I guess it's a little outside of Chattanooga. But we went and stayed at the Kinky Cabin. We did. With Mr. and Mrs. Adventurous for Fun Couple. Yes, we did. So we're going to recap that. We're going to tell the story of the Kinky Cabin getaway. Yeah. That's today's episode. So I guess let's start with how we got in contact with her. So she started messaging us about coming to stay there. She kind of had figured through like hearing us talk and probably through like our SDC and stuff like that, that we were kind of local-ish to her area, would you say?
Yeah, I think she figured we always say the nashville area which you know chattanooga is not far so she seemed to have an idea that we were in the area um and so to back up a little bit so this person runs the kinky cabin the kinky cabin is an airbnb yeah um in the kind of in the woods um in the Chattanooga area, and it's specifically tailored to explore your kinks. Yeah. It's literally a cabin. It's a small cabin. It has a hot tub. It has a bed with a nice metal frame. And then it has the upstairs is kind of set up like a sex room. Yeah.
I guess a sex room it's set up as a sex room yeah it is it's like a lifestyle person's dream or of an only couple that is interested in like yeah i think it'd be a good place if you wanted to go for your anniversary yeah for sure um maybe any special you know birthday any kind of celebration or maybe just you're just stressed you need to get away and you want to reconnect with your partner um i think something like this is great and it seems like these types of airbnbs have been sprouting out all over the place there's a lot of tick i know there's several tiktoks with cabins that are cabins yeah i think it's kind of becoming i'm maybe like with 50 shades i mean that's been 10 years ago what was that other one the how to build a sex room or whatever yes yeah yeah i feel like it was kind of around that time when people started doing this yeah so it's becoming a little bit more like socially acceptable to to do that um to at least have these places and go um so we were super excited when she reached out to us and we've been trying to go for probably a year would you say close to a year so she reached out to us on tiktok and said hey i see you guys are at least somewhat local to to us and she said i would love to have you come stay in our cabin um and then just if you could make some content and post it about it uh you can stay with us for free yeah we're like oh well that that sounds perfect sounds like a win-win we get to go stay in this cool cabin that has all this fun stuff.
And all we got to do is share it on social media, which we would do anyway, probably. Yeah, we would do that. Absolutely. But then it was trying to find a weekend where we could do this. Because of our event schedule, which is crazy.
And then now with your parents being sick and having to be their caretakers, it was difficult was difficult to find a weekend it was but i finally just put one like on the date and was like this is where we're going and we asked avengers for fun couple i always say it wrong i just call them avenger couple i asked them if they wanted to come with us because if you remember back in january we were going to trapeze um atlanta and we had plans uh to make content with them and then it was a snowstorm and everything was just a shit show it was a shit show and so we ended up not making content just because like it was just there was just too much going on so um and we had planned all you know all this kind of stuff so i was like okay let's redo it how about here and they weren't too far from right they're semi-local to the area as well so um they decided to come over and but the thing is the airbnb is really it they say two queen beds it's really one yeah so there is a fold-out bed in the living room yeah i don't think a couple would want to sleep on no i would be a kid but you're not going to bring a kid no so maybe a single if you're bringing a unicorn who didn't want to sleep in the bed with you you could put her on the fold out i think i would have rather just like push the couch over and brought an air up mattress, honestly.
But anyway, so so it just kind of worked out. So so let's talk about leading up to this week. My dad was in the hospital because he had a pretty gnarly infection in his foot.
If you know anything about around his toes, if you know anything about diabetics, you know that this is a pretty common thing for them to get poor circulation poor circulation so he had went to the hospital um it was determined that something needed to be amputated doctors were disagreeing on if it should be toes if it should be a partial foot you know it could be more up to the knee but he was there he was He was in the hospital. He was taken care of. And actually, he was moved to a rehab facility that Friday that we were supposed to leave.
And so we had communicated with them leading up to this weekend that, like, life is just crazy at home, you know. We were afraid for a minute they were going to have to cancel again. Yeah, because we weren't sure if they were going to do the surgery before he went to rehab or let him go to rehab, get stronger, and then come back and do the surgery. It was also spring break. The doctor was going out of town. There was just a lot. It was a lot going on. Finally, they determined he's going to rehab.
We were like, okay, if he's at a rehab facility and they're taking good care of him, we have no issues. We can go. Right.
Like a get a free babysitter yeah basically basically because my mom is still can pretty well we say that you'll hear the end of the story later but she for the most part can kind of take care of herself so correct so we were like okay we can do this it's a kid-free weekend it's a parent they're all they're all taking free weekend they're all taken care of let's go so we left home about four o'clock on friday afternoon so kind of a late day because i had been at the hospital and doing all that stuff um and we got to the cabin and we knew that when we got there we wanted to do a tour before we brought our stuff in because it was a very small cabin it's like basically a tiny home yeah yeah so um we didn't want to bring all of our stuff in so we before we unpacked anything or did anything we we went ahead and did like a tour for youtube which that's coming soon you haven't edited that yet and then we did a tour for tiktok so if you the tiktok one is up so if you wanted to go check that out you can um so we did all of that and then shortly after we got done with that they got to the cabin to meet us right yeah so they picked us up and um they gave dan and i a list of places to go and eat and where did you choose um what's it what's it called twin peaks yeah yeah i wish i i don't know it's been a long time since i was kind of surprised you chose twin peaks well i can't remember what else they said i don't know but anyway that's where we went yeah it was decent it was actually the food was actually pretty good it was one of the best twin peaks i've been to yeah it's funny because we actually had a conversation today about how Hooters is going out of business or something.
And it's like, it's so weird that Twin Peaks is doing so good, but Hooters isn't. And then somebody was like, well, yeah, but the Hooters food sucks, which is kind of true. I've always loved Hooters food. If you don't know, Lacey used to work at Hooters when she was in her younger days. I worked there for four years, and I have a soft spot for Hooters food. I love it. Their food's not good. Twin Peaks food, though, is good. It was actually very good. So we went there and ate and visited, and then we went to – they recommended this bar. I had to go back and look up the name.
It's called Allen Golds.
And it did not remind me of something that should be in the chattanooga area did you uh so when i looked it up it seems like it's been in the chattanooga area forever yeah um it is surprising because it's it's kind of listed as a gay bar which you know in this part of tennessee is kind of a conservative area but not i don't think overly surprising that there's a gay bar in this area um but what i was surprised about is that it said you know they do daily drag shows and things like that which i thought was pretty progressive for for chattanooga um i'm not super familiar with chattanooga and how like well i mean they are but i meant more like the building like when you were inside of there if anybody would have told me we were in chattanooga tennessee i would have never it was almost like it felt like an irish pub or something yeah it was like dark and you know you could tell it had been there forever anyway it was really it was a really cool spot we definitely other than maybe that one guy with the long hair and no shirt on we were definitely the oldest people there it made me feel old for sure like in the bathroom i went you know how girls are in the bathroom and this one girl was like oh my god you're so pretty why aren't you dancing because we were sitting like kind of up above there was like a rafter like type area we were sitting in very good people watching very good and i was like well i was just watching checking in i was like plus i'm old like she was like you're not that old i was like i'm old i'm like i'm 40 you're probably 22 you know uh but it was fun it was a good time it was a good time and um the drag show was pretty freaking awesome it rivaled some of my favorite drag shows that we've been to yeah so for chattanooga tennessee uh huge props um and basically that's why we went there is because on the the website it said they do nightly drag shows i didn't realize the drag show was like at 12 30 at night or something like that a little bit past my bedtime which is funny because we go to secrets well and if you hear when you hear the rest of this we set up really late so i don't know why 12 30 was so bad for us but it just felt like no i feel like you know do the drag show at 10 o'clock if people want to dance and party all night sure but but i'm sure that's the allure to keep people in the bar and keep them in there but you got drunk i did get a little drunk um and it didn't take much because we are not a big drinker so like a couple of drinks and you were you were like your typical drunk person you were loud you were like dancing it was not great dancing i love you babe but it was not your best very good dancing yeah and then okay so next to me was this very young i'm assuming gay guy yes i don't want to assume well he was because he was texting his boyfriend yeah and he was obviously going through a breakup he was and the whole and he's literally crying during this direct show like you can't make this shit up and me and him are essentially touching we're that close shoulder to shoulder yeah and dan's like why did you make him cry why did you and i'm like dan shut the fuck up and then like because it was kind of packed in there because everybody was watching over the balcony at the drag show one of their friends kind of got on the other side of our group and so his other friend is staring at him worried to death about his friend that's over there crying like the whole time Dan's just like looking over this kid's shoulder reading his text messages I was like oh my god I'm like I'm gonna kill you stop.
Well he was sad I thought you should like make him feel better like rub his back. He did not want me I wanted you to be like a mommy like motherly and stuff on him.
No no his friends were very they swooped right in there I don't know if they had ulterior motives but they were taking good care of him that he was getting lots of lovin's lots of rubs on his back that he was taken care of but you were so obnoxious i was like oh my god get me out of here that's the classic one person's drunk and yes the other isn't though yes um because to me i thought i was just being nice no no you weren't uh We forgot to mention, at some point in the evening, the owner of Kinky Cabin came and got to hang out with us. Right. We said, hey, what are you guys doing tonight?
I messaged her. Because we had chatted a little bit back and forth, you know, leading up to us staying at the cabin. She had given us her phone number and stuff like that. We were like, hey, what are you doing tonight? We're thinking about going to this, whatever the name of that bar was.
And she's like, oh, well, let me see if i can find a babysitter and like five minutes later she's like we got a babysitter yeah we'll meet you there yeah so they came and that was really nice to meet her we also got to meet one of our followers uh like she came up and she was very excited to meet us which is crazy that we were in a random gay bar in chattanooga tennessee yeah somebody recognized you. And she went and, like, commented on one of our TikToks and stuff. Oh, did she? So, yeah. So, that was pretty cool. She was very sweet. And it was funny because she had, like, some girls with her.
And her girl, like, one of her friends was like, do you know her? She's probably like, why do you know the old girl in the bar? And I was like, does she know? And then she was like, because the girl kind of insinuated that she was a slayer. Or was at one point. I don't know. And she was like, no. Thank you very much.
does she know you know like and then she was like because the girl kind of insinuated that she was or it was at one point i don't know and she was like no she kind of like and i was like oh yeah no we don't know each other we don't know each other um but it was fine so we eventually pretty much after the drag show we left and went back to the cabin we did and you invited or we all invited you were also very loud about that the owner of kinky cabin is adorable and sweet and i was happy to have her back to the cabin but you were going you can't see me on video but he was doing like thumbs up thumbs down like to all of us like do you want her to go or do you not want them you know like like trying to get you know how like when i was trying to figure out the vibe all right i was saying i knew us an adventure couple was gonna go back to the cabin but this was a nice younger couple and you know they don't think they're really lifestyle but they're seem very open-minded obviously they have a kinky cabin yeah so i was trying to out like, is everybody cool if I invite them back to the cabin?
But you were like, guys, yes, no, yes, no. What are we thinking? What are we thinking? Well, I was like six drinks in at this point. And I'm like, Dan, stop doing that. You can't do that in public.
Cause I'm like, of course she can, that's fine if she wants to come, but you cannot like thumbs up thumbs down in somebody in public so anyway listen it happens so you we invited them back which was very odd I'm not gonna lie because it's like will you come back to the cabin that you own with us wasn't it a little weird it was a little weird because it it was like she was like the guest of her cabin right she was the guest we invited her as a guest back to her own cabin yeah but it was kind of fun because we were like have you ever been here um but we hung out in the hot tub to like four o'clock in the morning we did maybe five yeah i don't know so it was fun great conversation um everybody that kinky cabin couple was really sweet um but i could tell i don't know if they were quite ready for us yeah i don't know if they knew how to how to handle i don't know we just honestly if you want my truth i didn't know if they were swingers, if they weren't swingers, if, like, they seemed like they were in a new relationship.
It just, there was a lot of, like, unclear boundaries, you know. And so, me, personally, I was just like, you know, and this is a professional, like, she let us come stay here. I kind of was just like, okay, well, let's just keep things on the up and up and be friends. Right, yeah. But several. Right. Yeah. Right.
professional like she let us come stay here i kind of was just like okay well let's just keep things on the up and up and be friends and um but several times you try to start the you know the night you try to start fuck you you that's what you do though when dan wants to start fucking he just starts messing with me and hopes that other people and you were not having it i was like read the room dan read the room like and you just kept trying and kept trying and i'm like stop you know i just i didn't want to cross any boundaries with them i didn't want them them to feel pressured to do something because for whatever reason whatever reason you know i just i didn't want that to happen so not for not because they weren't cute or not because they weren't anything they were lovely lovely couple but it just i was not i just felt like we should be grown-ups and you just dan was not in a grown-up mood you just wanted to fuck you did not care i wasn't disrespectful to anybody no no not at all not at all i mean like thumbs up thumbs down right in front of them borderline disrespectful but in the hot tub no you were just touching me you weren't you didn't cross any boundaries or anything i but that's kind of like why you have a partner right that like keeps you in line especially when you're i don't drink so i was good good because i started drinking at the restaurant yeah and then continue drinking at the the drag bar so by the time we we got you know ready to leave the drag bar i was feeling pretty good you are um so yeah that's why like you said that's why you have partners yeah um yeah so they stayed i don't what time did they leave it was like four a.m five four five yeah it was four i think yeah um after they left they left and then we i looked at adventure cover like we're fucking now right yeah and i was like okay yeah now we can fuck and they looked at you because i think they could tell that you weren't having it with me earlier in the night and they looked at you and you're like oh no i'm gonna fuck now i just i wasn't sure what to do with them yeah because i just wanted to be respectful you know i totally get it and we've fucked avenger couple quite a few times now so like i was down with it and so we literally went upstairs to the dungeon and fucked until like i don't know i don't know either i'm surprised they watched the sunrise when they got home right like so they left and went went drove home and uh i don't even know what time they said the sun was coming up when they got home so it must have been pushing six o'clock by the time they got home probably little yeah that's what i say because daylight savings hadn't changed over yet so but that was a good little fuck session yes it was i do regret i wish we had thrown just put a camera up in the corner of the room just because why not yeah um but it was kind of also nice not even having to worry about that and just like authentically just fucking and not even have to worry about where's the camera and where's it pointed and who you know like can you see everybody in it yeah you know what i forgot we took shivers we forgot to talk so when we were in the hot tub okay so this company reached out to us and they were we actually met them in person we ran into them yes club tempted yeah and they were like we make they're basically like legal gummies like yeah they're they're thc based gummies but again going back to the the episode we did on drugs, the way they extract the THC is not illegal in any state.
Yeah, they're legal in all states. By the farm bill or whatever the rules are, they make their gummies so that they're not illegal federally. Yeah, because that was one of our questions. But anyway, we met them. I don't understand.
We maybe need to have them on the podcast so they can explain that more to us but i don't i don't really understand that all i know is that the way they make these gummies you can sell them at a gas station anywhere in the country yeah um but when we had met them they had given us some samples and i had kind of forgotten about them until uh when they gave to me i was i was pretty drunk when they gave them to me um but i forgot about him and then they reached out again and we did a call with them and they're really cool they're like no we want you to use them like use them come back to us when you yeah they very much reached when we had our call with them they're like hey you know if you one are you guys interested in taking you know would you do you guys partake in know, occasionally.
And they're like, okay, we're going to send you a bunch of free samples, try them when you have the time. And then if you like them, we'll talk about coming up with some kind of partnership or sponsorship of the podcast. They're like, if you don't like them, no problem. We can still be friends. So it was super easy just to put some you know handful in our bag so friday night i think me and you who all took them everybody us no just i think it was just us and the adventure couple okay i didn't know if both them took it um and oh no no just her not him okay yeah that's what i was thinking yeah it was me you and her yeah and you and her took a half yeah of one not even a whole one in the hot tub i couldn't really tell i'd taken anything i didn't know if i was supposed to like because they are made for sex so they are like i don't know what they put in them but isn't like the guys isn't like horny goat i think i saw horny goat weed is one of the ingredients for the guys i don't know what they put in them, but isn't, like, the guys, isn't, like, horny goat weed?

You know, my mom's the type of person, like, that's how she shows her love, like, by, like, acts of service. So she's, like, bringing you a drink or checking on you or, you know, she loves doing the laundry. You know, that's just, she just, it's like a busy bee. Does that make sense? So my dad wasn't there. We weren't there. So I guess she just decided to like lay in the bed and not do a lot for the weekend, for the weekend, which is okay. Like I support having a lazy weekend, but she didn't really take her medicine and she didn't really drink water or eat a lot.
And even though like she had multiple people that were checking on her, including myself, like multiple people saying, hey, can I come out there and check on you? And she was like, no, I'm perfect. I'm great. So she kind of like, I don't know. I don't think she meant to fool anybody, but I just think she's not good at saying, speaking up. So we got there. She was a little out of it. We ended up calling her doctor and talking to her doctor.
And, um, she went on Monday and had some blood work done and she ended up needing a blood transfusion and platelets uh which is pretty common for her after she's had chemo um we don't super common for cancer patients in general yeah yeah so um so she was just a little she was just weak when we got home. So that was just, you know, we obviously, we knew we could go and she should have been fine. But unfortunately, she just wasn't when we got home. And now keep in mind, my dad had been in rehab and he just went Friday night. So he was there Friday night and Saturday night.
And so I realized that I hadn't, you know, I hadn't talked to dad.
And the plan the plan was to get home get settled and i was going to go to the rehab facility and you know get to see it and get to tour it and all those you know really get to you know i signed off on everything and i helped with the social worker to pick everything um but it was really my opportunity to go in and try and you know and to see it all and i called him and he was like i'm in the hospital i fell and i think my legs broke and i like immediately like i was like no you know it was like reality like smacked us so immediately i called the rehab while i was waiting my mom called the hospital confirmed he was a patient long story short my dad fell at rehab after being there for like 30 hours and broke his hip yes so i had 76 uh and it's kind of today's wednesday that was sunday today's wednesday and it has been a hell of a week he's had two surgeries he's had two surgeries he's had his hip repaired and the surgery for that.
And then today, so two days after his hip surgery, he had to have surgery and have a couple of his toes amputated. He actually had all of his toes on his right side amputated. The same side, his hip is broke on that same side.
So it's just been kind of a whirlwind of a few days, i'm not sure what his care looks like going forward and now i don't like rehab facilities because i've got a little bit of a bad taste in my mouth so we're just trying to like work through all of these it's a lot it's a lot yeah you know we're only 40 but the amount of time we spent in the hospital and dealing with insurance companies and dealing with uh you know social workers and try and really fight for your parents and get them the care they need it kind of it wakes you up a little bit to like america's health care system and how it works and yeah and you know i always hear people complaining and being like you know our health care system is broken and you're kind of like yeah but it's still pretty good right yeah i've been in the military since i was 17 years old i've always gone to my appointments and got everything i needed and i've never really needed anything extra so it all just seemed to be fine to me but now seeing it from this point of view it's like what the fuck fuck is going on?
It's been kind of crazy. And you know, one thing I was thinking, I'm 40, my dad's 76, my dad had me when he was 35, which was pretty uncommon back in 1984. Most people had their children, you know, like in their early 30s, I mean, early 20s.
And I'm thinking about this whole new generation of kids that like a lot of our friends are having babies now not our swinger friends we're the smart ones but like some of my vanilla friends are just like they just had their babies like in their mid to late it is much more common now to have babies in your 30s and i'm thinking all these babies are going to be taking care of y'all's asses like yeah you know i mean i really was thinking about that today when i was in the hospital waiting because like my dad is to the point where i'm having to like i'm use his power i'm his medical power returning i had to sign consent like the doctors would not do the surgery without someone because my dad doesn't even really understand what's going on that's that's where we're at because if you're a if you're a you know if your parents have you in their 20s you would be in your 50s or 60s by the time when you're taking care of your parents yeah um but yeah you shift that you know 15 years the other way yeah you can be a pretty young child and still having to take care of your parents yeah so not that 40 is young but as far as but i feel young you know i don I don't feel like, you know, I don't know.
So anyway, I'm a little nervous gearing up for we have secrets in like three weeks. And then bliss cruise right behind that. So we're getting ready to go into our busy season where it's like event after event after our schedule is pretty much packed. The weeks that we don't have your son, we are doing something.
So navigating that and trying to take care of your parents through this time i think it's going to be we kind of got lucky when you know we basically adopted them towards the end of our busy season last year um so we're definitely gonna have to come up with i mean this is our job this is what we do um we can't quit because we won't be able to pay our bills yeah um but we have to find balance yeah so just trying to navigate the next few months is going to be interesting hell navigating the next few weeks is going to be interesting days um yeah but somehow we are making it we also moved i don't think we talked about that on here um we moved february 11th we if you don't know my parents when they moved in we gave them our master bedroom because it was the only bedroom on the first floor and just them being on the second floor was not an option so um and it just honestly wasn't really like the house was plenty big enough but it really wasn't fitting what we needed in a house.
And so we started looking. We actually pretty quickly found this house and it worked. It ends up, we have a lot of bedrooms on the first floor. Everybody was able to have their own room and we were able to get our master back and all that. So it's been good. So we're still unpacking. Yeah.
So we're hosting events, doing OnlyFans, podcast fans podcasting caretaking and trying to move all at the same time yeah it's not too much no no it's easy always but anyway it was a great opportunity to give y'all um an update y'all have all been so sweet so many people have came up to me at events and like hucked my neck and said, thank you for sharing your story. I've been there, you know, or going to be there at some point. And it means a lot to me to hear from y'all. So thank you. And that's kind of the update that we have. Yeah.
Mom is, I didn't really touch on her, but her chemo is really working. I mean, her scans look amazing. She'll be on chemo until she dies.
Like there no um like no cure yeah uh but the issue now is chemo's kicking her ass so it's like the balance between how much treatments can she take and still maintain quality of life and then you know with that quality of life she has to eat she has to drink she has to you know intake protein she has to you know try not to lose weight um so it's it's a back and forth fight yeah fighting the cancer but also trying to not kill your body you know not have the the treatment she's responding super well to everything so i mean that that's been a great thing yeah we definitely she's kept the cancer at bay so as long as we can keep her body healthy i think we'll be looking pretty good yeah all right well that's that's it that's the update that's the kinky cabin if people are interested in going to the kinky cabin and they're in the chattanooga area uh do you know the website it's um the kinky cabin.com the kinky cabin.com so if you're in the Chattanooga area.
