Like give us some time to like. Let everything settle. Yeah. Let us kind of come to our thoughts, you know, like not an emotional moment. Yeah. Yeah. So I'm glad we're here and we're doing it now. So, yeah, let's get started. All right, so we left to go to Louisville, Kentucky for our Club Tempted takeover. If you don't know, this is what, like our fourth or fifth one that we've done at Club Tempted? Something like that, yeah. Club Tempted Swingers Lifestyle Club in Louisville, Kentucky. One of our, I'd say it's a top, one of our favorite clubs. Yeah, it's definitely the top for me.
And this was the seductive circus takeover so it was kind of circus themed weekend yeah which was pretty cool it was i liked the themes it was a lot of fun all right so we left wednesday we did um we had to set up thursday at like two o'clock in the afternoon or one o'clock and we're not night people if you i mean we're not morning people so we we are much more night people than we are morning people so we had a few things to do on wednesday before we could leave but we left wednesday afternoon ish i would say we um got i think we got to louisville about five or six And it's about a five six hour drive for us yeah with a time change so um a few weeks before tempted i had reached out to we're gonna call her mrs life of spice because that's what we know her as her she has since changed her name to ink siren yes should we call her that or should we?
Either way, I think it's acceptable. It's hard for me to call her. Ink Siren. It doesn't seem right. Yeah. But I'd reach out to her and was like, I know you're not going to be at the club, but we would, I would love to see you. I miss you. You know, her and Daphne are probably my top friends in the lifestyle i mean i would consider them both best friends we me and mrs lava spice started this social media thing together we basically started posting about the same time so you know her and i have a long history of kind of like figuring this out this out together.
It's been a fence for over four years. Yeah. They've been making TikToks together for over four years. So, I hadn't seen her since Miami, which was, like, February. And I was missing her. So, I'd reached out to her. I guess I didn't think about how far away Louisville, Kentucky is from where she is. But it's a couple hours. It's not. I guess I was thinking of going to Kentucky. She lives in Kentucky. Right. Like, it's a 20-minute drive. Yeah. I didn't think about it.
And I was like, is but it's a couple hours it's not i guess i was thinking of going to kentucky she lives in kentucky right like it's a 20 minute drive yeah i didn't think about it and i was like hey if you want to like make tip talks and stuff you could come to our hotel or i can come to you whatever we'll be in town a couple days early and she was like babe it's like two hours away and i was like oh shit i didn't think about it i was like well i'm just missing you you know well um If you don't know she her and mr life of spice were in a poly relationship that has since split and swapped spouses so if you don't if you just listen to the podcast and you don't follow the social media aspects behind it you might not understand that right so mr and mrs life of spice have, and now they've swapped partners.
They were in a poly relationship with Small Town Spice was their name, and so now Mr. Spice is with Mrs. Small Town Spice, and Mrs. Life of Spice is with, I guess, Mr. Small Town Spice. Yeah. It's a little confusing.
It's a confusing but just if you for to make it easy they swap spouses so anyway um her boyfriend reached out to me and was like hey she mentioned that you had said this and she's really been lonely and missing her friends and you know she went from seeing us every month we haven't seen her in a couple months and her birthday was like the day before we got to tempted or to louisville he's like i will drive her over if you're serious about wanting to see her and make tiktoks i will 100 bring her over and i was like well then let's do it you know i miss her she misses me let's do it i was like how about we just go to dinner and he was like absolutely i love it so that was the plan leading up to tempted to tempted so we get to town about five or six and they're also running the goal was to get there a little earlier but they were also running a little bit behind so we finally decided okay we'll just go to topgolf which was actually the perfect environment oh it was perfect because we could like eat and drink and chit chat and have an activity it was perfect um and they were they closed at like 1 a.m who knew Topgolf was open to 1 a.m on a Wednesday on a Wednesday yeah um so it was perfect so they came um when she got to our hotel she was like hey I brought some lingerie do you want to take some pictures for only fans with me i have like zero content if you don't know they're not swingers anymore they're in a monogamous relationship and i was like absolutely i will 100% take because she hadn't been going to events she hadn't been meeting up with anybody so she just any content she'd had for the last three or four months was just herself yeah it was not pre-planned it wasn't we didn't have like matching outfits nothing like that she literally came in with her bag and said if we have time do you mind doing this of course i'm gonna say yes she's my friend so we go to top golf we have a fantastic time we laugh we cut up i mean it was like a really good it was nice to see her i enjoyed myself it felt really good yeah like you said you know we've gotten very close to both of them um over the last four years and you know we had seen him a couple times at secrets and stuff since they'd separated we had not seen her we'd just seen him at blizz yeah yeah so it you know we were so used to seeing them together all the time and we hadn't't.
So, nice to catch up. After we went to Topgolf, we came back. Her and I took lingerie pictures. We did not make any content. If you're wondering, I know there's been some questions about that. She's not a swinger. They don't fuck other people. Like, it is what it is. There was no sex. There was no sex.
I mean, I guess content, you could argue that naked pictures is content but there was no like no sex on camera there was nothing like that that's kind of what i meant it was literally just two friends getting together and having fun and of course we made tiktoks because that's what we do right when we're together we make tiktoks and and they left we went to bed called it a night no, not a big thing. Just a good night with our friends. Agreed. So we woke up Thursday. Of course, we slept in, but we didn't have to be at the club until 2 o'clock to set up. We got there, and we set everything up.
It took us like four hours. We had this brand-new stage.
I'll let you talk about our new stage and all that uh yeah so we've actually you know invested some money into swinger society to kind of up our game a little bit um i think you know when we do a takeover at a club we try our best to make it feel like a takeover where this is a different party than what that club has every weekend um and so one of the ways we've done that is we've invested in our stage setup so now we have an led kind of dj booth that where you can put images on it we have a stage uh we invested in some lights and stuff and i'm able to it's what you call dmx you can you the lights that are on the stage all go with the music and so we got a controller for that so that the the lights on the stage can go with the music and kind of give it a little bit more of that festival club um kind of vibe so it kind of elevates the club from their normal every weekend thing to kind of give it that something's different we got over ten thousand dollars invested invested in the lights in the in the led wall and all that so this tempted was our debut of all that and this is we've all we've been working towards getting it we've been saving we've been doing some stuff behind the scenes to like make that happen so we were really excited so it did take us a little longer to set up because you were having to do that and you were really the only one that had ever done it yeah it's you know it's a little technical to set up all the the led wall and the all the lights and you know you gotta patch them all in together and yeah it takes a little bit of time yeah also we put up a like a tent in to make it look like to make the dance floor seem like feel like it was kind of under a circus tent so we put up uh some streamers and stuff that made it feel you know circus vibe so all that took a little bit of time which the thing i love about tempted is they they are very accommodating to us you know some of the other clubs are open during the week and so you can't go in during the day and set up and stuff like that you're kind of limited to how much time club tempted we were able to go in and basically had almost all day if we wanted it to decorate and set everything up yeah they were really awesome so we got all and they helped their staff and stuff was was amazing to help us yeah so after that we it was pretty late it was like seven eight o'clock so we went back to our hotel and kind of got ready and um there wasn't a whole lot of people in town on a thursday most everybody was coming friday but there was a handful of us um that's when you're kk and i think her husband goes by TeeLo on his socials.
They were there, of course, you know, our staff diana mandy a few other members yeah a few other members were there so we decided to go have dinner we went to like a beer pub on fourth street in downtown louisville which we had never been we walked a little bit down through there it's actually really really cool. Yeah, it's kind of got that like Broadway mall kind of feel. Yeah, it was a little late. Again, it was like 9 or 10 o'clock. On a Wednesday. Yeah, a Thursday. So it wasn't like super happening, but it was still fun. I would like to go check out that area. Yeah, like on a weeknight.
Yeah, we actually had friends just a few weeks before that, they went to like an EDM concert there, and it looked super cool packed so yeah i wouldn't mind doing that too um but after our dinner we walked to the same strip club that we went to last time we ended up having a blast there the last tempted so we ended up going back and i think what is the name of it's like i don't remember i don't remember, but's a really good it's in that downtown area it's something like i can't think of it i can't think of it but anyway we go in because it was a thursday they have like like one of the like they don't have one main stage they have a bunch of little stages it's a little different they have like almost like pop-up stages kind of spread out throughout the club and not just like one main stripper stage yeah and so they're they were seating by one of the the poles and we and so we all went and sat there and then once we sat down we realized oh they're not using this pole and so we actually one of the strippers came by and was talking to us and we're like can you guys dance on this pole she's like well well, it's a Thursday.
And we don't usually use all the poles on Thursdays. But she's like, let me go talk to the manager. And they found out all your swingers. If you tell strippers you're swingers, they like you a little bit more typically. So she ended up, I think he said no at first. And then somehow it turned into yes. Somehow they opened it.
Which is to be funny, once they opened it, all of our people sat down and were tipping and there was more people tipping at our stage i think than any other stage in the club yeah i mean i'll be honest it was pretty busy in there for a thursday night i mean it we had so much fun i really like that strip club um i i should try to google it during our commercial break so maybe i can come back and tell you all that but um it's it's a fun really fun cool club everybody was super nice the strippers were like real good some of them were you know and like it made me realize your attitude really is so important because some of those strippers would get up there and you can tell they did not want to be there they but they didn't make any money the ones that got up there and had energy and seemed like they were excited to be there and do it they're the ones that were making like good money yeah and it nothing to do with like even their body type you know i mean so like a lot of it was like what you're saying the energy they put out was how much that oh it had nothing to do with their body types yeah but i would say this the strip club is you know i've been the strip clubs were like they're very standoffish and they don't like this one they were bouncing their titties off your face they were putting their legs around your neck like they were they were very um forward and flirty yeah which is funny because like i don't think they can be like they can't have their nipple show so you would think that that would be like kind of a bummer but they made up for it in other ways okay i found it it's p as in paul t as in tom show cub louisville kentucky pts yeah show club okay but like the the stat like the management came out and talked to us they were like tell us next time you're going to be in town well they were really really accommodating to us yeah what a good time yeah and we didn't spend like a ton of money we spent a couple hundred dollars but like it wasn't like we went in there and dropped like thousands of dollars or anything like that i mean obviously they would be accommodating if you did that but we weren't doing that we we did spend some but i mean maybe all together like all of us spent a thousand dollars maybe but but i just mean like i can see if you're like a high roller coming in there of course they're going to give you but we really and compared to that we really weren't that way but yeah i mean it was pretty vanilla-ish fun i mean nobody was fucking or anything i mean at a strip club anyway but after it was over we all just kind of separated and all went back home and went to bed yeah i mean you might probably fuck but oh i'm sure we did yeah but there was no swinging that night no no no no so friday was we woke up we slept in we woke up and this is like when the party started right so this is the official takeover night okay so we slept in and we had wings off we had lunch in the room just because we had slept in and then we kind of got ready for the club because we had all day we didn't have to be the club till 5 30 which is really early when the club closes at 3 but because we basically had her all day to do kind of whatever we wanted and we just hung out in the room i like got to wash my hair which i never get to like have freshly clean washed hair on a friday night but it was really nice to have that like full day of nothing going on for us i mean i guess we could have went out and sightseed and stuff like that but yeah it is different so like when we do a secrets or even like you know we just got back from splash during the day you got the pool party all day you know and then a lot of times we have like room crawls and things like that um the nice thing about the club takeovers is there's not there's not really a day activity yeah so it gives you a little more time to chill now i could see you know if you're traveling for an event and you want to be like immersed in the lifestyle the whole weekend maybe maybe something like a secrets would be better.
But from our perspective, the club nights are a little bit less work because there's not stuff going on all day long. Well, I know people were doing stuff, so I'm sure others were going out to eat. I know there were some shopping, some sightseeing. So you definitely could be involved in stuff. Like we even had a meet and greet this Friday night. And when we say meet and greet, this was a topic of conversation, so I want to bring it up. Our meet and greets are for you to meet and you to greet each other. So we pre-schedule a meet and greet for Friday and Saturday.
That gives you an opportunity, if you're coming to this event, to go up to a place that everybody else is there, is also a swinger.
It gives you an opportunity to meet those people and get to know them so that way you can go to the club and then you have a familiar face right we did get some push like because we do surveys somebody said that the meet and greets were they kind of talked now i don't know remember exactly but there was a negative comment because they were there to meet and greet like oh friday night we have an influencer there is kind of like a um to host it to host it you know so you have a familiar face when you walk through the door somebody you can see but those meet and greets are not to meet and greet the the influence the influencers or like we host the saturday one it's not to meet and greet us yeah we talked about maybe we need to change the name to like mix and mingle or something yeah and not meet and greet yeah but the idea is for you to meet other people in the lifestyle that are also going to the event in a vanilla setting with your clothes on without loud music so that you can hopefully form some connections yeah so if you can think of a better way to name it tell us but we did get that pushback so I think that's important to say.
Maybe we call them mixers instead of meat and greets. Maybe mixers. And we put the picture of whoever's hosting on there. So you have a familiar face when you walk through the door. If you don't know any person in there, you at least know, I need to look for this person. And that person is the designated. They're supposed to be helping facilitate. Yeah, they get there early. They make sure the reservations, you know, they're supposed to walk around, talk to everybody, stuff like that.
So there is one Friday night, but we can't go to that one because we have to be at the club at basically the same time as the meet and greet starts. So we do miss Friday nights. But if you just going forward, just know pretty much any town, any club we do, we try to do this. I would highly encourage you to participate. Yeah, I hate that we miss it. So we got there and we got everything going. Dan, you opened up DJ. Do you want to talk about your DJ career? This is a really good time to talk about your DJ career.
We've gotten a lot of pushback on whether or not Dan wants to be a dj what his goals are with dj and so i think this might be an excellent time for you to address that sure so uh yeah i do i have started to dj and i have specifically started to dj our events so i learned how to dj um basically because i had a fear of our djs not showing up and we've actually had djs show up like a little bit later than they were supposed to we've never not had a dj show up in time to for the club um but it's a fear of mine that if a flight gets canceled or there's a car accident who knows right there could be some reason where a dj can't make it to an event and then so what I want to do is just know how to get music going so that the party can continue.
Because a swingers party without a DJ and without music would be a pretty terrible event. Yeah. And so every event, we hire one, two, sometimes more DJs.
Sometimes we'll use the house DJ for the club's like an opener just so that because they're already there and they're local so it kind of depends on where we're going and what we're doing but there's we we try to elevate the experience from your typical club so that's why we bring in djs that's why we try to make it a little bit different yeah we pay a lot of money to fly in some of the best djs in in that are in the lifestyle at least or that dj lifestyle events um and we we spend a good amount of money doing that and on top of that we usually only have them play a three or four hour set so if you don't know anything about djing you know if you're going to go out there and put out you know and dj and have like high energy it's hard to do that for eight hours right it's just it's hard to do that so most like professional djs a lot of like the big name djs only dj sets for like an hour or two we do either three or four hour sets um but it's a way for the dj to come in be high energy for a couple hours and kind of hype up the club and not just be sitting behind the booth half you know tired and asleep and just playing songs right yeah so like for instance friday night you opened right um for mr life of spice because we didn't want to have to pay to fly in another dj right to open for him he was kind of like our main headliner so you kind of just did the like before and then after so that way it kind of it kind of gives a more like it feels like a main event like they're the main event okay so then my question is going forward are we are you going to be our new dj are we hiring new djs what is the way because that has been said that um if you don't know there's some drama around djs here um if you haven't picked up on that so i just want to make it super clear are you like can you tell me about what your future plans are no so again and the reason we so we like to have an opening dj a headline dj and then usually because we've only contracted that headline dj to dj for a couple hours we usually then have a closing dj and usually that closing dj is the same as the opening dj right so a dj will come on they'll play for two or three hours and that's kind of that first two or three hours is that mix and mingle time where not a lot of people are on the dance floor right and then for us that you know the dance floors usually pick up 10 11 o'clock at night we bring the headline dj on he plays for two or three hours that's really the peak dance time hours everybody goes to play the headline dj leaves the other dj comes back and just plays that last couple hours of the night to where everybody's usually fucking sometimes there's a couple people still on the dance floor but that's kind of no no name space either it doesn't really matter who's djing at the last so i will open and close just because i don't want to pay two headline djs to come to an event right so i either will use a house dj or will use me to open and close we will continue to have a headline dj um i will probably never be the headline DJ.
And honestly, I enjoy DJing. I enjoy music. I really like it. But because we are hosting events during those peak hours, I really want, one, to make sure the event is going well and I can check on our staff and check on everything. But two, to also be part of the party.
It's hard to be up there behind a DJ booth and, you you know thanking people for being there and meeting people and mixing um it's also really hard to make out with people when you're in the dj booth it's also really hard to have orgies and have sex when you're behind the dj booth yeah it's cramping your style i like music i like djing i like fucking and orgies better um so if you ever give me a choice to dan would you rather be behind the dj booth or would you rather be in an orgy i'm going to pick orgy every single time okay so we're going to continue to have a headline dj that is not me for the foreseeable future yeah i hope it's never you can i be honest no that's what i said you said for the foreseeable future i mean like i hope it's never you because it's a bore i don't like it maybe you know maybe i headline a friday night or something like that you know like i paid play that well like to be honest in miami you kind of did headline some of it um because there was two stages right it all depends on the situation yeah but for them we will always have a real dj that's good and they will be the headline yeah that's not me yeah okay so back to the party okay so the weather was really bad friday night like tornado warnings i think when we arrived at the club to get everything open and set up we were under tornado warning i didn't realize it but tempted did they were pretty awesome when it comes came to the bad weather they knew exactly where they would put everybody if they needed to they were very weather aware um the way the building is though it was very much stormy outside and i had no idea on the inside one because of the music and it's dark in there and all that but like i was very unaware of the weather situation i'm very happy that tempted was like had that part covered yeah but i do think it probably prevented some of the locals from coming out that night yeah so um we did not sell out friday night which we don't ever sell out a friday night tempted's a very big club i think you can fit like 500 people in there um so it was definitely a less people night and it was also a slower to get started night but once it got started it was a fucking blast i've said it a hundred times and i'll continue to say it friday nights uh these at these events are always my favorite night because saturday it's almost too much yeah almost too many people where it's crowded it's hard to find play space um you know you're bumping into people just trying to get you know navigate the club friday nights i feel like there's room to breathe you you get to have more conversations you're not getting pulled in so many directions at least for us um so friday nights will continue to be um they're always my favorite night and this is no exception and i think that's a good point for like new people that are joining the lifestyle.
And maybe this is your first club experience. You might want to try like going Friday night, maybe going right when they open. So that way you're not walking into a full-fledged party already happening. It kind of gives you an opportunity to get through the door, put your stuff down, kind of get your bearings about you. Feel comfortable, yeah. Kind of feel comfortable. Then that way by Saturday night, you're like a seasoned pro. You can do this. So that's a little pro tip. But the theme Friday night was like animal instincts, I believe. Or animal attraction, I think. Oh, okay.
And I was a lion. We were both lions. I was trying to do something a little different. I figured everyone would wear leopard print, which typically I would. But I had on like a flesh colored bodysuit and tights and had little lion ears and a tail. You had like a lion hoodie type thing. Yeah. Without sleeves. Yeah. It was good. I had a great time. Good. And then a lot of good costumes. A lot of good costumes.
Honorable good costumes uh honorable mention uh miss adventure couple what was she an alligator or yeah she was green i think she was an alligator and i think her husband was the uh or crocodile hunter the crocodile she was a crocodile yeah and it was so cute i love that i'm like that was like the perfect way to think outside of the box because nobody there matched her. There was a lot of people that kind of pushed it and did other things. And I thought it was super creative and a lot of fun. It's always a challenge. It's like, don't be what everybody else is going to be.
Like how to try to think differently. No, for sure. But it was a really, really good, fun party. We ended up going upstairs to our favorite room, which is the fishbowl room at tempted uh and it's literally a room where there's like glass all the way around it and there's is actually like fishbowl themed like there's fishes and like and there's like bubbles on the wall and there's like water music playing. But it ended up being a pretty good little orgy. So you had sex with Southern Swap and that swinger KK, which has been a while since you – I think we haven't played with them.
We spent a couple of years. We haven't played with them since, like, Moonshine Mountain, like, two years ago. Yeah. Two or three years ago.

So, you and I try really hard to make a point to get up, to walk around, to try to speak to almost every table and try to say and try to say yeah so if you come to these meet and greets and you sit at a table with just your friends and you don't get up and which is typical i mean like everybody does that don't worry about that it's okay but at some point in time get up walk around introduce yourself to people that that'll maximize the experience you get out of these meet and greets but i will say it's kind of hard to make yourself do that i'm dying at this point you know i've been up for like two hours i mean i'm like i need food i need caffeine you know i need all the things and all i want to do is sit there and like stare into space so i'm not the greatest at it but i feel like we did pretty good this time about getting up and there's quite a new few new faces there, which I really appreciated.
And I'm glad they all came. Agreed. Agreed. So after that, we went back to our hotel. And I think I knocked out a 30-minute nap. Good for you. I was probably posting on social media. You were. But we had, you know, we love throwing parties. But we also have to pay our bills. The parties do not pay our bills. OnlyFans does. But ever since your mom and dad, your mom got sick and then your mom and dad moved in with us, we've had limited time when we can travel. Yeah, we definitely cut back. And something like a tempted, like a secret, a lot of people come in early and something like a tempted.

And to me, my opinion of that is that's a cheap shot at your ex-wife yeah and it's a cheap shot at your ex-wife that you're taking at a lifestyle event where we're supposed to be accepting of everybody we don't bully people we don't make fun of people we don't uh it's just completely unnecessary yeah all right so it goes on to say as his friends we understand he's going through a painful and very public breakup um emotions are high and breakups are never easy especially when they play out uh in public in front of an audience and that's this is true like so dj life of spice and mrs life of spice are our close personal friends right we had had multiple conversations with them since when they entered this poly relationship we had multiple conversations through this breakup and we know that they were all emotional right they were all hurting on the inside right and you can argue who was right and who was wrong and who screwed who over and i'm not going to get into any of that none of that really matters none of that is even is not our business as their friends it's not any stranger's business on the internet none of that matters here take all that away i think it's safe to say that there were some mistakes made yeah on all sides yeah for sure and that's really all i want to say about that that said as business owners and community leaders we've put years into building spaces spaces where people feel safe, respected and free from bullying or public shaming of any kind.
What happened last night goes directly against those values and we can't stand behind it. Yeah, there's been a lot of talk about consent, revenge porn, a lot of things around that.
And I want to point out that our statement did not cover any of that that was not what the problem was that was not what we had none of that is all created by people on the internet if you read our statement for what it's worth we all we only say that that was bullying and in the lifestyle we just didn't feel like felt like those images were inappropriate yeah the bottom line full stop now you know if you want to argue and the legality of what else that those images could possibly be we're going to leave that up to lawyers and to other people to argue that's not what we said we just said it was inappropriate and i don't know how anybody can look at those images played with that that song, played with somebody laughing in the background and think that's OK.
It was done to hurt her. It was done to make fun of, to take a cheap shot at her. And to be fair, it did hurt her. It did. She called us crying the next day. And so I also want to address one thing. In the statement, we said that we mutually separated. The truth is, is that Mr. Life of Spice quit. That is the truth. He's shared those text messages. The truth is that based on his reaction, when I reached out to him, because I actually sent the first text message, when I reached out, his response to us was like, this is my art. If you can't accept it, then this isn't going to work. You're right.
He did say did he did say well peace out he sent a peace sign emoji and said good luck with your events or something like that which i agree is he quit yeah he did quit but what i will say is the way that that conversation was going it was very much a mutual in my opinion yeah it was very much a mutual separation yeah um we and the truth is is that we love him like just two days before this all happened you were having a conversation and you said he was your best friend you had said him and daddy mike we're your two best friends we have been very hurt we've been very sad we are sad for our friends we are sad that they are going through tough times um for the record we uh we genuinely care and love all of them even to even now two three weeks later i it's unfortunate i think the whole thing is unfortunate i think he let you know we have to be careful not to say too much but i think he emotions happened and he made a poor decision i think that's what happened and i'm not even that mad at him i just as a business owner we can't let that happen at our events we have to be protective of people and we can't do that and um it's unfortunate that it was a dj that we cared about and that we loved and we cared about the person that you know he did it to but had it been somebody that we didn't know we would also it would have been way easier yeah it would have been way easier and we would still had to make the same decisions um at the end of the day we're brokenhearted that's just the truth we are we are brokenhearted this was not some kind of ploy to get him out so dan could dj this is not some kind of ploy so we can make content with her.
She doesn't even make content. That makes zero sense. We enjoy paying him to DJ for our events. We love him. Totally worth it. He is totally worth every single penny that we've ever paid him. He is an awesome DJ, and we really, really hate that he is not going to be a part of this them two and us we feel like kind of created this together we felt like we were like a package deal in a lot of ways and it seems very unfortunate and almost not right for it to be separate now agreed yeah agreed um so that's it that's i mean we, that sums it up and we're very hurt and heartbroken over the thing.
I think this is probably the last you'll ever hear of us talking about this. We're going to move on. Um, we posted that one statement and we haven't posted anything else and we're not going to, that's just not our style. If you've been around the podcast for any amount of time or around our social medias, we are not strangers to drama or issues. We don't really play into it. We don't, uh, we just don't, we, we say what we've got to say and we move on. Yeah. And there's a lot of talk on the internet about, um, you know, cease and desist and lawsuits, uh, suing people.
If you've lost business, um, you can't cease and desist the truth the truth right so if somebody talks and tells the truth or even gives their opinion um you know we all have um um the free speech and uh if something if you say something happened that did happen you you can't sue somebody over that right um if you're speaking the truth you can't sue some something uh somebody over that And unfortunately, I think his decisions aren't going to have secondary and third order effects. And that's not our fault either. He made that decision. I will say I do care about him as a person.
And I hope one day we can mend this relationship and get past that. That's really, I truly hope that.
I think it's going to be hard be hard and difficult it might take some time but i hope one day maybe we can get there i totally agree um and then we packed up and went home so like literally we're trying to pack up tempted you know which takes quite a few hours while right because we had to go back to the club and pack everything yeah well all this was going on and dad and i were still like our mouths were on the floor we were like what the fuck just happened you know like we're you know we had to call the club owners so that way if they got any backlash that they were aware of what happened um it just it just really it sucked because it was a great weekend we got to release our brand new equipment get to show it off.
It just, it just really, it sucked because it was a great weekend. We got to release our brand new equipment, get to show it off. It just kind of felt, it kind of put a damper on board. There were several people that left that party Saturday night and said, this is the best night we have ever had at Club Tempted. You know, thank you. It was amazing. The music, the vibes, the, you know, the whole. The reviews that we got were amazing. Minus the one that said that this ruined it. Yeah. So I think that sums it up. Probably the last time you're going to hear us talk about this subject.
Unfortunately. Well, I guess that's fortunate. But it's unfortunate we even have to talk about it. Yeah. We try really hard. Like when people say, are you going to talk about whatever's going on on your podcast? Our answer is typically no. Because our podcast is here to talk about the lifestyle, education around it, you know, things that we've learned, things that we fucked up along the way. You know, I talk to experts, kind of give that. But this is a lifestyle friend. It's a lifestyle business and it's just. I think if we didn't talk about this, we wouldn't be authentic.
If we just skipped over and pretend like it never happened, like I think anybody that listened to that episode would be like, yeah, but what about, what about the images that were displayed on your DJ's booth that night? Yeah.
So I think unfortunately it has to be addressed because it happened and we can't just pretend like it didn't and so hopefully we you know and the truth is just like one less thing we're not picking sides we never were we should be able to hire one as a dj and be a friend to him and care by him and the other also still be a friend And, know essentially we were working me and her taking pictures together so i'll leave it at that i agreed all right well thank you for listening to this episode uh stay tuned we just got back from splash it was an amazing it really much needed drama free yeah it was like really coming right off of this and i needed to be around good people and good vibes and just like be reminded of why we're doing this and splash delivered all right so stay tuned for that episode and i think with that in a world full of apples be Be the pineapple.
