to watch. And I enjoyed her. Yeah. Hope she comes back. So after that sale away party, we went to what was called a Facebook social media meet and greet. That is where we met Serenity Cox. If you listen to Tuesday's podcast, you heard us. Yeah. So I think I feel like we need to explain that a little bit. Okay. So we met wifey. If you don't know, Wifey is like Wifey.com. It's a hot wife adult content platform where they do these like mini documentary series where they meet hot wife couples. They get to talk about, you know, how they got in the lifestyle, why they like the hot wife lifestyle. And then they bring in legitimate porn stars to then make a scene with the hot wife girl. And so this is this new platform that their Vixen Media has launched and it's called Wifey. Wifey.com. You can go check it out. So they had come to Naughty in New Orleans. If you've been around the last of the last year, you probably heard their name because... Oh, they're on everything now. They're on SDC. They are sponsoring everything. To be honest, they had reached out to us early on and we just had no idea really what it was. Right. And then we started going to parties and we started seeing it and then we were like putting two and two together and finally figuring it out. And when we went to Naughty in New Orleans... And met them, yeah. They were probably rolling 15, 20, easy. And they were so kind. I mean, we got to meet Jason Love, who is their number one male talent. I don't know if it's their number one. I don't know. But he seems from an outsider looking in to be a big deal. Serenity Cox was, at the time, just another one of their more famous creators on their platforms. She has since been named the Wifey Ambassador. So she's kind of like the face. The brand ambassador. Yeah, brand. Thank you. Of Wifey. And so we've developed this friendship with the Wifey cast at Naughty. And we've kept in touch over the last few months. And they found out that we were going on Bliss. And they asked if we could have a conversation with them. And so we did. And really what the conversation boiled down to is they were a top sponsor of Bliss Crews. And where they were the same at Naughty in New Orleans. But at Naughty, they had, like I said, 15, 20 people there. On this bliss cruise, they had Serenity Cox and her husband. Yeah. And that's it. And so when they heard that we were going to be on the cruise, they were interested in working together in some capacity to help show, you know, the wifey. Brand. Brand. Kind of Spread the Word. Capture some stuff for social media. Yeah. Help Serenity and whatever she may need. And obviously, we were flattered at the opportunity. A little nervous, I was. Because I'm not a wifey girl. I am just Lacey from the Sweet Nation podcast. And so, I was a little nervous, but super excited. And they are so professional. And they have, like, a whole team. Like, if we needed help with anything, they would send us, like, TalkingPoints. I mean, like everything we needed, they were wonderful. And so I had connected with Serenity probably a few weeks before the cruise. And so we knew that we were, once we got on the ship, we were going to, you know, meet back up and kind of plan out our week and try to, you know, cross paths as much as possible. So she was going to this influencer, not influencer, excuse me. She was going to this Facebook social media meet and greet, I was a little confused if that was like a meet and greet for people that had met other individuals from Facebook or from social media or if this was like a social media influencers meet and greet. I didn't know. I still don't know. I don't think it really mattered. We came. She opened all of her swag. She was passing out swag. We got to chat with them. Got to chat with some other people. It was fun. Super nice. Serenity and her husband are amazing people. They're Canadian. By default, they're like super kind. I've never met a mean Canadian. I don't know if that's something that exists or not. But they were super cool. It was great. One of the highlights of our cruise, I think, was getting to spend some time. Yeah, for sure. So at that point, we were kind of playing. It was like five, six o'clock. We're like planning our evening. So we did invite her and her husband to have dinner with us, which I think we had a late. We tend to do late dinners on the cruise, like eight o'clock. So yeah, so we decided dinner time. And then we went on our way. Yeah. And so after that, Bliss is doing a new thing this year. It's called the Bliss Loyalty Club. So depending on, and I actually did some research because I was curious. For every night you've stayed on a Bliss cruise, you get a point. So it's not like I've been on six Bliss cruise, I've been on seven. Like if you've been on the longer cruises, you get more points. Points in the short. Okay. Yes. Because we were silver. And I was curious how, like how that, because I think it's like bronze, silver, gold, platinum. Yeah. So anyway, they had a loyalty meet and greet kind of reception. They gave out free alcohol. They gave out free swag for people, like depending on what level you hit within that. They made name necklaces for everyone. It was a great opportunity. We got to meet the tech guy. who designed the Bliss app, which honestly, it's fucking amazing. Yeah. I mean, like, that app compared to so many others that are out there right now, I'm sorry, guys, but it's kind of kicking their ass. Yeah. It's good. I mean, I think it still needs a little work, but it's doing well. Really? I think it's really good. But I'm also not a techie person, so maybe that's why. Yeah. But, yeah, so we got to meet the CEO. I mean, we've met him before. His wife was there. Dawn, who does all, if you see a lot of Bliss' social media, she does Dawn on Deck. Yeah. A lot of good people. A lot of fun, familiar faces. Yeah, and I don't think people realize that a lot of lifestyle businesses, they're almost, you know, this is going to sound crazy, but they're almost family businesses, you know what I mean? Like, it's people that have been in the lifestyle, that have been in the community, that people that care about the community, and I definitely think the new team at Bliss, falls into that, where they're people that are genuinely and really care about this community and want to make it better. So I appreciate that. Yeah. So after that, we went back to our room and it was really time to get ready. The cool thing about Bliss is they realize that we are content creators and there's a handful of us. And, you know, it's like a mutually beneficial relationship. We want to post about them. They want us to post about them. And so what's really cool is, Prior to sailing, I was able to get a schedule so I knew exactly what time and where we could go into each playroom, each behind the scenes. And so that really helped us be able to figure out our week so that way we are able to bring you the videos like you see on our social media of like the playrooms and stuff, but also be respectful of other people. Yeah. Because there's been some chatter about phones and videos. usage on this bliss cruise. Understandably, I think. Is it worth mentioning? Well, I don't even know if I know enough about it to talk intelligently, but I can. I know a good bit because I've been trying to read up. I've been reading all the, you know, I like to spy. Yeah. I like to read all the Reddit articles. So first of all, we'll start with us. So, you know, we make TikTok, social media, Instagram, we take pictures. We are super careful in every event that we do that when we make We find backdrops, backgrounds. We go into things like playrooms and play spaces before they're open to do the tour videos and things like that. So we have four years of social media. You can go back and look at all our posts, all our social media. I promise you, if you see somebody's face in one of those pictures, it's somebody we probably have a model release for. No, I would say nine times out of ten, we have a model release for that person. And at the very least, there is a small percentage of people that have maybe given us a verbal. or send a text and, you know, written. And I think people, because you and I had this conversation getting off the boat and chatting as we were driving home. If you scroll through some of our footage like from Secrets and you see. There are random people. There are random people. But those are random friends. Those are random friends that we have went to and said, hey, our photographer caught this picture and it is amazing a picture. You happen to be in the background. Are you comfortable with us sharing this photo? Would you prefer to be blurred out? How would you like a stand of that? We do that for every single post. And we have a team of people. So not only us, but like Swinger Society and now Electric Pleasures. I mean, we are not in the business of outing anyone. So now fast forward to Bliss. Bliss has a whole production team. They are very easily identifiable. They have vests on that says, you know. Bliss Cruise production. Yeah, like you can't. And they're, you know, we're going around, at our events, we're going around with iPhones and capturing a lot of our content. Well, we have some that are professional, but yes. But they had like, you know, real DLSR cameras and, you know, real pro video, you know, photography type people. And they also have model releases. So, for example, the first day I was there, you know, I saw them. They said, hey, Lacey, can we get you and Dan to sign a model release? Because we know we're going to get you in some pictures this week and we want to be able to use them. We want to make sure that it's okay. Absolutely. Absolutely. Signed it. No problem. The problem is that right now on a lot of social media, a lot of people are raising hell, for lack of a better word, because they don't feel like the production crew was explained. Yeah. Like they just all of a sudden saw them. Well, it's that. And I think when you buy your tickets, when you purchase tickets for Bliss Cruise, there is a blurb in there that says, you know, by purchasing these tickets, you you understand that you could be caught on production. Yeah. My understanding, though, is if you are 100% against that, you can go to guest services and there is a form that you can fill out that overrides that. They can also give you a bracelet is from my understanding. That means that if a production crew sees you with the bracelet, you are a no-go. And from what we were told is when the production crew is filming, for example, One night, they were doing BDSM. And Dawn, who does Dawn on Deck, was tied up and was hanging upside down. And they are filming her. She will be in the video. But everybody that was around her, because people were circling around her, they all... Will be blurry. All you will see is her. But you will see that there are people that she's in the middle of, like a, you know, thing. But anyway, there's a lot of people that... I don't think they understand that. They don't understand that. Like, Bliss would probably lose all of their... their customers if they started outing people. I don't. I mean, in knowing them, there's just no way they're going to do that. So my understanding is if you had the bracelet, if you went and you said, hey, I don't want to be in anything and you went and got the bracelet, you're not even going to be a blurred out person in the background. Like they will move you from the background to make sure you're not even caught there. Yeah. Or not. If you didn't do that and you're in the background, they'll leave you there, but they're going to blur you. Yeah. Right. And then if you signed a model release, you, can be shown full face, full body. That is my understanding. It's the way it was explained to me. If for some reason it happens, if that's not 100% true, I don't know. But that's my understanding. I think this will come out with an official statement. That is my opinion. I think that they will say something. But the truth is, is even though this is the lifestyle, this is still a business. They still have to market. They still have to get people to want to book. And listen, I know a lot the people in the lifestyle are older, but there is a whole nother generation of people that want to join the lifestyle that find out about things from social media. I get why we are having this conversation, but I just, I think it's important to talk about it. We totally went off a tangent. Now we're probably going to go over on our time, so I'm sorry, but I think it was worth chatting. The reason I talked about it is because... It's got a lot of attention. Yeah, it has got a lot of attention. We, people saw this. I've even had people say, I got to watch you make a TikTok and it was so much fun. Our room, we sat on the seventh floor, like two doors down from our room was a hideaway. It was like a little nook where there was chairs and stuff. We would go there the nights that we didn't have access to the playrooms and solarium and stuff like that. We would go there and take pictures and make TikToks. But we were very careful that no one was in the background. Not even like in the elevator in the background. That's a lie. There is one picture. Because I went and double-checked all of our social media. I blurred it. Did you blur them? Because you wouldn't see them. But there's no way you could tell if it was even a man or a woman. But they were very high up in the corner. I don't even know. His face was probably cut off. But even his body is blurred. Yeah. But we are very careful. So for this night, the theme was studs and bunnies. Yeah. So like a play-on-play. and we got ready and we went and made all of our TikToks in the solarium prior to going to dinner. So we were completely private. We didn't have to worry about. There was nobody in there. There was nobody in there. And Bella and Jace. Yeah, Bella and Jace from Foreplay. We always run into each other because they have the same schedule that we do. So it was fun. So yeah, so you wore a Hugh Hefner smoking jacket. I wore a leopard print bunny costume, like a Playboy Bunny costume. I didn't see anybody else with that outfit on which highlight for me yeah you look cute I loved it I love the way it took pictures wearing it was a nightmare my it would not stay up in the front my titties kept falling out I was a bummer which is fine it just if that was how it was made I felt like I was messing with it you know like when you wear something and it's like a little uncomfortable and you miss like I had pasties on it wasn't the end of the world I just felt a little uncomfortable yeah so I I ended up after dinner going and changing and just putting a black romper on. I left my bunny ears on. I left my bow tie. I left all of that. I just knew being comfortable was more important than how I looked. And honestly, nobody gives a shit. You're on a cruise in the middle of the Caribbean. Nobody cares if you have the theme outfit or not. Agreed. Yeah. Okay. And then after dinner, we went to... We started with the Sky Lounge. Right. So, okay. On this ship, there were multiple dance areas. Yeah. And I actually think Bliss Cruise did a good job of this. So, on other ships, they had the ice skating rink that was kind of the big dance area. Mm-hmm. And that's mostly where the dance parties were on previous iterations of Bliss Cruise. This cruise, there was no ice skating rink. Yeah. So, unfortunate thing is you didn't have a nice big area for everybody to dance in. Which is good, but also bad. Yeah. Not everybody wants to hear the same music. Like, for instance, on this cruise, they had a country DJ. They had a lot of more EDM music. They had top 40s. And so it is a little easier when you can spread everybody out. Yeah, I will say from previous cruises, you know, we like EDM. And I think they played more EDM on, like, the last cruise. But then they were getting complaints about EDM. So anyway, I think the answer is to do multiple parties spread out across the ship, which is what Bliss Cruise tried to do this time. So really the Sky Lounge ended up being kind of the top 40 or like the theme night party. You know, they play if it was a disco night, they play a little disco music. If it was whatever the country night, they play a little country music. But that was like the top 40 area. And then on the back of the ship, there was something called the Sky Bar. And that ended up typically being the EDM area. But there was also one or two dance areas that they had put in like the open. It's like the middle of the ship. Yeah. What would be the promenade. But there wasn't a promenade on this ship. But the open areas in the middle of the ship, I think they made one or even two more dance. I think there was two more dance areas. And sometimes it would be EDM there. Sometimes it would be other music. But for this night, we started at the Sky Lounge where it was like top 40. It was extremely hot. It's a low ceiling, almost like you said, like a speakeasy type bar type feeling in that area. And because it was really the only thing open at first, I think just about everybody went there. And it was pretty hot. there. The music was good music, but not really our type of music. So at 11, on the back of the ship, they had on the schedule the EDM party. So we moved from the Sky Lounge to the back of the ship for the EDM party. And this is where things get a little hairy. Yeah. So we love everything that Bliss does. We are huge Bliss supporters. We love the new owners. We love the old owners. We think that they do very well. for, you know, in this scene. And I think they're really in the process of making some pretty huge changes. And with those changes comes growing pains. And I think for this first night, we really saw those growing pains. And I'd like to say that it got better throughout the week. And really, while this was all happening this first night, I kind of felt like this was first night. Jitters. Jitters. I mean, because let's be honest, they turn a vanilla ship into a swingers. party within like two or three hours of people getting off the ship. So there's not a lot of like... Yeah, the logistics. I think it is important for people to understand the logistics. So that cruise docks as a vanilla normal cruise. And then within hours, 3,000 swingers get on it. And they essentially had to make one, two, three, like five dance club areas that are not normally in those areas on a ship. Outfitted with lighting and trussing and all the... And then they made a dungeon, a giant solarium playroom, and two or three other little playrooms. So they convert that whole ship in a matter of hours. So that is a lot of moving pieces. That's a lot of moving parts. That's a lot of things that then could create issues and problems. Yeah, so we give them grace. Like we throw very tiny baby parties compared to this situation. I can't even imagine. I can't even imagine. So when we get to the party, It was very apparent that it was not really set up well. The DJ, which was DJ Frisky, was there. He had his computer open. He appeared to be kind of ready. I even walked up to him and was like, hey. I was like, how are you doing? He's like, I'm working off those first night jitters. He was really, really excited because he had DJed for Topless Travel from some of their parties but had never been a headlining DJ on Blizz Cruise. This was his first opportunity. So this was his first set as a DJ. And so he was pretty nervous going into it. And it ended up being kind of a shit show. For lack of a better word. So the speakers weren't working. They sometimes worked. The lighting wasn't set up. So basically the production crew was running around trying to troubleshoot all the issues that were having. They were running through the crowd. So like we're dancing, we're hanging out, and they're like bobbing and weaving through the crowd. And it's not a big area. Yeah, I mean, it took them 30 or 45 minutes. So the party was supposed to start at 11. I don't think the music started till 11.30, 11.45. And then once the music started, it kept like speakers kept cutting out. Speakers were crackling. You know, I think it took them a while to get the lighting going. I don't know. It just was kind of disorganized. And Russell, the CEO, ended up coming out there. And I feel this might be like, what's the word I'm looking for? I feel like he comes to us. and ask what we think about things. Like a check-in? Yeah, like a check-in. Like, not that I think our opinion really fucking matters, because we're just two people that happen to have, like... It's just people he recognizes that are participating. But he's like, because he'll ask me, like, a couple times, he was like, throughout the week, he came up to me and he said, this night, he's like, we're having trouble with this week. I'm like, it's okay. It's the first night. It is okay. You know, we're here. We're with our friends. I'm on the back of a ship. My hair's blowing in the wind. I've got a fruity cocktail. Like, I'm good. So like all of this to say, we still had a blast. We still had a really good time. We just personally felt bad for the production crew running back and forth. We felt bad for DJ Frisky because it was very obvious that this was important. And it was obvious that he was trying really hard not to get frustrated. Also, we probably know more than your average person, like because you DJ some and because we know about speakers. We do our own production. We understand what's going on. So maybe we took on some of that anxiety because we didn't know. Oh, I had anxiety. I don't know if you could tell, but I had anxiety. Yeah, you needed to be removed from the scene. I was like, it's going to be okay. I was stressing, yeah. So we ended up staying pretty much until... It was hard for me to not want to hop in and help, you know. Yeah, you are a fixer. That is, you are. So we stayed until probably midnight. I mean, like I said, the speakers would go in and out and in and out. I mean, the party got vibing for a while. And DJ Frisky was killing it with the music. They actually had a drummer come out who had LED drums and this LED helmet thing on. And he was walking through the crowd while he was drumming to the music. So like the concept of that EDM party on that part of the ship is a badass concept. And you can see moments of like, oh, this is fucking cool. But the problem is as soon as you get like a moment of, oh, this is fucking cool, then a speaker would cut out or something would crackle or like. So it just it never. at least not on this first night. And I don't know if it really ever came together the way they wanted it to. No, I don't think it ever came together exactly how they wanted it to. But things were definitely better. I feel like it was kind of a roller coaster. Things would get better and then they would not be so, you know. So I think there was times where things were really good and then times where they failed again. But again, in order to make things better, you have to change. You have to evolve. And I am okay with a little growing pains knowing that Bliss is like they're probably taking our survey. They're listening to what we're doing. They're applying them. And I very much appreciate that. So this is like in no way hate or we're not here to like criticize them or anything like that. We're just we would be lying if we said this was like a badass party and nothing went wrong. Yeah. That's just the truth. And I think it's important to be authentic in this case. Yeah. So we hung around that party till I don't know midnight midnight 30 or so. And then we went to the solarium. Yeah. Everyone kind of like split off on their own. I think a lot of people were tired. Some people had traveled in on that day. It's pretty typical for the first day. Everybody kind of to connect with their partner prior to like connecting with everybody else. We had done that the night before, but I'm always down for like, you know, an extra night of that. Yeah. Well, I think even you said, let's just meet you tonight. Yeah. So we went to the playroom, the solarium. We opened the sheets. We ended up running into Mayor George, who was on our podcast a couple years ago. If you remember, he was the hot wife. And he has a play partner that he travels with now who is about as adorable as they come. I enjoy her. She is really cute. So we opened the sheet. Yeah. And then everybody like, well, not everybody. It's just four of us. We were talking back and forth. You know, they were having sex. We were having sex. It was a little like, is somebody going to make a move? Yeah. And are we going to all fuck? But it didn't end up happening, but it was still pretty hot. It was. Yeah, it was fun. And then we just kind of sat there and chatted for a few minutes. And then we got up, got dressed, and headed back to our room and called it a nine. And that was night one on the Bliss Cruise. Yeah. Only, what, six more nights, seven more days to go? Yeah, yeah. So stay tuned. We'll try to move quicker. I think that's all the time we have for this episode. But talking about the cameras and the production, I think those were, like, important, like, little tangents. medicine. Those are tangents that I think were important. Some of those will weave their way through the rest of the week. Yeah. So hopefully it'll go a little quicker. So y'all bear with us. Y'all probably like just get on with it. Y'all just want to hear about us fucking, right? Exactly. They want to hear about airtight. They do. Yeah. And double blowjobs. And under the stars. Yeah. And squirting on balconies. Yeah. Yeah. We did all those things. So stay tuned. So if you want to hear about them, you got to come back. So hit that like, follow, subscribe. We'll see you next time. This week for the rest. Well, for more of the Blizz Cruise. Yeah. All right. I think with that, in a world full of apples. Be the pineapple. Be the pineapple, guys. Bye. Bye.
