I will say that this can be harder to pull off than one might expect. You have to have BOTH guys get AND stay hard. That means you have to find guys that are at least comfortable being so close to each other like that.
My limited experience with anal is that girls need time to stretch out and this is usually a bit of a long slower process than just regular vaginal sex. It also means more time that a guy can go soft. Anything you can do to make that happen faster (prep) in advance will help. Was thinking along the lines of a butt plug perhaps. It also sort of advertises to a guy that anal is not off-limits without having to explicitly say that.
The positioning itself can be a challenge.
