Not sure how Ms Harris and the Kavanaugh confirmation got pulled into the Vance topic, but since it seems to be here, let's recall Ms. Harris' exchange with the future SCOTUS Justice:
Harris, then a senator from California serving on the Judicial Committee, had used up several minutes trying to pin down Kavanaugh’s opinion on Roe v. Wade. Like nearly every senator on the topic, she was mostly unsuccessful. Then, her brilliance emerged.
“Can you think of any laws,” she asked the nominee, “that give the government the power to make decisions about the male body?”
“Um,” Kavanaugh replied, furrowing his brow. “I am happy to answer a more specific question, but — ”
“Male versus female,” Harris offered, smiling, and when Kavanaugh still expressed confusion, she repeated her 19-word question: “Can you think of any laws that give the government the power to make decisions about the male body?”
Kavanaugh responded, “I am not thinking of any right now.”
Ms. Harris succeeded where others had failed. Kavanaugh would go on to vote to overturn Wade and give government--federal, state, whatever--authority to decide what a woman can and cannot do with her body.
As to Justice Kavanaugh's sexual behaviors, we are still at "he said, many shes said". More or less the Harvey Weinstein situation.

Given Mr. Trump's age and infirmities, there is some chance that Mr. Vance (formerly Mr. Hamel, formerly Mr. Bowman--he has legally changed his name multiple times) could ascend to the presidency. He is an advocate and ambassador for Project 2025--the conservative manifesto that is so far right that even Mr. Trump tried to distance himself from it--and has written the foreword to a book advocating Project 2025 aimed at the general public.
Mr. Vance is on record arguing that the expansion of pornography is responsible for the decline of marriage, and has has vowed to expunge pornorgraphy and attack content creators and the infrastructure (read: internet) over which is sent and consumed. He is fully prepared to target this site and everyone on it. If you are a swinger, Vance is not your friend.
His recent attacks on personal choice to remain single, to choose not to have children, and to not recognize blended families goes beyond simple rhetoric: he has proposed to give extra weight at the ballot box to members of families who fit his marital ideal of working dad, stay-at-home mom, and how ever many kids, arguing that the classical nuclear family ought to have a greater say in the nation's future. His remarks about "childless cat ladies" --remarks that he now dismisses as sarcasm-- are entirely consonant with his world view.
Nor does he want to leave abortion as a state's rights issue: he is on record as wanting to ban abortion nationally. Put simply, he believes that women's first responsibility is to get married, push out babies, and then there can be a conversation about other matters.
If you are a gentleman, ask your lady companion what she thinks of all this. If you are a lady, imagine what your world would be like in a Vance presidency.
Just remember, it's not Mr. Trump alone on the ticket, it's Trump-Vance and Trump is old and showing signs of decline.
