Hey there, pineapple people, and welcome to the Swing podcast we are your host northern guy and southern girl and we are back with part two of splash atlanta we are when we had left you lacy had just freaked out in the playroom caused a huge scene i mean it wasn't huge huge scene with our friends minor inconvenience and then they came and made a scene i mean it wasn't huge huge scene some minor with our friends minor inconvenience uh and then they came and made up with us the next morning yeah and that's where we left you yes we just talked it out hugged it out good to go um and it was friday yes and it was raining again again so again we were in this like do we set up do we not and like do we wait until the rain passes Thank you.
it was raining again again so again we were in this like do we set up do we not and like do we wait until the rain passes and we ended up not setting up our merch booth again and it ended up being sunny like at like one and the pool party ends at four and or maybe like one or two it started you know kind of started drying up everything was was still really really wet i mean i think at one point it dried up they wiped everything down and then it rained again so it was this whole like do we set up doing not so we we kind of waited it out and ended up deciding we're just not going to set up because at that point we would probably be open for the merch with like an hour or so and then again it would be out in the elements i mean it was covered but still out so we were like just fuck it tomorrow it's supposed to be beautiful we'll just set up and just sell the one day it's not it's not the end of the world luckily like our merch is fun we do make some money off of it it doesn't like it's not paying the mortgage so it was it was okay we can be chill with it yeah we could we can be chill and we didn't we also didn't bring an employee to run it uh splashes because it's a little bit laid back and we're not really working we us and tennessee girl nicole uh and her husband we kind of split it off like they work a little we work a little so it was okay it wasn't yeah so basically lacy was like i'm not working in the rain so uh we're not setting this thing up but you didn't want to set it up in the rain don't even but yes that is that is true so um yeah we just kind of uh hung out you know we in daphne's room a lot because it's really right in the middle of everything again more shopping more walking around because there was no pull it kind of made it again almost like you didn't know what to do with yourself i personally enjoyed it because i felt like it was laid back nobody was rushing it was just i don't know it was good social time like good yeah like you're saying i feel like but a lot of swinger events it's like party drink like dance music where this because it was raining there was music still going out by the pool but it was it wasn't as like it was just calm yeah it's a little more calm a little more chill yeah now once the the rain did clear um i did go emcee the pool party though yeah did you host any parties on friday yeah Friday?
Yeah. We played some games and everything, yeah. Friday? Friday, yeah, sure did. I didn't think you did anything. I can remember Friday we actually kept the pool party going an hour later because it didn't really start when I was supposed to. Well, I never really put a bed and suit on. I don't think.

And I think that's wise because we don't. We can't. We don't have the time to just hang out with our friends and be just chill. You know what I mean? And just be like, hey, we're here just to hang out with you.
And how's your know how's your kids how's your dog like i miss how's work going like we don't get the time to do that because a lot of times we might have one hour but that's the only hour we have that day so a lot of times we are resting and i'm eating dinner we have nothing else to do is we're in our room trying to get some like just peace yeah like just like a time there's not music yeah um yeah so we did this both nights actually and i genuinely enjoyed it uh we just i mean we sat up there till like seven o'clock which is normally we we we kind of hightail it out because i need to like de-socialize or you know i just need to decompress get away from people for a little bit um so i was i enjoyed it uh like literally my notes are super relaxing and chill so we went back to our room after that and the cool thing is we don't have to be at the club by a certain time like normally we're at like it's secrets we're out there at like 8 or 30 you know 9 is the latest we weren't even ready as flashed like 9 30 made tiktoks and then we didn't even go to the club till like 10 so just made for just room to kind of catch your breath a little so we got ready um friday night theme was leather and lace which is essentially bdsm like i feel like this point everybody calls the bdsm something different but in my mind i'm just like okay it's bdsm black black leather or something like that um which i did a re-wear i wore like a lace cat suit that i had wore twice before um it ended up getting ruined so i got i got three wears out of it but that's pretty good you say i don't wear things over and over again um that was a three three night wear yeah that's good yeah better than most but we uh we made tiktoks uh again just whoever kind of wanted to come come we we ended up taking like a couple of pictures all the girls were dressed like pretty sexy and um on the couches and stuff and then we headed in to the club which is the ballroom and it was amazing as always um hot the it's always hot it's flash in their playroom i mean in their club ballroom area but it's like that at every hotel takeover it's not like a splash thing it's a you're inside every it's not even every hotel takeover it's every swingers club it's every the funny thing is because now you know we often get a chance to go into these spaces before they're open and they're freezing when you go in there before it's open those spaces are cold i mean they are freezing it's it's like chilly in there you need a sweater yeah um so i mean they're cranking that ac it's just once you get all those hot bodies in there moving around there's just no there's not an ac on the planet that seems like can keep up with that no and what's funny is we had some new merch some new fans speaking of how hot it was and every and we had used them because dan and i were the only ones that had gotten them because you know they came to the house and i loaded them up so i'd thrown you know our personal ones in our bag so everybody was like dying for fans because nobody was selling them other than us and so oh we ended up opening up the merch piece on saturday but everybody bought fans because it was you know it was hot and uncomfortable so that's the one good thing about having merch um splash head and do you want to talk a little bit so splash had some new djs there this this year and the funny thing is one of them uh his name was just in time and he came up to you and he's like can you make a tiktok yeah which i thought was pretty pretty cute but also um the way he dressed and stuff yeah he looked like a jehovah's witness or something like that like he had on like a white shirt button up um long sleeve and like black like dress slacks and i thought he looked so cute like he was actually a really good dj like if you look at him he seems kind of like timid and shy i was very impressed and his wife they were precious i thought they were like so refreshing um to get to meet and stuff but uh he was really cute i thought he did a really good job yeah he's gonna be a naughty too is he yeah interesting yeah yeah he was good uh edm our kind of music yeah yeah he was a nice guy i don't know where they're from but it sounds like they've been around the last they've been around you know uh the owners yeah he's been around he said he used to he dj's club like way back in the day oh yeah They've been around the last summer.
They've been around, you know, the owners. Yeah. He said he DJ'd his club like way back in the day. Oh, yeah. They've been around for a while. Yeah. They were very sweet and very nice to meet. So, yeah, we hung out. And then, of course, Serena was there, which is he's DJ'd our stuff. He still didn't fuck you. He still didn't. I don't think he will. I've given up hope on Serena. At this point, he'd have to have a hard dick and just come and lay down for me to take him serious. And then Rockin' Ronnie was there, of course, like always. Yeah.

We slept in and then we woke up and the sun was shining so we were like fuck we got to get up game on so we actually had to get up pretty early yeah because we had to go unload the trailer and set up the so i think we were out there like nine o'clock we were and i just threw on which is for us is early yeah i just threw one like like a romper and a hat like i i don't even know that i brushed my teeth i might have brushed my teeth to be honest with you but like i didn't put any makeup on i didn't i thought that like i was gonna go set up the merch tent and then like come back and get ready for like the pool and stuff um we ended up putting everything up and got bombarded with people wanting to buy stuff yeah like we we went back and pulled like our numbers we sold just just as much on saturday as we did the entire weekend last time so i think just because like nobody like people couldn't get it so they just bought it all in one day, which, hell, I enjoyed it.
I got to enjoy my time. It was like a win-win. But because we were so busy, and me and us and Tennessee girl, Nicole, kind of trade-off. I was like, I'll just stay out here and work, and you can go have fun, and then we can swap back. Since I'm already out here and already working. So I stayed out there for a while and did that.
And then I went and we swapped out i went and you know brushed my hair and ate some lunch and kind of got settled in for the rest of the day um while you were you were hosting pool games and doing all the things over there yeah yeah so there was fun though the pool party was was you could tell people were ready to be out there and be partying because it was it was in full swing if you will yeah on saturday yeah i still felt like for me a saturday was kind of low-key i didn't i didn't even drink during the day because you're working anything well i didn't drink i didn't drink thursday friday either so but normally you think of like being by a pool and it being hot and you're like having it i just i don't know i was just kind of busy and enjoying myself and didn't fill the need for that so i just didn't so i just kind of felt like calm which i i enjoyed to be honest with you like i kind of wish we would have gotten in the pool and kind of hung out some but we didn't because we were working the merch booth which i was okay because it was kind of like a good trade-off we had thursday and friday basically off so i it was okay with me yeah no saturday was a great uh day at the pool um music was good it was the sun was out people were people were naked y'all had a ton of stuff to give away though because you didn't do that many games and stuff we did we did a bunch of pool games yeah yeah because because a lot of people like sponsor they want to give their stuff away it helps promote them so you had to fit it all in yes and splash has good prizes they do i mean they give you know they give away like thousands of dollars they gave away like a naughty in new orleans package yeah like they give like seven like 750 to the next splash or something like so uh definitely you know so if you see pool games happening you want to play those games yeah we give away good prizes everywhere we go yeah we like it doesn't matter if it's at secrets uh splash uh you know we got a naughty noil's pool party coming up i'm sure we're going to have some good stuff for that as well yeah i agree so i mean that was pretty much the bulk of our day we ended up again staying open later the the pool party typically ends at four and i think they closed it down around five so we stayed out at the march 10th for a little bit longer and if i like as soon as we started breaking down people started coming wanting to buy stuff so i had to like stop and you know i was just like let's just wait let's you know we sold some more stuff and then finally when it finally died down we ended up boxing it up we went ahead and just loaded it up so that way sunday we could just get up and go which was real nice for us um it's kind of a pain in the ass you're exhausted you don't want to do all that so it was nice to have it all done and lots of people around to help us so i appreciate anybody that was around that helped um again we had dinner outside at the um the little tables this time we ordered door dash and we ordered from some kind of seafood restaurant right down the road papasitas papa something like yeah it's pretty good it was pretty yeah we all had like fried shrimp and stuff um and then after that We'll see you next time.

Yeah. And even when you have already established connections, getting that time with couples I think is important. Yeah. Part of this lifestyle. Yeah. No, I agree. So after that, we kind of rested and then started getting ready for the night.
Saturday night's theme theme i got it saved right here and i can tell you was sparkle and shine which what the hell does that mean something sparkly i mean i don't know what does it mean how did you come up with a thing um me and daphne so on the bliss cruise there was this beautiful lady dancing by herself in the cutest outfit she had these like sparkly shoes on and they were she did like a red and white type of outfit and um we were like we should do that because she had on like sparkly tennis shoes you know like the young kids are wearing tennis shoes with their like dresses and stuff now which i've kind of fought for a while and i'm i think i'm finally giving up i think i'm finally giving up it's just i'm tired of my feet hurting and i'm tired of wearing 14 pairs of shoes in a night you know like i'm just i just wear the sparkly tennis shoes and be done with it yeah it is a thing that and i think it's kind of that rave culture because you see that it's just a new generation like the new generation that's what they do you think you look at proms you look at homecoming you see these young girls in these like beautiful dresses and they've got like nice sneakers on but sneakers i think that's just like like our generation we went to the clubs we were wearing like stilettos and wedges and stuff like that and so i think that's just kind of what we're used to but there's like a whole new generation that would not be caught dead in a club in heel which is foreign to us so a lot of our friends and group have kind of converted to that and me and daphne are like one of the few that are like holding on to the heels but we saw this girl in these like really cute red completely sparkly shoes sparkly shoes.
And we were, like, we need to do that. That's, like, in pink or something like that. So, when we got home from Bliss, and I saw that this was glitz and glamour. I was, like, rhinestone shoes? That's glitz. That's not glitz. It's sparkle and shine. Sorry, not glitz and glamour. Sparkle and shine. I was, like, that's sparkly. That's shiny. Let's do that. So, we wanted to match. And so, we ordered these, like, pink tennis shoes.
And then we shoes and then we had found like these little like skirts that were actually shorts on sheen and so we just kind of made an outfit and match which you know like sounds like so much fun i think people think that me and daphne match our outfits often we actually don't i think people think that we do we're coordinating but we're not matching because let's be real I am built very differently than she is she is my best friend and I love her unconditionally and but she's probably 40 to 50 pounds less than me let's just be real and I'm probably five inches taller or more than her easy and I have an ass and she doesn't have an ass and she her titties are way bigger than her.
Like, we're built very, very differently. So what looks good on me may not look good on her, and vice versa. So I didn't think about that when we were, like, picking outfits. So when we go to put our outfits on, I mean, the outfit is adorable. And now looking back at pictures, I see myself, and I'm like, why was I overthinking it?
Because I looked cute does that make sense but like in the moment i was i was comparing myself which we we shouldn't do women but we all do it let's just be real and i'm like literally in the exact same shirt exact same skirt same shoes everything as my best friend that is like miniature size that you can put in her pocket you know so i just got in my head a little i did have kind of a freak out do you remember that over like my socks oh yeah uh because like she wanted to wear ruffle socks and i wanted to wear fishnets because it hid my cellulite you know so um but we ended up like so I had fishnets on and she had like little ruffly socks so they ended up being just a little bit different but we but i think that was okay it kind of like made it more unique to us but i finally just had to say fuck it at some point i was just like this it is what it is like this is me in this outfit that is you in that outfit.
And I went and had a blast. And now looking back at pictures, we looked adorable together. And so I kind of hate that I did that to myself. When will I learn? Ladies, when do we learn to not pick ourselves apart? Because it's not as bad as we make it out to be. Well, you do it almost every other day. And you know, what's funny is we do this often that I think a lot of times I say, this is a common fight between Dan and I. When I walk out, I want you to immediately be like, oh, my God, you look so good. Sometimes you're like half in the shower. No, literally. I do. I will get in the shower.
Lacey will be out doing her makeup or whatever in the mirrors out in the hotel room.
I i'll get out of the shower i'm like tallying myself off and lacy's like you're not gonna tell me i look cute and i'm like huh because i just need that like affirmation she's like you're not gonna tell me i look pretty and i'm like baby i just got i haven't even looked at you hardly she's like you just looked at me and i'm like but i'm not like yeah i'm not even ready yet like i'm not i need to work on that but he also needs to be better about words of affirmation that's not his strong suit so like we could give and take both there i will say this night you were like that's one of my favorite outfits you've ever wore that looks really really cute on you but it didn't matter i had already got so you did right here let me give you credit where credit is due you did the right thing but i just over was thinking i was comparing if i get out like if i'm getting out of the shower and you're like you don't tell me i'm pretty well now anything i say after that point because you basically called me out on not telling you you're pretty so now if i tell you you're pretty you're gonna think i'm just saying it because you said i didn't say it like i know i'm wrong there i know but i am definitely a words of affirmation person and you are definitely not so that's just like I don't know.

I don't – I feel like it's always going to be a journey. I'm really trying to work on, like, self-love and self-acceptance. But the other two nights I did really well. The one night I failed. But I didn't let it affect my night. And so I think overall, if you look at the weekend, I did good. So I'll take that as a win.
it could be worse so i'm working on it got it it's always going to be like a work in progress you have gotten better because there has been nights where you know if i think back to early on in our journey where you would get in your head about an outfit and it would derail you for sometimes the whole night yeah i don't i don't typically do that now yeah just kind of had like a mild freak out. And then you can kind of like talk yourself off the ledge almost. Yeah, yeah. So after that, we kind of like, you know, got it together. And we went to the club.
My notes are we had a fucking blast because we did. We remember we were up dancing on on the state the where the poles so splash they have a stripper pole on either side of the stage and the stripper pole is like on a stage almost like a little mini stage um and our whole like group was up there dancing and just just having a ball yeah it was a lot of fun i really enjoy splash and it just felt i don't know it just felt like fun easy like laid back it was a lot of fun. I really enjoy Splash. And it just felt, I don't know, it just felt like fun, easy, like laid back.
It was just a really good time. We decided as a group to not go to the playroom. We kind of got recruited to go to an orgy. Yeah, and honestly, we love Splash's playrooms. We talked about that before.
Sometimes it can be overwhelming even for us that i kind of consider us like playroom pros sort of i mean like yeah that's kind of our jam sometimes it can get overwhelming and i think overall we had kind of determined that like list last night let's just go yeah so the only one bad thing about a playroom is you can't fully let your guard down yeah right so you like yes it's nice because you're there's plenty of room to play there's big beds you know like a hotel room you've got one or two queen beds you know that's that's all the space you have right so in a playroom especially like this splash playroom there's 14 queen beds that we had to play on but then you always got that you can square you can make a mesh you can do whatever you want and and then you know then you go to bed and you get a nice clean bed to go to sleep and you're good to go but the bad side right is there's other people in that playroom every once in a while there's one guy that just gets too close just kind of has those creepy vibes uh or sometimes it's a couple that will just kind of jump in in the middle and you know start you know touching people without asking you so you're always kind of have your guard up when you're in a public play space yeah so there's definitely advantages and there's definitely disadvantages and i think over the last two weeks we've talked about a lot of both of those you know i mean like partly why our like situation happened was because we're in a big playroom and we weren't like in a small space where we can like openly communicate um and then this where you there you always have to have your guard up you don't know who's going to be around um so somehow some it was somebody's idea to go to a room so we ended up uh I think there was some account I wrote them their names out, but I'm not going to off six five or six different couples um all top people that either i had already fucked that weekend or was looking forward to fucking again what's funny is we all come walking in the room and like four out of the five girls all had matching wands and i was like this is a group of girls that came to party like we're here to come like literally yeah which i thought was like hilarious and it was all the exact same one too the hitachi rechargeable the blue one yeah wands and yeah out of six girls four of them had that wand yeah and brought it to this playroom yeah and we had a fabulous time i will say uh some of the highlights Yeah including you.

He's not really a big playroom kind of guy but for somebody that's he likes going to big playrooms and seeing everybody fuck his wife but he gets where he gets he doesn't necessarily want to fuck in big playrooms yeah yeah he overthinks the situation he doesn't want to like make somebody feel like they're obligated you know he's just he's real respectful and i was so proud of him because like before we started um I really the Tennessee couple she said something that I'm going to start trying to use that every time she was like before we start my boundaries are use protection and change protection anytime you switch partners and don't go in my ass or something like that and or don't come on my face i can't remember exactly what she said and i thought that was like i was really impressed by that because well obviously we all should share our boundaries but the saying to change your condom in between people i mean we assume people know that but somebody might not let's you know we should not when it comes to something so important we should that should not be an assumed thing we should openly tell that so it's really proud of her and then it kind of opened the door for anybody else that has you know something that they want to say and mike said i'm not really good in groups but i'm happy to be here or something like that and i i thought that you can have my wife no but you know what's crazy is he was fucking he was having a blast you know so but i thought that was like it's okay to say that you know like if you get nervous and maybe sometimes lose your erection or maybe you need to take breaks or maybe like for you you like to rinse off so you could be like hey i'm gonna take five showers and that's okay it's not because you're dirty it's because i like to be super clean you know i mean like anything like that i thought was like i thought she did a very good job of like opening the floor for anyone that needed to say anything and i was also proud of mike for just like owning who he was great so yeah we i fucked everybody in the room i fucked everybody in the room yeah and um then we i still didn't get over my six guys if you were wondering i did not i not.
I think it was – so it must have been five total couples. No, I think it must have been five. Yeah. Because I remember, like, in my head going, you know. And then after that, we told everybody bye. I got the DVP. Oh, yes. I had that on my notes. Yes. DVP, the new couple that we had talked about earlier.
We need a name for them i know we need to come up with a name not jay does poly couple yeah what can their name be i don't know what does he look like to you like when you picture him in his head in your head does he look like i feel like he could be like like a country singer or something they look like the opposite of what you would think swingers are does that make sense like they just look like the couple next door clean cut you know they're not covered in tattoo i mean i don't know they could have tattoos hell i don't know but they just think like you know there's not a lot of piercings her hair's just like brown you know it's not like hot pink you know they just look very like the couple next door that has this dirty little secret and it's always the couple next door that the woman's like a freak and she is you know which i love so i don't know something like that we'll have to come up i'm sure they're gonna text us and be like you have to give us a name yeah we do um but yeah so that was it that was kind of like the recap of the night and then well anyway well we dvp'd and she took it like a champ yeah she did like not just like because a lot of times when you do dvp it's like you do it kind of for the that is me like you do it for the like the naughtiness like i did it like almost for like hey i did this like a badge of honor not like for pleasure right some girls really enjoy it and she did really enjoy it i mean we did it probably for like 10 minutes yeah she took it like a champ so yeah that's that was pretty much it and then we like went to bed and we literally got up the next day we did our pack in one hour that we always do it ended up taking us a little bit longer to get out because we had to go and tell everybody bye.
That's always the thing is when you're up front in the hotel room and like as everybody's leaving saying goodbye, like you could be there for three hours doing that. Yeah, yeah, you really could. But it was a great time. If you are considering going to next year, go ahead and book. This is a big taking for them. They, you know, they went from like two or three hundred rooms to 600. That's, you know, lifestyle businesses are real businesses. They're taking real risk. And I like, I'm very proud of them. I think that they are going to kill it. And I think this is such a well-run group.
I even saw like, there's a Swingers Reddit page. And I even saw a couple of posts where people said, like, it's just, it's very professional. You know, the rules are very clear. They just, they don't fuck around. You know, it's very well-ran.
And so, if you're thinking about going to a hotel takeover, and maybe you've never been, or maybe you've went to one, and it's like a crappy hotel which we get it we understand why they have to be a lot of times crappy hotels let me tell you this one is not this one next year is definitely yeah um so i i really suggest you go to swing society.net and book we will be there we are we've already picked out our room um and it's it's gonna be a great time i do think that's important you know because i think people have this misconception that these lifestyle event groups are just raking in money left and right yeah when really they're surviving by most of them are surviving by the skin of their teeth and it's a huge risk and they're putting up a lot of money uh to do what they do and so and one bad press one like one interviewer one church group one i don't know anything gets wind that there's a swinger party happening at this hotel or whatever they could ruin it that's the truth you know and so um i don't know i just i want to support people that are doing good in the lifestyle.
And I think they are. I think they're one of the top ones. And I just think they should be rewarded for that. Well, and I think you want these groups, right? Like us as a community want safe spaces where we can get together and party and have group sex, right? And so you need these event groups.
