Blocked for no reason

they may have viewed your profile and thought that you weren't a match, and so they blocked you

I usually get fired first. "YOU'RE FIRED"!

I usually don't block folks, even if they irritate the hell outta me. Truth is, it rarely gets to that point...they typically block me first. ;^/

Its the internet don't worry about it. People are whom they want to be not who they are in real life.

I know that I've accidentally blocked people and it's not that easy to remove it. Its happened while trying to add a note or by just scrolling too fast and then confirming it by still scrolling!! I wish that we had to type in a reason to complete the process but I also only have myself to blame for doing it.

FlipFlops, that couple didn't block you back. When you block someone, it's a two-way block right away. You can remove yours, but unless they also remove theirs the block stays.

We were recently blocked by a couple that we had exchanged 2 or 3 positive e-mails with about possibly meeting when we were in their area. We liked their profile and just reached out to tell them that and introduce ourselves.

Admittedly, we looked at their profile once a week or so: They were always posting the parties they were attending, and we'd look to see if our schedule might put us in the same area at the same time. They also post new pictures constantly, so since we liked their profile, we'd look when we saw a new pic. Their profile and pictures were playful, so it was fun.

One day, we see we've been blocked. Went to send them a message on KiK to see if everything was cool, and it turns out we were blocked there as well. Very strange from a couple that was very agreeable and open to meeting. Only thing we can assume is they didn't like us looking at their profile so much. That seems odd to us since we always were flattered when couples took multiple views of our profile. Now we've just disabled the "Who Viewed Me" feature....

I do think it's too easy to block someone on this site by mistake, and too difficult to reverse it when you do.

we actually recently blocked a couple from another state for no reason. The mrs is not great at using this site and instead of friending them, hit the block button and in a hurry confirmed it like the tech genius she is LOL. i went back and tried to unblock but it was too late, they had blocked us back. so it does happen by mistake but not usually

Just because you don't know it, doesn't mean there isn't a reason. Nobody is ever blocked without a reason.

Welcome. If you or I blocked someone, we would have specific reasons and would know why we did it. With other people, it's just a guess and yours is as good as mine, but I suspect they decided you weren't a match and are using the block function the same way I would use notes. Maybe just chalk it up to a lucky break and move on?

We are not new to the lifestyle. And we have never been blocked. We responded to their email. And now that couple blocked us without a reason. Really doesn’t make any sense what so ever.
