Yet that's the only way to check for oral gonorrhea or chlamydia which are often asymptomatic you need a better doctor you need shamelesscare.com use coupon code tsn at checkout hey there pineapple people and welcome to the swing nation podcast we are your hosts northern guy and southern girl and today we have a episode about our recent takeover we do our swinger society takeover of club tempted in louisville kentucky uh and we dubbed this takeover the clockwork carnival takeover yeah which friday night was through the looking glass which is like a alice in wonderland themed night and then saturday was um cogs and corsets which was kind of a steam steampunky vibe yeah all right so i think before we get into club tempted in our takeover and all the sexy fun we had let's give a little real life update because i guess the last podcast was our interview with john and jackie which was pre-recorded but the podcast before that we kind of dropped the bomb on the listeners that your mom had just been diagnosed with stage four lung cancer and we didn't know what that meant and we didn't know what our life was going to look like going forward um and that was literally a few days i think after yeah it was like two days after we found out and we're not quite at a month but almost i think like three weeks three and a half weeks yeah so things are okay i feel like each day we are settling into like a new routine.
New norm? Yeah. Use some COVID lingo? Yeah, a new normal for sure. She had one round of chemo and she's actually like just today is like her best day so far. So it's been about two weeks since her first round and she's getting her second a week from today.
So this recorded on september 1st so her next chemo treatment is the 9th i believe yeah so she was diagnosed with stage 4 lung cancer yeah it's non-small cell lung cancer which is good because my understanding is small cell lung cancer spreads quicker but non-small cell lung cancer i guess is a little bit harder to treat from what the doctor told us so it's kind of good and bad as this isn't going to be spreading as quick but it's going to be it's going to take a little bit more aggressive chemo to to um have an effect on it um and so that's That's where and um you know they they said without treatments it were six months was about the diagnosis the doctors gave us and then with treatments they said it could be up to two years depending on how she she takes chemo and things like that so we're definitely i think now our mindset is different i mean when we'd had that podcast before we weren't sure yeah if we had weeks or days or months or we had no idea.
So we're definitely, I think, in this for, it's going to be a while. We got to look, we have to look at this long term. And so since that diagnosis and since we've kind of figured everything out and that she is going to fight it, she's going to go through treatments, we've moved both of your parents into our house. Into our master bedroom. Into our master bedroom. The only downstairs bedroom is our master. So we had to take all of our stuff, move it upstairs into the guest bedroom. And we've basically set up their room now kind of like a hospital ward. Yeah, kind of. So they have two.
We bought adjustable. They're not really hospital beds, but similar. Similar. And, I mean, we got a whiteboard in got, I mean, we got all this stuff. Yeah. And my dad is on dialysis. So he's in kidney failure, late stages, kidney failure. He's got diabetes pretty bad. He's got spurses of the liver just from all the, the diabetes and kidney disease has just been too hard on his liver. So he's developed that.
He's got got some copd so he's got like his own laundry list of stuff as well and he to be honest with you right now he's probably more of a handful than my mom he's a pain in the ass he's a giant pain he'll be 76 next week he can't have any sugar he wants to eat all the things with sugar yeah he's on dialysis he's only supposed to have 32 ounces of liquid a day he drinks he tries to drink that in an hour yeah it's a constant everyday battle with him right telling him he can't have things or telling him he can't have more liquid is like a fight like it's a constant a constant fight so your mom is actually super easy to deal with in comparison yeah everybody attempted was like how's your mom my mom's okay My dad is the major pain in the ass.
But we have, like, we basically took my dad to every doctor's appointment that he has. We make, so we can learn. We didn't know anything about diabetes or dialysis and stuff. So we've been learning together. And I'm super thankful for you for being there with me. He calls me Sergeant Dan. He does.
Because I've been the strict one yeah with him yeah so when i tell him no he's like okay sergeant dan but we're doing good um like right now we're supposed to be going to euros this weekend and there's no reason that we couldn't leave my mom is doing really well of course after her chemo treatment that might be a little different and we'll figure that out as we go but um as of right now if things are calm things are good yeah and so to you know i hate even addressing this but we have already received comments like why are you guys going to events you should just be focusing on your mom like you know like don't what you know swinging is more important to you than your.
I had to block somebody on Instagram because he kept saying shit. And this is, unfortunately, this is the internet. Like, people are just going to say mean and horrible things. But to address a little bit of that, what people maybe don't realize is that influencing, being on social media, throwing events, that is our. Our podcast. Our podcast. That's our main source of income.
That's how how we make a living like we wouldn't be able to support your parents without doing those things yeah or i would have to go get a nine to five and be out of the office for eight nine plus hours a day i mean out of the home for that many hours a day that would make taking care of them very very difficult because we like essentially are feeding them three meals a day, everything. Yeah. And then the second part of that is, I think, for our own mental health, getting out of this house for, you know, we have other family members that are helping.
They want to help because they want to be, they want to see mom. They want to take care of her. We've had a few, like, when we were at Tempted, we had a couple family members that flew in to visit. And so it was really nice because she had people here to be with her. So we need a little break. So we are with them seven days a week, 24 hours a day-ish.
And so us stepping away for a weekend and letting other family members step in to help out and take care of them, I think is good for everybody yeah and there might come a time where that has to change um or like just like tempted i waited and came later than dan to because we needed people here and the people weren't flying in so um and that's probably what the next six months to a year is probably going to look like where i um dan goes ahead and i come in late yeah set up yeah so but we we're managing so we see your negative comments oh i've cried over them um well you know like i went to tempted which was hard for me i had very mixed emotions about going and i literally like pull into tempted and get in a hotel room and i'm like reading these terrible things people are saying about me and i i know all the things that they're saying like as a couple like we communicated we made this decision they also brought up um my sister died of cancer 12 years ago she was my little sister she was 25 years old and i actually had cancer my grandmother died of cancer so like i'm very well versed in the cancer world like i don't need strangers on the internet to tell me i'm doing a bad job yeah so no i'm just doing the best i can and i'm sure i'll fuck up between now and then oh 100 and i guess the other point of this is we're in this, I mean, this could be years, right?
Yeah. And so. You never know. I don't think it's realistic to think that we can be by your mom's bedside. Well, we wouldn't. For the next two years. They would come take our house away. Like, if we wouldn't. Yeah. We can't. Like, it's just not realistic. Right. So, we're balancing it the best we can. Now, I will say we kind of focus on the negative comments. We've also got an overwhelming. So many. Amount of best we can. Now, I will say we kind of focus on the negative comments. We've also got an overwhelming amount of comments from people just saying a lot of similar situations.
Oh, my mom went through this. My sister went through this. I went through this with my husband. And, you know, you guys are a godsend.
And, you know, just so many nice, uplifting, positive people, strangers on the Internet offering to help and assist in any way they can and you know people wanting to send money and just all kinds of things so we we really you know i hate to even talk about the negative stuff we really should talk about all the positive stuff so um if you were one of those people that messaged and sent us words of um positivity we really really appreciate um you guys i i love the community you know we've kind of built this this community and it really is a community because when when you're down when you're sad when you're going through things you know the amount of people that step up and try to uplift you is really um remarkable to see and i think you know we we need to focus on that more than maybe the the negative stuff i agree all right so with all that said let's get into what happened at the clockwork carnival takeover at tempted okay well you start because you went before me i did yeah because we were right in the middle of all this so i actually left um well i was gonna leave on wednesday yeah and drive up um but your mama came home from the hospital on Wednesday.
And I was, like, barely hanging on by the train. Because we had to be there Thursday to set up the club. So I was like, all right, I can leave early Thursday morning and still get there in time. And I, like, when you said that to me, I was like, oh, my God, thank you. Because it was just, like, getting oxygen set up in the house. And I was feeling very overwhelmed. And I just like needed you, like your presence, even if you didn't do anything. I just needed you here, which you did a lot. But I was super grateful for that. Right. So we stayed Wednesday.
We got your mom home from the hospital, got her settled. And then Thursday morning, I got in the truck with a trailer and took off for Louisville, Kentucky. She actually got got there right at one o'clock which is when we were all decided you know decided to meet at the club to start doing decorating um and that's what we did we unloaded the trailer we got the the club all decorated and the first night was alice in wonderland so we had all the decorations the club really looked amazing yeah the merch booth set up. We set up the tent and the 360 camera and photo backdrops.
Wings of Glory was there doing some videography. So we're hopefully going to have some behind the scenes videos and stuff that we'll be releasing on YouTube and maybe some clips on social media and stuff like that.
So if you want to see the behind the scenes and how all this kind of happens and, you know, the decorating and what, you know, behind the scenes stuff uh thank you for for that um and then after we got all that set up uh life of spice showed up we set up all the the audio we actually moved club tempted the dj booth is usually like kind of in a back corner we actually life of spice dj life of spice brought in a stage and we actually put the dj booth out in the middle of or on one end of the dance floor which is actually pretty was pretty cool but we had to run audio for that it was he was so cute about it too he was so excited it was cute so he got there and i helped him get all that set up and then me and him after the club was done me and him went out to kind of like a boys night out that's nice me and him went out to dinner yeah the funny thing is we went to like some local like a bar like it was kind of like bar food like a bar feely and we're sitting there and we're eating we're talking and we're both sitting about whatever and then we sat there for a couple hours and ate uh we actually like forgot to order food like we're sitting there talking and like the waitress came up we're like oh yeah we'll give us a minute and then like we're like do we order yet like you know it's been like 20 and no, we hadn't.
We had to like call her over and be like, oh, I guess we actually need to order now. But as we were walking out, me and him both had Swinger Society shirts on. Yeah. Which our Swinger Society shirts have a rainbow pineapple on them. And so we're sitting there talking, you know, and then we walk out together. And he like looks at me and he goes, I think they think we were gay. Yeah. Like the people that were gay. Like you're on a day. Yeah. I was like, I can see how it might have looked like that. Yeah.
We're getting some weird's okay yeah it's okay fuck them i don't care yeah it was pretty funny uh and that was it well that sounds good it was a good day what did you do i don't remember ran around like a crazy person probably i don't know um i yeah i was missing you on thursday that's for sure i know that um i did leave bright and early friday morning because we originally supposed to make content um friday day and that was honestly talking about doing work we have to have content to pay our bills um that's like something that we don't talk so when you say content that's tiktok content that's sometimes youtube content yeah that's the podcast yeah content but then you're specifically talking about only fans yeah because i mean honestly the the majority of our money comes from only fans and i'm not talking about this is like a shameless plug or anything but it does and we release one new video a week so if i'm not making videos um that that hinders that and i can make solo videos all the time but that's not really what people want let's be honest they want the fun stuff and so we try to make content once at events um usually before or after we leave it just kind of like after everybody leaves it's too hard for us to do it in the middle of it but sometimes you just got to do what you got to do and so we had scheduled it for friday during the day because we didn't have to be at the club until that night um but there was just no way i wasn't going to get there in time so we moved that to saturday so i got in around like 3.
And I was excited to see you. But you informed me we had to be there at 5. Which is entirely too early for a swingers club. So like most clubs don't open until like 8 or 9 o'clock at night. But Tempted opens at 7. In my opinion, it's too early. I think they should bump it back. But they're not asking my opinion. They're not. It's not my club. But somebody that, I'm a night owl. So somebody that maybe is not a night owl, they would disagree with me. So I guess, you know. So we, I had to start getting ready at like 3.30. Yeah. So basically you got there.
I think you took, you kind of, I think we might have had a little cuddle session. Yeah. You know, like hung out on the bed for a little bit. Like 15, 20 minutes. Yeah basically you got there i think you took the kind of i think we might have had a little cuddle session you know like hung out on the bed for a little bit and then you got hopped up and got ready for the club did um uh the theme was alice in wonderland i had ordered a vanilla costume if you've seen the pictures um and i slutted it up it had like a white shirt underneath it i took the shirt off, put a bra.
I took the shorts, had them made into booty shorts. People really liked your Alice in Wonderland. They did. A lot of people thought I had had it custom made, and I did not. I mean, I guess in a way I customized it to me, but it was very girly and flowery.
And a lot of people just didn't go that angle with it your outfit was for i got it from halloweencostumes.com both of our outfits you match with like five guys there's like five other guys you were so sad it was a pretty slutty guy costume it was i thought and it was a little over the top and so i felt pretty like confident that i wasn't gonna see too many of them but then there was like four of them there which is so like a little backstory when we were at the hotel getting ready to leave if back from when we were talking about my parents and stuff i had read some pretty mean things about me on the internet and it affected me i hate that it affected me but i'm human and it did and then i'm standing there and this big fucking hat with these bell sleeves on and like i like i like a fucking clown like i'm like an idiot in this outfit you know i just like i didn't feel sexy i didn't feel cute and i just felt like what the fuck am i doing with my life you know i'm like standing remember you you had a little pre-event anxiety which you do normally at events but I think with all the stress that was going on in your life it kind of hit you a little harder it did but I didn't freak out or anything I mean I didn't like cry I didn't make it none of that I just was like oh my god what the fuck am I doing and then to add to that I had to walk through the lobby of the hotel like that like Dan changed there but I was like i'm not and i guess i could have thrown like an oversized t-shirt or something but i just didn't care enough to do it so i'm just like fuck it i'm gonna walk through the hotel and i just felt like a crazy person um of course when i get there the club and around all my friends i did not feel that way right and everybody loved my outfit and then i watched like the tiktoks back because dan posted the tiktoks i just and i'm like oh my god that was so cute well it just shows that like you get in your head again i totally was in my head and it was the one of my favorite outfits like looking back now is one of my favorites well you looked amazing thank you so did you okay so we get to the club what happened in the club uh we danced yeah so i actually like friday so let's talk a little bit about club nights right so we when we do a club takeover we take over friday and saturday yeah saturday nights always sell out but friday nights are usually calmer 60 70 percent capacity sometimes 80 depending on the event which is pretty standard even in like normal like non-takeover lifestyle events fridays or right i think i mean i don't club tempted specifically i think a lot less than usually when we do takeovers it's a bigger crowd on friday well yeah but i'm talking about like in general you usually have a smaller crowd on friday and a larger on Saturday.
Like, think about trapeze and stuff like that, yeah. I think, you know, the more that we've done events, you know, you think about, like, Thursdays at Secrets. You think about Friday nights at the clubs. Those are some of my favorite because it's not as chaotic, right? So, it's easier to intermingle with people. It's easier to talk to people.
It's easier to to dance with people you're just not running around and it's not as overwhelming as it can be on a sold out saturday night yeah so i really enjoyed friday night actually um tempted in my opinion pushes the limits on how many people they can put in that club um it is a big club it's a very big club it's a huge club but i i've never actually even played in the playrooms because i think at this point we didn't even go up there and look but in the past it's always been so crowded up there that it's very hard to play to find a playroom so i was looking i was excited that it was a smaller crowd we still didn't go to the playroom but it was still a lot of fun and a good crowd i mean there was a good mix of ages a good mix uh of people and all super friendly there was quite a few new people that this was their first club experience our first event uh period and we got we got to talk to a bunch of them um yeah it was it was really a really good time we had the uh the dom life um he's a cool guy super cool they had set up this cool um sensory deprivation demonstration and so they had people up there and they had the like noise canceling headphones on and they were doing all the kinds of different um ways to play with touch and stuff like that i really hate that i missed both nights his stuff there's so much going on it's hard for me to like get away.
And if I had one regret is that. Yeah. But I mean that he did it upstairs in the kind of the lobby area of the playroom. And that was, I mean, it was like full of people that were up there watching his stuff. Yeah. It was a lot of fun. A lot of dancing. Just like a lot of just chit chatting.
I felt like I was able to like really really chat and talk to people um i'm trying to think of some of the like couples that we met i don't know i can't remember which night but like there was a couple that came all the way from canada which was crazy um there were several couples that were brand new that we got to meet everybody was just super kind and i genuinely enjoyed the getting to know people yeah so let's talk a little bit about dj life of spice stage on the dance floor so he messaged us what about a week before the event he's like i got this idea we were like in the hospital with my mom and we're like and he's like i want to put the dj booth out on the dance floor i want to i'm gonna bring a stage it's gonna be awesome well he didn't say i want to well he did but he was like i've got it off is it okay yeah but he had it all figured out he's like okay this is my vision i've already talked to them they said it was okay i'm gonna rent this i'm gonna do this i just basically just needed our like blessing and it was like me and dan are like oh i just couldn't visualize it and so i had i'll be honest with you i had some concerns because the dance floor at tempted is big but it can also get very very crowded so i'm like oh i don't know if you put the stage out there like is that going to take away room like and then um where we put the stage it blocked one of the like entrances to the dance floor so i'm like oh is that going to mess like the flow of traffic uh but I also love DJ Life of Spice.
And trust him. And I trust him. And I knew what he was trying to do was kind of create energy. Because having the DJ with the crowd creates a different level of energy than if he's off, like, hidden somewhere in the club. So I was like, you know what? Let's try it. Like, let's just see what happens. Let's try it.
will tell you i absolutely loved it yeah it was really good it just brings it just brings energy it brings the crowd together everybody kind of crowds up to the stage then which kind of makes it feel like a party and feel more full um did you read the review so if you don't know when we host events we send out a survey people can leave us a review did you have you happen to read a couple people not many maybe one maybe two did not like it really they did not a lot of people did but a couple people complained like it blocked off the back tables and stuff like that but i think it was like i don't know that moving it there permanently i like that it was something different for us yeah but i really enjoyed it i did too i did too and i think it's cute that he just like wanted to be with the crowd so i totally he's all about like the vibe you know about the energy and the vibe and so like it made total sense to me yeah and i definitely i thought it it changed the energy a little bit of the event yeah all right so after we got done dancing about midnight rolled around which if you know us that's time midnight's the time yeah if you're gonna fuck if you're gonna get it on at a club i've always said and will continue to say don't wait too long i feel like we were later than midnight it seemed like it was like really close to midnight it might have been 12 30 but it was pretty damn close to midnight.
So at Club Tempted, they have two VIP sections upstairs and then one VIP section downstairs. So several of our friends had the VIP upstairs. Southern Bella had both sides. Well, I think she rented one and somebody else rented one. So a group basically had the whole upstairs. And they opened the curtains. And so it's like literally just like. One big. One big area. And so everybody went there. Yeah. And had an orgy. I will say I orchestrated that. Oh, you did? So I will say the last few events. I've been actually trying to take a step back. Yeah.
Because historically speaking, I've always been the guy that's like, orgy at midnight in this room. Yeah. You be there. But because, again, like we've talked about here recently on the podcast, who gets invited, who doesn't get invited, that can cause friction. So I didn't – there was a while there where I'm like, I'm sick of being the guy. Was that me because I got mad at you?
Or maybe you maybe you got frustrated no i got mad at you at which was in may yeah so at some there was a last few events i've just kind of like i'm not going to put like i'll go if people invite us but i'm not going to be the guy that's that's in charge of that yeah um i don't know for whatever reason at this event i was like we are doing it and and i i we haven't been drinking a whole lot because our life is like going to events have been much more frequent just because this is our our job and so and i'm 40 now and so i can't drink and bounce back the next day as quick it's just too hard for me so we've gotten to where i like like one drink is enough you know just to kind of sip on through the evening i got pretty tipsy i think i needed some stress relief i will say i think with everything going i was actually worried because heading into friday night you were stressed out yeah you know you're worried about your outfit you you did you know i think you didn't want to go at one point and so i was like man maybe this is too much too soon with everything going on um but you persevered and you got there and then once you had a few drinks and you kind of let loose and i could tell you were having fun it just made me so happy to see that and there were several other people that were like oh it's so nice to see lacy's having fun they're like you, you know, she's having a good time.
But I think in a lot of ways, it's what you needed, right? Oh, I did. You needed to be in and around your friends. You needed to be able to relax and let go and just enjoy the- Are you tearing up a little? No. Are you? A little. But I think it's what you needed. And so it was good to see that you were able to do that. And I think you really had- it seemed like you really had a good time.
No, I had a really good time like i was just like not to not shit face not sober but like that sweet spot in between yeah yeah so it's good so anyway we all go up to the upstairs vip and basically have a giant orgy yeah so yeah we went up there um it was just a lot of bodies um i had my own what's that couple it's like they're knoxville something in knoxville he's real tall the guy that comes all the time oh yeah what's his name i don't know his name but yeah i don't know his username i don't know his username either i don't want to say they're real names um but i had my eye on him but another couple snatched them up so we didn't we didn get to fuck them.
I was a little sad. We didn't get to fuck them all weekend. If you listen to the podcast. But we'll probably see them this weekend. Yeah, I hope so. But we swapped with Southern Swap, which was a lot of fun. We did. And then you with Southern Bella. Well, I started with Southern Bella. So as soon as I got there. Did she snatch you up?
She kind of snatched me up which i i like that well she said that you were the only the second guy to make her squirt so i mean that makes sense as to why she would want to snatch you up she can snatch me up anytime um and then i i don't know where i was during all of that i think i was working on the curtains and trying to figure out who all was coming up and who wasn't while that was you spent most of your upstairs orgy session with mr i did he made a joke i don't know if you fucked anybody did you fuck anybody else no i don't think so um not during that part um but he made a joke to his wife that he had fucked me more than her all weekend because we, like, kept finding each other.
Not really intentionally, or at least not on my part. I mean, I can't speak for him, but it was just like we were, when it was time to fuck, we were just always, like, right by each other. And I liked it. He's a good, he's a good time. So I was not sad about it. So we partaked upstairs. And then how did we get downstairs? So I don't know. So all I remember is, yeah, I fucked Southern Bella while you were with Mr. Southern Swap. Thank you.
so we partake upstairs and then how did we get downstairs so i i don't know so all i remember is yeah i fucked southern bella while you were with mr southern swap i came over and then joined you and and fucked mrs southern swap and we kind of wrapped up i actually went and took a shower because there's an upstairs shower right there and i think uh mr mrs southern swap had squirted quite a bit and i had some you know i was like it's just gonna be easier for me to just go rinse off real quick to get this off um and so i went to the shower and then i come out of the shower and you're like we're going downstairs i did or somebody was like we're going downstairs yeah and so there was a second orgy going on in the downstairs vip so there was the upstairs vip orgy going on i come out of the shower and then people are like, we're going downstairs to another orgy.

And it was a pretty cool airbnb it was kind of quirky so i can't wait to see um the pictures like one was on a piano and um one was like by a record player so it was pretty pretty cool after pictures and orgies and stuff we went back to the hotel or at least i went ahead and you came probably 15 20 minutes after me we had lunch we rested a little bit and literally it was like time to get ready this was pretty jam-packed weekend because i was only there for 48 hours so i feel like we just kind of like pressed everything well probably less than 48 hours but we like just pressed everything right in we did yeah um and saturday night was basically a redo of friday night um just a different theme and twice as many people yeah so the theme was theme steampunk which i was really that was a harder one for me i've never done a steampunk party some people loved it some hated it i started out not sure about it i ended up liking it a lot more than i anticipated the only thing i will say is you i wore a lot of clothes even you did like you had full pants on like it was just a lot of layers and that was kind of the general sense for everyone there it was just a lot of clothes but i loved it and it was it was super neat to see everyone's interpretation of that yeah no i agree steampunk's a fun a fun theme it's kind of like future apocalyptic like mad maxi kind of kind of thing i did struggle to like slutting that theme up it seemed like it was a little more difficult than it is with other themes but i will say other people did a good better yeah i think some people i think some people that is just their thing you know like the ones that really really loved it that's like probably like it's the same kind of people that love the harry potter themes they're kind of that i'm just not that person what i'm just not that person steampunk people and harry potter people are the same people i'm not saying they are they're just kind of like they like future and wizards and magic and stuff i don't think those things go together okay well i like pink and glow and barbie and glitter and rhinestones i don't like browns and steampunks you're saying it's not princessy enough for you yeah i just think they're just different people and that's okay like we don't all want to be the exact same harry potter people and steampunk people are the same okay well think about this uh the couple that worked for us they loved both of the harry potter and the steampunk and they know who they are i'm not gonna call their names and i love that for them but like i love glow parties and swinger prom and that's my type of thing okay i'm just gonna let that one go we'll keep are people gonna be mad at me no no moving on i mean we need a little bit of everything i agree but i like rhinestones and pink and purple okay harry potter people and steampunk people are the same people i mean kinda they probably like space and stuff you know yeah oh and star trek people oh yeah they're all the same oh for sure star wars star trek yeah it's all the same yeah harry potter yeah it's all the same basically rightam Punk.

Very, like you said, very similar to the night before. Yeah, so except for now, you're talking like almost 500 people packed into. It never felt too busy, though. No, it wasn't.
In the last time we went, it felt too packed in there and this time it did not and so whatever we did worked better i don't think we did anything different really but well it felt that way maybe it was that alcohol um but it was it was a great time um we ended up just playing downstairs this time we didn't go to the upstairs VIP. I did like having DJ Life of Spice on the dance floor and DJ Life of Spice at any party brings the energy, which I think people, we've probably talked about this before, but I think DJs in the lifestyle are a little bit underrated.
And I'll tell you the difference, I think, between average parties that we've gone talked about this before but i think djs in the lifestyle are a little bit underrated and i'll tell you the difference i think between average parties that we've gone to and like amazing parties that we've gone to the dj it plays a huge part in that because when you don't have the right dj and the right music going it's hard to get like invested in a party yeah i mean but those parties when you're dancing and jumping up and down and like going crazy, like those are like the memorable events and parties.
So I think having a quality DJ, it changes the whole game for the lifestyle. I really wish more parties and events would, would invest the time and money into that because, you know, good DJs aren't cheap, but I think it's definitely, it's, if you're going to spend money somewhere, that's a place to, I think one of the places to do it. And a huge shout out to Tempted, Club Tempted. They bring it. That club is amazing. They're so on top of it with everything. It's always kept clean. I mean, they literally paint the walls in between every weekend. If there's a scuff, if there's a scratch.
I mean, they're painting. They make food. They have drinks. They're just very attentive to detail. And if you're in that area, even when there's not a takeover, we highly suggest going, because it's just a good club. Club Tempted is one of the better clubs in the country. So yeah, definitely go check that out. Okay, all that being said, we have a couple upcoming events. So this weekend, which is what, September 7th, right? That's the day, this Saturday. We're going to be in Knoxville, Tennessee. DJ Life of Spice is actually playing at Club Euros. Yes, Euros.
And he is actually like hosting the whole night. And so we are just going, not for work, but to support our friend. And we're super excited. We're just going to go up for the evening.
And we can't to see him yeah so if you're hearing this it's thursday that party's on saturday tickets might be sold out but if they're not um go go check out um their website there's going to be a lot of us there yeah a big big part of our group's going to be there i i bet it's going to be a sold out night so um definitely don't just show up at the door expecting to get tickets pre-purchase go on their website and pre-purchase yeah because it's a pretty it's probably the smallest lifestyle club that we've been in attendance at yeah small but mighty um for sure but it's not it's not a very big space no i think it holds like 100 couples or something like that and that's that's like packing them in uh okay and then we got october secrets did.
We only have a few rooms left, but there's some good rooms. I saw like they posted, the girls that work for us posted a TikTok that had, I think I saw the Prince room was still available. I don't know. It may not be now, but it was a couple of days ago and there was quite a few like good rooms still available.
