A sex swing with a remote control height wench takes care of most problems. No need to be athletic for that, as the swing and the wench absorb most of the stress of positioning.

I've done DP and DVP many times with my last lifestyle GF. It was never a failure but there were the odd times where we had to find a somewhat uncomfortable scenario to make it work.

Most times we used a low workout bench. The "pussy guy" for the DP would sit on that and she would ride him in the cowgirl position. The "ass man" comes in from behind (pardon the pun) and takes it from there. In DVP scenario, the ass man becomes the second in the pussy.

We also used to do this with the first guy on the bed on his back, she rides and the second guy has to stand and kind of squat down to take her from behind. This was much more difficult (especially with a bad back).

Just before I met my wife I was playing with a couple who loved DPs but had never been able to find a guy to do a DVP.
It took us two tries to get into position but one we did it was amazing! He laid down and she rode him reverse cowgirl. After a minute or two of getting comfortable I was able to slide in and let her adjust to the feeling. She then had us stay still while she moved herself around.

So here is the thing..take a random male and random female and you'll find some positions work well, some don't. Add another male and as a result limit the possible positions for dp or dvp it is no surprise it it no where near as simple as it looks in any video. Kinda fun trying though :)

You just need to be athletic, not super rip super athletic shape
