I know he won it by 306 to 232 in the electoral vote (and he won more than 7 million in the popular vote).

Call me crazy along with the 84 million Americans who voted for him.

Not sure what law school you went to? But who tries to lose a case so the SCOTUS has final say? The lawsuit has just narrowed considerably. It is now an appeal on how the judge ruled. It is no longer about the content of the suit. The judge did give them a glimmer of hope. He has left the door open to hear more arguments on the content. IMHO it will not change his decision. He is arguing hypothetical situations.

In high school I took a weight training class. The guy who taught it wanted me to play football for the school. He saw me and convinced me to get into his class instead of PE.
