Our first message got censored. But it's crazy. These issues have been going on for years. SLS was one of the last sites on the net to become mobile friendly to some degree. It's not great now but at least navigable. We're showing a message in the inbox but nothing there. Who knows what the reason is today. Just more excuses.

This is absolutely ridiculous! We’re told that the admins and developers are aware. This has been going on for months and getting worse by the day, do you expect us to believe that the developers can’t find a solution in all of this time? I googled “why is my website running slow?” First site gave 15 reasons why and how to fix it. My guess is we’re dealing with #16 here. 16) we already have your money and we don’t care.

After almost 30 minutes of trying to log in to reach out to a couple we know, I gave up, went to another site we are both on, and sent them an e-mail there. At least I know I can log in to that other site and read their reply.
The issue has been known for months, and yet there is no visible urgency to correct it.

This happens with over 10k online,... they must have "rebooted" their server and now it is responsive because there are less than 10k online.
Page loading is so slow right now it’s rendering the site unusable. Navigating to post this reply has taken more than 15 minutes. What the hell is going on??

We’ve been here for a few years and it’s always been slow and/or server connection errors. Go through all of the website threads and show me one thread where the authorities of the site ever said something is their fault. Nothing can get repaired until somebody wants to be accountable. So much easier to pass the buck.
Where is Wayne or someone in customer support to explain the horrible performance of this site? We heard the "We had some problems, but it should be better now" bogus explanation too many times and it just keeps on getting worse. Today, is by far the worst. It is clear that since many people started working from home, the site started falling apart under the traffic load. It is already rated online as the "glitchiest swinger site on the internet." Migrating the site to larger servers costs money so you can forget about that. Summary: "Look elsewhere if you want a reliable product".
