Have cock rings and shaft rings. Use the cock rings around base of cock behind balls and have harder, more sustained erections and a perceived ability to last longer(have not truly timed). No ED issues but like the enhanced feeling and wife likes the visual. The shaft rings do make for a slight increase in girth temporarily but not permanent. We are not as much of a fan about shaft rings. Together visually she likes them but can do with or without shaft ring as does he.
