Sorry to hear that it wasn't up to expectations. But as others said, don't give up. And I agree: find a couple who have been in the LS for a while and/or find a wingperson. You may feel awkward at first, but you will find someone with more experience who will be supportive - we were all new to this at some point!

Nuts! Sorry to hear that. I got lucky with my first experience. It was not the couple's first rodeo. I think that's important. In any case, my rule of thumb is that the amount of difficulty in having a good experience for all varies with the square of the number of participants. Totally worth the trouble though.
