MFM means the two guys play with her and the woman plays with the two guys, but the guys do not play with each other. But, if a MF couple invite you to be the third you need to ask what they are looking for. Some MM non sexual contact is expected during a MFM threesome. You can't have two guys in her pussy without MM contact. Or her mouth. Some guys do not care, as long as they are not having sex with the guy. Some guys will not be naked in a room with her husband.
