As a person who has probably done 50+ DPs and DVPs, there are a couple of points that I can give. This advice is worth what you are paying for it :)

First off, relax. It's just sex. Seriously, don't let your head take over.

Secondly, seriously, do not try the porn positions that are there so that you get the best cock insertion shots. The women that do that are seriously experienced. It is best for the woman to sit on the guy below face to face. This way she can control the angle and height of her ass. The safest and least painful anal sex is the sex that the penis follows the path of the woman's back. If the woman is flat on her belly and the guy try's to put his dick in from a top down position it will be painful! If he slides in from her thighs, following the path of the back, it will not be painful. So when you see the women sitting on the guy and it's in her ass, that woman has worked hard stretching her ass out.

Thirdly, dicks matter. For me, I have the type of hardon that you can hange a towel on. If the other guy has a mushy hardon, it will be an issue. I will wind up pushing him out.
