Mail Not working!

Still not working on my end. Has been like this since yesterday. They haven’t even acknowledged it or posted something about it on the Home Screen.

6:00 AM Yep just checked ours.. spinning wheel only no messages!

Same here. All I get is a spinning wheel. WTF why always problems with this site. Another one I am on has no problems. Works flawlessly all the time.

Messages will not load and I can't send any messages either.

My mail is not working, I just get a prompt saying it is reloading, but it never loads.

Well let’s see, on our end messages aren’t loading nor is the hot date calendar. Wonderful site isn’t it? Never did understand why there is that warning telling us it could take 5 minutes for the hot date calendar to load, put another hampster on the wheel maybe?

I ha 3 archived emails that won't go away i use to like to see the birdy not so much now kind of annoying

How many minutes are we supposed to wait until messages load? I've waited twice, each time over 10 minutes for a single message to load, and it's still just saying "recipient name". This site is mainly for communicating with other members. The site admins frown upon us mentioning other communication methods but it's frustrating when its main intended purpose doesn't work for a site we paid to use. The sometimes it works and sometimes it doesn't is really frustrating.

I have done it both ways Wayne.. waited sometimes it came up other times it didnt and had to re click it for several times..

Messages not going through for us either. Fortunately we were at the same event and spoke in person today.

is anyone TRULY surprised when this site doesn't function properly?

<p>When you see "Recipient Name" are you giving it time to load? I see that sometimes, but if you just wait a few seconds, it will populate with the messages and show the correct profile name. </p>

Try and defrag your hard drive.

Must be a big weekend coming, half of this site is down. WTF!

Same here. I closed out of browser, cleared the cookies, cache, everything, I reset the modem, checked connection speed, all parameters normal, yet I cannot load the messages. Curious why more people aren't complaining? M

same here .. just tried it 6 times today.. showing "recipients name blank message". ! Terrible and worse than before.

I have all these messages to open and when I click on messages it either circles back to the main page or the message is blank. Darn it!!!!!

HI Wayne.. just went through all our IM's to see what we are keeping and ones we are deleting for new year.. same issue when I clicked on each one .. they just said " recipients name" with a blank message .. after several clicks the message showed up.

Wayne, yes, still had issues sending messages this morning. In fact, when I pressed submit to post to the forum I got kicked off the page and got the three option message:

"We're sorry, it appears the web page you are tying to access seems to be having problems.
Our support staff has been notified. We will correct the problem as soon as possible.

OR

OR

Error [#irongate.Errorid#]"

<p>The developer found an issue and fixed it last night. It should not be hit or miss now. Are you still having issues today?</p>

This has been happening awhile now., when we click on an IM we get "recipients name" with no message at all.. we have to go back several times to get the real IM to open.. so yep there is a glitch and we are on a laptop updated.. and not on the mobile app.

Wayne, it's hit and miss, sometimes it works, most times it does not. One trick we found to help it "engage" is to have an old message open on a separate tab, then when we click on the message button on a profile we wish to contact it automatically sends us to the open tab and it refreshes with the new recipient. Maybe this bit of information will give you a clue as to what's wrong with the messaging part of the system. We are on a Win7 PC, Chrome browser. Happy New Year. M
