Mail Not working!

Same issue here.

Same issue for us since late yesterday. Was able to send a message using the mobile app instead but not on the computer.

Good morning and Happy New Year to everyone out there! Anyone else having trouble getting your messenger page to load? When I try to message a profile I get the entire message board of past contacts, but not the intended recipient. M

I cannot message other profiles!!!

They are not on the same network and Different locations altogether. Even on my cell phone same issues. Although maybe 2 out of 10 times I log on through my cell phone the photos will be visible. Again, no problems on any other websites and I think you aren't hearing as much because it is only recently that I realized I could get my messages through by the use of this forum.

<p>If the devices are all on the same network, try resetting the modem/router. The last post in this thread was over 40 days ago. I see no current complaints. Private messages, pictures and tickets are all working. I have tested them all myself and verified that they are working. </p>

I have more than one laptop, A tablet and 2 desktop computers same issues on all of them. The other people in this thread are having the same issues. This site is not functioning properly. I have no problem with any other websites so I assure you it is this website. If you have any other suggestions I do appreciate your help but I am doubtful the issue is my fault.

<p>It is not a site issue. Would you like me to contact you via email and I can try to help you? People are successfully submitting tickets and sending messages. Pictures are displaying. No one else is reporting this in these forums.</p>

I was able to get into
Archived Mail
which was really new mail and saw message.

But none of my mail notifications are being sent out for several months now

Tried all that SLSWayne. I think it is the site and nobody can get through to complain any where in support only through this forum. I have no problems on any other websites. I am certain the issues are with only this site.

Did I mention messaging is not working. It just says, "reconnecting."

<p>I am not seeing any of those issues and so far, no one else is reporting them that I have seen.</p>

<p>Start with simple things:</p>

<p>Use Firefox, Internet Explorer is not supported.</p>

<p>Logout of the site and log back in if you have not done so.</p>

<p>Shutdown your device and restart it.</p>

Mail not loading. Photos on website are all blacked out not loading. Can't send support ticket not loading. Not working on Firefox explorer etc. Laptops even mobile. Checked pop up blockers and not the issue. Are others having the same problems?

Been done quite a while and not reassuring....

‘If’ the crack staff responds here or to a ticket, it will be:

1) “Tested and working fine on my end”

or

2) “What browser are you using?”

followed by ‘Thread locked’ or ‘ticket closed’.

The new improved mail system requires all members to go out and purchase a NEW COMPUTER.

Not working on my laptop with a variety of browsers.

Does the messaging work correctly for anybody either with a desktop browser or an Android device?
