What’s wrong with a friend request?

I'm not sure what "additive" is in this context, other than a typo, but going with the idea that it was a negative reaction to an unsolicited friend request that you sent, what did you think would happen when you contacted a couple that said they'd do the contacting?

I don't accept friend requests from people I don't know, whether on Facebook or on SLS's cut rate version, and I'm not alone in that. And I'd certainly call it an unsolicited contact.

If I'm reading this correctly through the nearly incomprehensible text-speak, a couple is ok with SMs but only if they contact you first. You ignored their request and send a friend request anyway. They got miffed that you ignored their wishes and it's THEIR fault??????

So in my opinion if u add in ur profile that ur interested in single males and also say Single men if we are interested we’ll contact u!
But get a little additive when i send a friend request. Like grow up u act like u don’t have Facebook and add ppl u don’t know. It’ actually should be more common here cuz this is literally like our own little community. Just because u want to be friends and maybe get to know someone in our community doesn’t mean we want to bang u or ur wife. J/s
