SP: TV remotes
Simple Pleasures
SP: Planning the NOLA trip with all those who are going, in TripIt.
SP= an unexpected midweek visit from daughter. Hours of laughs, trying on clothes, jewelry and costumes. Love that she never gets too old for a little mommy and me time !!
Taking a break from working on an old farmhouse today to go apple picking with an old friend.
Face timing with my daughter from 1500 miles away while on a rooftop bar in LA.
BT
SP: open windows
SP: The smile, on an old woman's face, when I wave hello.

looking at pics of my sons when they were very young. Ah. I could just kiss those pics. (I didn't. I'm not that looney. But still)
Thanks, Smooth. Will look into it.
SP = Mr's special ability to curl my toes even from 4,500 miles away ;)
You wouldn't think that being sick with allergies all weekend would be a simple pleasure, but it was, in a way.
Stayed in, napped, read, caught up on TV (Sed, we're Jeopardy nerds too. sigh) and cuddled with my amazing dog, who had a bad night on Friday with a very scary seizure. Canceled plans, canceled everything. Rested. Dog too.

S42, just getting caught up. it often depends on the make and model of the bike, but i would check the web site for mustang seats. they are regarded by many who ride as the best motorcycle seat money can buy, and k and i absolutely agree. not cheap, but worth it. their site will allow you to shop for your bike. hopefully they will have something that will work for you.
A drive through Gatineau Park on the first day of fall.
And more, for the dog lovers amongst us:

For all the doggie lovers
Early morning nap that allowed me to get over my hangover and take my ass to the gym.
SP: connecting with a good friend after nearly 10 years.
Sp: snuggling with my baby watching a weeks worth of Jeopardy.
SheSmooth: No, you have to wash the car because that cum or whatever they leave behind will take the paint off. I wash the car almost every other day during the high season, especially around the grill. My car is white so you know the rest.
SP: Perfect weather to ride.
Hey...question to the motorcyclists. We own a Harley. And the seat is just terrible. When we had the Suzuki I used to sit so much higher than hubby. I was able to see above his head. With the Harley I'm staring into the back of his head/helmet. We stopped by the Harley store and they said there is nothing out there. Please say it isn't so.
BLT, they are such a pain in the ass. the front end of my F150 is black for about a week during both those seasons. no point to washing it til they're all dead or gone.
and i don't even think about getting on the bike during that time.
That is nice, Jaycee. Sorry to hear about your dog.
Carrie
SP - Watching my pregnant daughter lay on the floor and cuddle with my 13yo dog who is not much longer in this world. He was her first pet and still is her favorite. It is nice to be able to let them spend some of his last days together.
@SheSmooth: Those love bugs are a real pain. Here in Vero, they are worse in the spring and come back for a short time in the fall. I have spotted a couple already.
va. we have "fuckbug" season in florida. you're just going to love it.
