me i'm like uh i can't really stay away kind of kind of got the spins so uh yeah yeah so kwn wow what a fucking deal holy shit it is the most look we talk about all the time it is a love hate situation okay i love crazy one of nights it's our baby it's our pride and joy we nurture and we hug it and kiss it squeeze it and uh then there's times you just want to rip its little head off to quote tommy boy and uh uh because the week before a big event it just sucks a big giant cock like the kind that's filled with fucking enjoyable pus and herpes and fucking and it's horrible and uh but then when it gets here and you're in the you're in the throes of it it's like well this fucking kicks ass so uh that's where it was at and and when and it did kick ass we did the retro three we went back we went smaller this year because we had to fuck you covid uh because we had to but i think even though it was smaller than the last two it was a blast we were able to keep it warm and cozy and comfy uh and it was typical crazy winter nights because it was beautiful weather two days before the day before crazy winter nights it was 50 degrees in january nebraska uh friday night a friday of crazy winter nights it snowstormed so there you go uh par for the fucking course that's how you know it what it is.

But we broke in a new hotel and that was bad. The hotel was good. The hotel was good. The staff was good. They're idiots and other stuff. We'll worry about that later. But the, the, but the, uh, the hotel was good. The staff was good. The staff researched us. So they, they knew exactly what we were. They knew we were a swingers group before we even went into it. They knew we were a swingers group. They had looked up crazy one at website and all, every member of the staff that was there volunteered to work that weekend. Oh, they got paid. Well, they got paid, but they requested work.

The front office guy who's hot as fuck. She's on our page now, too, by the way. And let me reiterate, she's hot as fuck. Just saying.

Is on Fet fat life so she knew exactly who the fuck we were and was fucking giddy about us coming in and and was all kind of excited yeah she had to plan out to turn them all around turn them upside down for us to make our group feel welcome and loved i didn't even catch it i was busy looking at her and when she told me she she was all in then i i i started off as soon as we were there we had been there like oh i don't know an hour and i was like as i'm talking to her she's telling me she's on fat life whatever and blah blah and and so cole in 2022 cole is coming out of his shell i i know it's hard to believe i was ever in a shell but here's the thing i'm always the guy i will never just ask everybody else is like just like want to fuck and i'm always such a puss and i don't ask i don't do that i'm always like shy and all that shit fuck that i'm done with that shit 2022 i'm coming on my shell because she was like so i'm like what time do you get off work and she goes 10 i said well why don't you come party with us i said i can't you she goes i don't need this job i can absolutely come party with you guys I'm like well why don't you come party with us I said what you should do is stay for the pre-party you can be my guest and then come party afterwards with us I said you and me and she goes well why should I come party with with you guys and I said my circus my monkeys so when do you want to start at the top she's like idea.

So, and then I got too drunk and I don't know if it ever happened. Good job, Cole. Way to fuck it up. Yay. But I didn't see her on Sunday. Gave her a business card. Got her signed up. She's cool. So there you go. That's all I remember about Friday night. That was it. After that, 17 rum and cokes later, I was a fucking train wreck mess. Yeah. So our cadets were in full force. Yes.

T all over the place they had a couple staff members that were like 21 and 22 a couple guys that worked the front desk a couple times they they thoroughly enjoyed themselves they thoroughly enjoyed themselves one of our cadets and one of our friends would go up and say hi to one of them the one of the new ones and stand stand there and start bouncing their tits. It was really funny. You could watch the guys just really, their cleavage, and you could watch the guys just, like, totally look at them. Of course, I did that, too. This is how bad, you know. No, no, here's what's so sad.

The one guy who came in, and I'm like, they came down, her and her husband came down, and I totally was just, like, a 12-year-old. It was pathetic. I was like, wow, and just looked right at his head. That's because both of them have these big, beautiful boobs, and you just go. And I did, too. Mine don't look like that. I did, too, and I even said, I looked at him, and I looked at him, and I'm like, I'm sorry. I just totally didn't even, I apologize. I should be past that after 11 years and this, but I'm not.

You got in the room, you didn't hear shit. Yeah, no, that is true, yes. Yeah, yeah. Okay, the toilet's flushing above you. Yes, you could hear it. And the showers suck. And I've been seeing that on surveys. Our shower was the only one that there was, like, no pressure. The showers suck. Okay. But other than that, it was the first time we were in this hotel, and the hotel's only, like, five years old.

And it was like it was it was yeah it was it was actually really nice uh and no we did not do a full like run amok you had to be an adult at that point you know in public and uh so you know but that's okay so it was still it was still nice staff was always really friendly i mean people were saying that when they were checking in they were uh asking what where they wanted to be you know because they had a certain type of room where do you want to be type stuff i mean which floor yeah trying to be super super accommodating which is badass um clean you know i didn't like them plowing at 2 a.m.

No, that fucking sucked cock, too. Maybe that was part of what was... Hey, you know what? I'm going to make a joke here. No, I can actually make this joke because I don't say this very often. What? Because I don't play at my own events. I rarely ever play at my own events. Ever. I didn't hear them plowing at 2 a.m. Because guess why?

i'm just saying no sorry i loved how soundproof the rooms were the shower was great so there you go so we got we got the shitty room we got okay so we we had the one we had they have one room that's a double double room double suite yeah it was a two-room suite and and if we hadn't been if we hadn't been so tired in hindsight we would love to next time like we if we do another one there we'll get that room again because it's a good room for us to have with all our shit uh but we would have like we would it would be nice to be able to do a hospitality thing in there and but we just we were exhausted all.

All the rooms we've heard were big, though. I mean, they didn't have sweet suites. They were decent-sized rooms. And, you know, people were having fun. You know, look, we've had these things at hotels where people found, like, fucking chicken legs or chicken bones and shit. Shouldn't we say in a hotel room that you barely had room to walk And we're like, holy crap, this is a hotel room? Yeah. You're being loud. Anyway, so yeah. No, that was pretty cool. And the event center itself, which was Connected Hotel, was nice. Yeah. It was an 18,000 square foot ballroom.

So, you know, look, when you go from two years ago where we had 65 000 square feet and ballrooms all over the place to one big one we had to get creative on how we set stuff up and you know i mean we're getting feedback now that's the big thing the if you're listening and you attended kwn watch your email because your surveys are coming out. I just sent them out today. It's the painful part of the whole process. We sent them out. But we do want your honest answers. Good and bad. Good and bad. Because even though. Tell us the good stuff too, not just the negative stuff. Well, yeah.

I mean, here's the thing. We want them because the only way we can get better.

I mean, look, it fuck to have to to to read them but sometimes because you're like fuck but that's how we get better so please send it in don't like well i don't want to hurt their feelings fuck our feelings just send them in you know don't worry about it so send those in but the hotel i think right now the consensus is compared to the other hotel that usually holds these things in omaha i think that this hotel would win that that's a big thing uh so so let's let's talk let's talk friday night i think the check-in went pretty smooth we i i gotta get here another kudos i have to give the hotel the hotel worked with me because we had cancellations because of the weather we had cancellationsations because of COVID.

And they were working with me, and the hotel itself, they were to call me every time a room opened. Because we had an overflow hotel. So we were actually able to, we kept Saturday night filled, even with the cancellations as we were coming in, as late as saturday afternoon the hotel worked with us to keep people coming and coming in and and so we're able to keep filling and we filled the overflow hotel and kept this hotel pretty much full so thank you for them working on us and uh you know then that's just awesome so appreciate that. We want to try.

The challenge is, you know, a big event like this, they only have 121 rooms. So, you know, who knows? Maybe, I'm telling you right now, be watching. Well, because we had requests for playrooms. But then you can't bring people over. Right, right. You know, it was a toss-up. Do you pay a couple hundred bucks for a room, or do you let somebody that's- You're really not hot. Wow, I'm not. Okay. Am I even plugged in? I don't know. You need to check that because you're not hot at all. Wow. I'm hot. Don't be as loud as fuck. Okay. Well, but yeah. And that was the other thing is we didn't.

Holy fucking all hell break loose. And here's the other thing that what kind of sucked was that because of the size of the hotel, we you know in the past you will part of what we do is have a couple rooms that are set up just for, just for play. But we didn't want it, that was rooms that then we couldn't have had people in. You have to give people the opportunity to stay in some of the rooms. Apparently my mic isn't going to work. Is it even on? I wonder.

I don't know know we'll figure it out it's working ish i don't know we'll figure it out anyways you'll just have to yell when you talk um so and we're getting comments people are saying uh you know heard heard people that the staff expected us to be wild and out of control and that then we weren't uh the hotel was very much uh they were telling people we were a wedding which keeps telling people that we were a wedding uh to kind of keep people off our asses a little bit so that was pretty cool and uh yeah i mean it was just it was but we actually had okay so we had three bartenders we've had four people from their staff join the page that they reached out they were fans of podcasts that were there they were fans of full swap radio and we're excited to meet that we were part of that and so you know that helped too so whatever so let's let's start pre-party so the pre-party we did it we in past years we've just had pre-parties at bars.

In the last couple, we've decided to incorporate that we do the pre-party ourself. Well, no. Let's back up a little bit. See, that's better. Yeah, there you are. Okay, so let's back up a little bit because we had originally planned to have it at a local club. Swinger club, right? Correct.

Well people and the demand was like and then we had already sold 80 but we didn't want to not let other people join in and there was a couple people from out of town that said well if you could have it in the same place as the hotel that'd be better for some of us that don't travel or that don't know the area. Weather-wise, that works out really well, too. Well, and then we were getting literally everybody wanted to come, and we had over 200 people. We had 200 and I think it was 208 people or 210 people there. And the whole thing is we want everybody to be able to come.

Where this one, we didn't have all the other seminars and stuff like that. So we wanted to make sure people could always be and attend as much stuff as possible. So we put it in the hotel, and we had great response. And it's a challenge. I mean, the reality of it is that, you know, it's weird.

If you put a whole group of in a bar you don't have to have any activities keep them entertained because they're a bar but if you go into a ballroom people sometimes feel like they do but you know what people still we had a great dj i was very happy with our dj for friday night carrie did a great job she did karaoke uh and i've got to tell you what i've been to a lot of events you would kill to see that many people dancing yeah all night long and here's the at two at one o'clock in the morning when when we had to shut it down which is the time we went to there was still probably 85 of the people in there yeah so the thing is is obviously people were having fun you know and people were coming going they're going to the rooms fucking coming back whatever and and people were having a good time and that that's really what it's all about you know and i think a lot of people got to meet each other what was really funny i was talking to one of our friends um and he was talking about he came to the speed meet and greet and one of the questions i said okay find somebody you did not not talked to before.

And literally, and there was like 80 people in there. He goes, dude, there wasn't anybody in there that I hadn't talked to the night before. Really? Yeah, he had talked to and had some conversation with all the people.

He goes, I didn't, so I picked the person I knew or a couple people I didn't know very well or well or hadn't talked as much to that's what we want to do i mean that right there to me was that was uh that was that was awesome i mean that was like okay that's fuck everything else you know you're there to meet people and and a couple surveys that i've gotten back and this is a great idea for gift bags fucking brilliant idea for gift bags i think we're gonna look into this to have business cards blank business cards that you can write your name and whatever information you want on to give to somebody and vice versa to keep track of all the people that they met okay i'm like okay that's pretty fucking cool so everybody had fun.

We had a taco bar in there. That fucking. I totally missed it. Yeah, that fucking went fast as fuck. I caught it at the very end, but I let TR have the last one. That's fair. I know. No, he already had them before. I'm like, oh, okay. I don't think you'd have won that battle taking this away from him. Oh, I bet you I could have. Well, you probably could have. I could have sweet-talked him. Yeah. I mean, it's just like, you know, I'm sure you could have. But that's, you know. So, great. And a lot of people were drunk. I was. Here's the thing. I had my nails done.

And so, at one point in time, the light caught my nails and they sparkled. And that mesmerized the living fuck out of me. And they're not sparkly. They're just They're glossy, but it was I was like, ooh And I want to take a quick moment To acknowledge No, actually I got up there knowingly to sing twice And I went up one time and just meandered up on my own What? To karaoke Twice I got asked to go karaoke Because I did Summer Lovin' with Christine, one of our cadets. And one, the song just empowered you to go up and interrupt him. Yeah, and so a quick shout out to Jack.

For Colby and Dorian crashing your song. If you ever get a chance to meet Jack and Melissa, they're super cool people. Their song is an Elvis song. I'm a huge Elvis nut job and a huge Elvis freak. Love Elvis. I am Elvis. When I was in kindergarten, I would only go by Elvis. And so I heard Elvis, and I proceeded to stagger my drunk, happy ass right up there and joined in. And the funny part is, you couldn't remember the song song. I was so drunk, I couldn't remember the words. I'm like, dude, you know all these words. Are you fucking kidding me? But he does that every time. 17 Roman Cokes.

But let's have a moment of remembrance of the first time I took cold in New Orleans. And my dad got him drunk. Yes, my dad's that kind of guy. Wasn't my fault. And he decided he wanted to karaoke to Elvis and went sliding across the stage on his knees. Drunker than shit. So, yep. How embarrassing. I just put my head down and went, we got to get out of here. 30 years later, I'm still doing it. Still making her just as fucking proud. You know what?

Bacardi helps me make good decisions god yeah yeah that was uh yep so yeah so there was that uh but it friday night was fucking awesome and you know it was just look i gotta tell everybody here's the thing putting this on uh's empowering And it's For us, it's humbling as fuck Yeah Because you have all these fucking people Sitting there And they're at your event And just being super appreciative And people that were helping I mean, all these people that volunteered And helped work the door for us Last minute Because you're really kind of unorganized When it comes to volunteers Fuck all my Anyways I'm going to give you shit But all the people that help us And literally hundreds Hundreds Of instant messages and text messages Offering help And that is humbling as fuck and it's very much appreciated so you know when when we're the host and hostess and we could get drunk and not have to worry about shit that's incredible and amazing and just saying you know so that's pretty awesome uh overall so friday night you know you you just stumble happily uh to your room and and or two rooms and then and then you know it's like okay great and then the next day you wake up and your body hates you uh which is what happened with me but i was over it pretty hung over not bad actually that's what's really sad i'm getting back into the groove so i can just get fucking train wreck drunk and not be hungover the next day.

Because I really wasn't. No, the funny part was we get back and I'm like, I am so fucking tired. I'm going to go to bed. And you kind of stand there a minute and you go, I'm going to go get my dick sucked. I'm like, okay, I'll be right here asleep. No, no. You said, make sure you take a key because I don't want to have to wake up to open the door. Yes, I did say that. And so I made sure I had a key. You had a key. And I did. And you did. And I had fun. And I laid there and listened to the plow. Not me. And I'm like, I... Thank you, thank you very much. I'll be here all week.

I'm like, I'm wide fucking awake. What the hell? Yeah, so I come back sleepy i'm like done dealing well duh yeah i'm tired i crawl in the bed and i'm like yep back and you're like oh you have fun yep sure did had a great time blah and then all of a sudden i'm just falling asleep and you're like appear over me like an owl like a little kid like on christmas like your I did not. You didn't hear your eyes were wide. You're like, you started asking me a question. It's just like, uh, sure. I'm just like, and you're like, I'm wide awake. I don't know. You've been tired. I'm sitting in my brain.

I'm sitting there going, I could give two fine fucks right now. That's when you go, I'd fuck you, but I'm too tired. Yeah. I'm like, that's okay. Hey, so for all of you that were in my fucking newbie seminar and I talked about reconnection sex, yeah, we didn't do that. We did Sunday morning. Yeah, we did Sunday morning. I wasn't too tired Sunday morning. See how that works? It was delayed. It was like a good joke.

It was funny a couple days later So Saturday Saturday was the big day The moment in time Oh yeah, by the way, Saturday they played Chubby Bunny We do have video tapes of that I wish I would have gotten in on that You always said I had a big mouth I don't Don't even fucking say that shit Especially with the other shit we're going to talk about, and then you're going to say that. I'm going, you always said that at a big mouth. This is why I'm fucking, there we go. So, it was, okay, so the joy of when you do big events is that you can always count on weird shit to happen. Okay. Always.

Storms come come in something doesn't go right it that is just a fucking given right and we're gonna we're gonna talk about that in a sec because we we had we had a big one we had a big one for this crazy winter nights and wow but we'll minute. But that's why I have to be nice. Good hand gestures. Yes. We don't want to confuse anybody. So, Jesus. Yeah, so we had, you know, the VIP dinner. Hey, after two years ago, the VIP dinner was a clusterfucked. Oh, my God. Okay, so we went to bed Friday night. We did. Yeah. Got up butt-ass fucking early. Well, I did.

I started making swag bags in the quiet with somebody snoring in the background. Nice little hum. I don't know who that was. I have no idea. That motherfucker is sexy laying there. I had my breakfast in my room. My coffee and protein shake, put together gift bags. And then what? And then my mom did a play-by-play. And then I had toast. And then I had some jam. And then I had a pancake. Then I walked over and I thought, ow, this hurts. Then I woke your ass up. No shit. Well, here's how drunk I was.

I woke up to pee later in the night, and I woke up because I couldn't figure out how to make my pillow work No lie I couldn't figure out how to make my pillow work God's honest truth What was your pillow supposed to do?

I don't remember exactly, but it wasn't working I got pissed off, so I grabbed the other pillow That I'd thrown off when I first went to bed I said, well, maybe this fucking thing will work And put it on and do the other one down because the next morning i'm like well how does a pillow not work could that be user error i didn't say anything like well that's not something we all need to know yet but it's just yeah so so i got up and helped that's important to know let's just skip the highlights fuck who cares about the well we just did little shit until and again we had a nice group of volunteers oh fuck we had a shit came and helped everywhere kind of going why didn't you get me i would have helped more i'm you know i was just enjoying the quiet i'm gonna call out my cadets for a second i'm gonna call out my fucking cadets for a second my cadets were awesome the whole weekend all right well not our cadets they're not mine sort of mine they're cole's cadets they're not mine i'm not involved and i love it anyway so uh but my cadets were all offering to help and and they asked what we needed and you put on the on the list you said cole's in the shower and a bunch of them made comments about coming to see cole in the shower there was no cadets in the office when i got out of the shower Okay, but see, Brie said hear me knock on the door so she knocked on her door i just didn't hear it wait a fuck that up i was standing there fucking warming up the pud so it'd look impressive ever three years ago i fucking got out of the shower and we know i'm a girl or not a shower and somebody walked in and so i was making sure that this time it would look like fucking impressive.

And then no one came in. So it's never. See, I tried. Amanda didn't answer. Because I was getting ready. So I was in the bathroom with you. And I didn't hear anybody knock on the door. She should have texted and said, I'm here. Let me in. How does this always happen to these things? Well, all I can tell you, my arm and penis was sore waiting for somebody to come. I was going to be shriveled being in the shower Is somebody going to show up?

No I didn't wait that long No you didn't Way to go Way to cock block me pumpkin So there was a group of people that came and helped With the swag bags and helped get them all downstairs Nobody cares now Fuck off No actually we had people they ran and got us food And the whole thing So once We never left the hotel room No Or hotel Hotel no we didn't We never left the hotel Once we got there we never left We didn't even go outside Or anything I mean yeah I stepped outside to cool off Saturday night Friday night No it was Friday night I had no idea where you were at I kept no track of you whatsoever.

I figured out other people knew where you were at. You did. So once things got going, I got to tell you, we did the newbie seminar. This had to go newbie seminar first. Right. I was working the registration table. Sometimes it's a hit and miss on the newbie seminar.

Sometimes you'll go and there'll be like five people show up and i wasn't anticipating necessarily a huge crowd i gotta tell you there was like 70 people in there 70 or 80 people in the newbie seminar which was awesome now you weren't in there and so i totally i don't think i actually scared anybody but i mean i look we are all about being fucking uh uh being like honest and just laying out there. One thing that I said that I was kind of scared after I said it, not going to lie.

Cause I said, look, if, if you're determining whether or not you're going to have fun at crazy one or nights based on whether or not you're, if you get laid or not, I recommend you leave now and we'll give you a refund for your ticket. And I said that and I stopped and in my brain, I'm going, motherfucker, half this room is going to get him walking on. You're going to be fucked. They'll be like, son of a bitch. I was kidding. But nobody did. I mean, and so, again, one of the biggest compliments that I heard, one was from the bartender. She was like, well, I learned a lot.

And, I mean just it's it's fucking awesome cooling us our dj club club giggity uh john is that is the one that's going to be doing the djing for the contest in hito so not only did she get to practice in front of of uh people she got to work with the dj that's going to be doing it so you know again comfort level the whole nine yards so that's fucking awesome you know and and i'm just excited you know like we're like the small little part of it we just we're just kind of there kind of there so and then we did the speed meet and greet yes i i don't know i don't i don't know the speed meet and greet everybody always has questions on the speed meet and greet and it's like it's not speed dating i think we're getting better at it yeah because it only it actually was a little chaotic in a smaller room which we hadn't practiced well and but we had a shit ton of people yeah we did i mean there had to be again there was probably 80 people there, 80 or more people there.

And I have to tell you, the coolest thing in the world is, so when you first start, it's usually always kind of, you get people, you got to get everybody up and you get them in their, you know, in their groups and they're kind of quiet, you know, and I think it goes, it usually takes about a half hour and pretty soon they're not even listening to your questions anymore.

And's usually how we end it is that we want all of a sudden it's just the people once we just see it just noise yeah we don't we don't do anymore we say that's it and everybody just keeps our work here is done and people are still in there you know half hour 45 minutes later still talking yeah and it it is so fucking cool like here's the thing again everything we do the the goal is we remember we've told the story before about the fucking first meet and greet nervous not knowing anybody whatever and everything we do is how can we make it so that when the event starts no one has that feeling no one has to walk in and not know anyone right you may not know them well but you have some but you've at least met somebody yeah a face uh some a name to put somebody to say hi somebody to stand kind of by whatever and that's how i mean let's face it that's how this shit works you're standing you know one person well then they're friends with them and and it's just that's fucking cool and it's so it's so much fun to watch because really all we do we're kind of like we're like a fiddler on the roof i love that look fiddler we're like a match, all we do is we just, we're just, we're just bringing people together.

We just bring them together. Tip, knock the ice off. We don't want it to feel awkward to walk into some place where you're second guessing going, I don't know if I want to walk in there. I don't want, I don't want anybody to sit there and feel like, fuck, we just wasted our time and money coming to this thing. We talked to nobody. Fuck that. I don't want that. Okay, obviously the hot tub was a good place to meet and greet as well. See, Brie Sting and Matchmaker currently in a tub, awesome.

And everybody is, look, once you know one or two people, I promise you there are people that ended up at after parties Saturday night because of people they met during the meet and greet. Either Friday night at the meet and greet or the speed meet and greet. Or the VIP dinner. So that's just fucking cool. So that was fun. And the VIP dinner this year was fun for us, actually. The last one was a huge clusterfuck. The hotel had fucked it all up. Yeah, they did. This one, they did. It went smooth. There was a few things. There was a few little things.

There was one time I was at the bar getting us drinks, and you go, they need more meat. Yeah, yeah. She's like, well, they're coming right now. Yeah, I mean, but for the most part, it was pretty fucking seamless, and we actually had time to make it around all the tables. Majority.

Majority talk to people uh shit we're gonna i've been convinced i'm talking to we're gonna we're gonna be doing a casbahito trip that's what's gonna happen yeah someone suggested that and we're like okay well we should probably put some all of a sudden we got people going we'd go we'd go well fuck it let's go spend a week in hito with a bunch of people and get naked and see what happens. So we'll probably do that. But, I mean, just here's what's cool. Again, crazy winter nights.

We had people from Oregon, Ohio, Illinois, Texas, Georgia, Pennsylvania, Florida, North Dakota, South Dakota, Wisconsin, Illinois, Michigan, Oklahoma, Texas, Kansas, Nebraska, Iowa, Colorado.

Iado i mean for a small party for us that's a lot of people and we actually were going to have somebody coming from fucking uh england and because the snowstorm the prices went up like 250 pounds so he's like no but otherwise so i mean it's like holy shit you know what i mean so when you bring all these fucking people together that's just fucking badass it just goes through it doesn't matter where you're from it's all the same it's about having fun and meeting people right so all right so should we should we so the vip dinner went great we're all dressed up you look sexy as fuck i look sexy as fuck uh in a tux suppose that's what i heard i don't i gotta tell tell you it's friday night uh the appropriate greeting for to cole was oh my god you're cool i was yeah wait yeah so uh yeah whatever but anyways uh so all right so we'll go i'm gonna let the secret out the cat out of the bag do you think about what the the one big flaw the one big The one big thing You think Yes no maybe Yeah go ahead So you know Everybody knows That we are like Safety is here Well actually Before I go there Huge shout out First and foremost We also had Nikki from Dear Nikki Was there And The Sinful Ladies Were both there.

So everybody knows I'm huge on security right that's safety and uh so uh yeah uh 30 minutes before friday night started uh we found out our security that we had paid for and we're there we're uh all out sick with coven and all of a sudden we were like fucked uh and this is a testament to the people to everybody that was there people just stepped up people watch now i'm gonna put this out here there was a couple things there's one there's there's one group of people and i don't know if they listen to the show but i know people that know them listen to the show they're going to be banned from casbah for life because they chose to fuck in a bathroom and they chose to uh have one of their in their little group eat out the other one's wife in the group on the dance floor so you've got a letter coming motherfuckers you're gone uh but uh other other than that we everybody we had people just if they saw somebody breaking rules say, Hey, do that that's not okay and you know what that is man that's humbling that's fucking humbling because uh people that's looking out for the good of everybody you know and that's fucking badass and it's like we had 550 people that combined between the two nights 565 actually that could have been a shit show but it's because of people being so fucking cool and stepping up and and my cadets stepping up and and watching and be involved random people you know saying hey that have known us for years going hey no and stopping shit and and made it a a drama free event and and fucking hey that means the world does so but with that being said we have to we have to hit one thing because there was one point in time but we had we only had in two nights now this is huge okay this goes right along with our record two years ago we only had three people removed after a whole weekend okay we only had out of 565 people combined tonight we only had one person have to be removed okay that's huge by one good go find that at most parties that's a compliment to everybody at the party okay and so And so I had to be involved with that one.

And the thing is, is people might have thought, if you looked over... You were laughing on the way home. Oh, God. I said, you know, how you came up to me, you were really pissed off. Oh, if you're not at you. That this person did something. Yep. And you were telling me, if you ever see this guy If you see him I'm being nice about how you worded it But he did it in a way That was like You see that motherfucker And I'm like going You know Pointing your finger in anger at me Probably didn't look the best Yeah and I wasn't mad at mad at you at all. I was just like, I was so like ramped up.

I was like, you know, because I want to get this fucking person out. Right. And I was just like, so I was just like, you know, and it was, I didn't even think about it until later we were laughing on the way home. I'm like, we might need to explain that. And then the second time when I was letting, because again, I was a bouncer for a lot of years. I was a bouncer for like six years. So, you know, it's about de-escalating situations and whatever. And so, you know, there's no reason for anything, but words are what you should use in these situations. Right.

But you have to be cognitive where you're at.

And so I was allowing him, I was staying with the person so he could get his stuff and i could see you coming out of the corner of your eye and he just kind of he started to get a little defiant with me about wanting to leave you know whatever and i could see you coming i knew right where the fuck you were going to go which was right in the wrong spot of where you should be you were going to be end up being between me and and the person and if there was an issue that was going to be a problem and i'm watching you out of my peripheral vision i'm like fuck and you step right in this right i could have fucking i could have put an x on the floor where you were going to stop and you did and i said i go move and you go what i have to demike my my carry i was like move and you were like i was dancing with danie i grabbed danie's and i'm like let's go this way which is really funny because we're pretty sure now i think the guy thought i was saying that to him yeah because he was like okay and then and and but it was just like so we thought well we better clarify that because it's like, well, we don't want it to look like, you know, like.

She's just like, what happened? I said, when he says that, you don't ask questions, you just get the fuck out of the way. But this is the other part where I have to give a shout out.

What was really funny with that, and you described it later afterwards as as and the gentleman left the way he was supposed to and there was no issue and there was no there was no heated exchanges no no blows no violence none of that we all handle it like adults uh but what was so awesome and and again this is humbling as fuck is that um as as i was walking him out as we were walking out, the people, the guys that had seen what was going on, recognized the situation, and were instantly moving in the direction, not in a threatening way so no one felt threatened, but they had my back.

They were with me that if anything would have went south. The coolest was when you were originally talking to him that his behavior was not appropriate. Right.

The number of eyes watching that if shit would have went, if it would have went some other direction. And I made the joke to somebody, I said, well, I go, what do you think would have happened if the word would have got out that Cole was in a fight? And the one guy said, and the greatest language goes, every woman in here would have went, where'd all the guys go?

And the motherfucker should have had an army because they'd all piled right out and and that's that's humbling that's humbling because look the parties the the stuff we do how good or bad a party is is up to people when when you have that many people and and a lot of booze a lot of booze so you have sex and booze and all these things mixed and and the maturity and the coolness factor is, that's awesome. I got to tell you, we had a lot of special moments in this crazy winter nights. Because obviously we had the Lifestyler of the Year Award, which we had. We had some great people up for that.

Congratulations, Beth, who won that. We did the first annual Ernest Britt Memorial Award, which his widow was there, which, of course, fucking, I, you know. Both of you couldn't hold it together, so I'm like. For the first time ever, I had to hand the microphone over to Amanda because I couldn't. When we were first discussing this and that we were going to do it, I said, are you going to be able to hold it together? Sure. And he goes, I think so, but girls like that shit. I don handle this. But he's like, no, I got it. I think I can do it. And then he goes to stand up there and he goes.

No, I started to talk because when Holly came and we talked to her beforehand and it meant a lot lot, and it meant a lot that she came. She said it was hard to get out the door, and I understand. Yeah, and it was, and so then her and I are just, you know, so I started, and then her and I are just standing there crying and gave the microphone to you. And I don't remember what I said, but I don't like to show emotions like that, But, you know, especially in front of 365 people. But it is what it is. It was an emotional thing. But it was just really cool. And I put it somewhere.

I don't know where I said it. You know, we always, every crazy one night, we do a, we come in and do kind of a welcome. Like on Saturday night when the party, the night starts.

And, like, the coolest thing in the in the world and yes i'm an egomaniac and i get all that fucking shit yes it's a party and yes we do the shades and the sunglasses and the nails and all that shit but we've done you know we've been doing this for for five years now you know and i mean we have spoken and at we've been at a lot of events you know ours and other people's events where we're known we have people you know we have we have been it's it's overwhelming when you have people that are run up to meet you and all that the shit that we get to experience on a pretty regular basis that's like you know we're just people and so to us it just isn't kind of mind-blowing anyways but when you stand and we were just talking about today that we were both at different times in our own different at your job and at my job thinking about it and and almost get emotional thinking about it like when you're we're standing there and like you feel the love like and and we we talk about we talk about family and we talk about community and family and this crazy winter nights more than any of the others we've done like that all the way through that just came screaming through and and you just when we were standing there it like, you just, I can't put in words.

I've spoken in front of 10,000 people before, you know, but that feeling, it's, it's like a wave.

It's just like this wave that comes over you and it's badass when, so the DJ does events in New York and, and he said, and a lot of people people the first time they come to our events understand why we call it the casbah army understand why why we call it a family why you know how we are different our people the people are different than anywhere else in the country you know like i'll take our group anywhere our group is badass and we we party like rock stars we fuck like porn stars you know but we're as real and not just as are the whole all of us all the chasm of people they're just we're real it's what we are and you know i wouldn't fucking i i would put our group up against any group anywhere in the world and that's fucking that's badass and that's that's what is so fucking cool and and to get to kind of be you know i mean look we're not i don't even i don't know what we are we're just kind of like we happen to be towards the front of the pack i guess we're just kind of like the pied piper i don't know i'm a mascot you know, but I mean seriously, to get everybody should get to feel that you know, and that's just cool and that's awesome, so today I had someone, okay, so Saturday night, in the midst of dancing my ass off oh my god, I hurt so bad, but I love dancing and I'll dance whatever one time I was walking through the crowd and this one gal stopped me and she goes We'll be, whatever.

Well, the very first crazy winter night, she was the first one to tell me, thank you that she had had such a great time. And I'm like, I'm never going to forget that. Yeah. No, we don't. We don't. Look, we don't forget any of that. There may be times we don't remember your name right off the top of our heads because we meet a lot of people. But I'm telling you, we don't forget. You want to know.

I think you will agree with this one of the biggest highlights of crazy winter nights every crazy winter nights and crazy summer nights honestly is on sunday yeah for us we started to leave the hotel at 9 30 we started trying to pack the car we left the hotel at 12 30 yeah and uh and that but that's awesome like because everybody you know people saying goodbye to us people talking to us that's like that's the coolest thing ever you know it's i talked about the love hate the week before you fucking hate it that those couple hours of every event summer nights winter nights doesn't matter when people are going we had a great time it's like then everything's worth it it's when you get people it's our first time like i don't know how many people this is our first big event holy fuck or even experienced people this is our i had one guy say he was skeptical about what he'd heard about our parties there's no way a party could be like that And then he said it lived up And exceeded all those expectations He'd ever heard That's like, that's cool And then that's the other reason We sent out the survey Look, we know it's not perfect Well, okay, so let's take a step A little bit backwards Or rewind Okay, we didn't put in a vendor fair This time around a by the time we decided to do this it was so fucking last minute it'd been shitty it wasn't that last minute but it would have been for a vendor fair a the hotel that we had it at last time is not there so you didn't have the space to find all the vendors is not an easy task not not to have quality vendors and here's the one thing that we won't do that that crazy winter nights it was very scary for me to go backwards because i've told you this is when i felt the most exposed on right because we didn't have there was no distractions there was no like vendor fair and seminars and all the other shit that we could like like smoking myriad you know we couldn't but the what we decided when we went into this was we were not going to put on a half-ass fucking event i'm not going to go i will never go from 120 person vendor fair back to a 20 person vendor fair with just trying to get anything just to have something in there you know we're not going to go we're not gonna we're not gonna go to from world-class uh educators and seminars to like uh dude does anybody know about this subject come talk you deserve more than that and that's how we feel about it we feel like that the people that all the people in the casbah army and that come and attend deserve better than that and so it you know was it hard for me to step backwards fuck yeah it was what it means though is hold on to your ass because it's because I don't know.

there will be a nebraska kwn and there will be a kwn and a warmer climate as well so because the reason why we're going to do that is that we will we our home base has always been here in nebraska and we love and support and want to be a good part of the Nebraska community. And so we know that not everybody necessarily can take time off to go to a warmer climate to do KWN. But we're going to go to Hedo. But we're going to do Hedo, too. But we're going to take and we're going to make it so that there will be a KWN here as well. So there it is. That's the official big announcement.
