Try reading it out loud to each other and listen to how it sounds. It's a little awkward.
I agree that they're really isn't a point to a close-up pic with giant blobs covering half the photo. If you don't want to show your faces, do some where you look down or have a hat cover just your face. Be creative!
Stay, the first impression that we get is that one of you may not be fully committed to playing. There seems to be a giant "if/maybe" hanging over your profile. You may want to adjust your wording to include something like "we are looking for good 4way chemistry at dinner that will lead us to the bedroom" or "on occasion we will play on the first date, but prefer having time to discuss things with one another so that we are on the same page." Couples that don't play on the first date aren't the least bit unusual. Just let others know up front so that they know what to expect. However, if one of you is having second thoughts wait or go hang out at a club and mingle and watch before you make a final decision.
Some of your sentences are a bit choppy. Type your text into a wp program first and it will catch a lot of that. "Discreet is a MUST, as well will be returned" is an example of that. "We greatly value discretion and will be sure to guard yours as well." Overall, it is good start. You may also want to put a few more pics in your default gallery as well. Good luck.
