Same here...Will not open

I can't even get the msg page to open...

Just sent a message around 5:53 PM Eastern time, only for it to completely disappear and not post. My fault for thinking that the system had been fixed and not copying the message. I re-typed out the message hit copy and then hit send and it worked. Wayne, I know you’re gonna come in here and say you can’t replicate the problem. But I assure you it is happening.

<p>It was a legitimate profile that a spammer gained access to. If you are using simple passwords (such as your first name as your password), please update your password to something that cannot be easily guessed. Also, try not to use the same password here as you use on other sites.</p>

<p>You can go to "Tools" and "Update Profile" to change your password.</p>

Same spam. I sent a ticket to support.

I just got a message from the same account

Wayne, not sure how often you ( or any other employee) check people's messages, but we received some spam today from what looked like a normal profile (clstags) that has been around for a while and has certs and all that other good stuff.

up to 30 attempts now and it vanishes!!!! ... site works great!!

Ahhh the ole disappearing message trick again .. been trying to send something to somebody ... we're up to 15 attempts now ... poof gone!!!

DuckDuckGo on Samsung S8 is working. Just can't see profile pictures, but, can live with that.

<p>We rolled back the last update we did to messages. That fixed this issue as far as we can tell. I was finally able to recreate the issue on a Samsung tablet and rolling it back corrected it.</p>

Its not just Samsung phones, I have an LG and the problem persists.

I have a s21 Samsung android. I actually had to go to play store and download a new browser. Firefox wasn't working either for Me but I found a browser and it's finally working for now. Seems android phones are not getting any love. Lol

One more thing, I have changed so many settings on my phone to see if it is my phone

I tried on my phone (samsung) my tablet(samsung) doesn't work. My wife phone (Motorola) and my lap top (hp) both work, I use duckduckgo on my laptop.

<p>We only support Google Chrome, Firefox and Safari. Do you happen to be using a Samsung phone? So far, virtually all the members having this issue that I am working with are on Samsung phones. Although, it has been tested by us today on two different Samsung phones (S7 and S22) and everything is working, so we still have not been able to recreate.</p>

Messages have been working fine for me personally, as far as I can tell. I'm able to get to and read them.

I had the same issue with messaging just not loading, so yes, everyone is having it, just not reporting it. it is NOT an isolated thing.

It behaved this morning, so perhaps SLS did something overnight.

<p>Everyone isn't having the same issue. Only a small number of people are having the issue. Please submit a ticket. The problme must be something on your end. I have tested your profile and it is working. The message page is loading instantly. </p>
