"...it is going to be a nice sound quote loop."

Oh, yeah, I agree. If I were a PAC, I'd be cutting the commercial now of Trump lying, Vance lying, Trump lying some more and then asking the American people how much lying they really wanted in their politicians.

Of course it won’t move the needle but it showed Vance is pretty successful and knows his stuff . People Calle Walz a baffoon .

Both of these guys scored points and both gave up points. Will it move the needle, nope!

Richards, TX

Polymarkets . World wide betting on the winner of the debate. Pre debate odds money was on Walz. 75% . As the debate continued Walz kept dropping . People were saying Walz knew absolutely nothing , said he was out of his league. The NY, NJ , Maryland money went 100% Vance. People from the Midwest seen Vance as a fair and just man that understood the issues. Final betting

JD Vance 64% Tim Walz 36%. Walz lost by a big margin.

The "I thought you couldn't fact check" - is a blatant, I should be able to lie without you checking it is going to be a nice sound quote loop.

I don't think it was brought up, but what was brought up about Vance writing the forward to the Project 2025 plan. Should have been, absolutely.

Did he lose the election? - Walz

Tim, I'm focused on the future... Vance

Also - would you be for a national ban on abortion - Vance - no, of course not. Flat out lie. A slick lie, is still a lie. He will say anything for power.

"...should have called Vance out more on some of that utter BS."

Did I mishear? Because I heard Vance giving a reminder - after one of his elisions - that they had agreed to no fact checking.

Which, hey, probably wise on his part, because he kept the online fact checkers really, really busy but sounded nice and slick for the viewers at home.

Was Vance questioned about his involvement in writing the introduction to the book by Kevin Roberts?

If not, then that was a lost opportunity.

Hilarious that Vance said (more than once) that Trump "peacefully gave up power" on Jan. 20th. As if Jan. 6th didn't happen. They only reason Vance is there is because Pence refused to overturn the election (not to mention Trump tried to get him hanged). That was laughable during the VP debate. As well as how Trump "saved Obamacare in a bi-partisan way" when every person knows that Trump tried as hard as he could to get rid of the ACA. Walz was too civil (too nice), should have called Vance out more on some of that utter BS.

It’s impossible to be more hypocritical than JD Vance.
The guy that wants to make human worth about having a traditional 1950s family.

Peter Tiels pet. Donald’s apologist. Putin’s fan boi.

The guy who set up a charity for opioid addiction and used the donations for his campaign.

The poor hillbilly who had private golf lessons and lived in a suburb.

Word is Vance will be stepping out shortly due to some kind of Family Issue, Funny how they know this ahead of time, Even funnier, Who will replace Vance as VP spot with Trump?

Putin endorses Harris !

Tim Pool has only been somewhat “right wing” for a couple of years . The Biden administration changed the guy .

Vance's inability to comprehend doughnuts, which you'd think he would if he really was from Appalachia, combined with the recent top of the news story about Russian money being spent to influence conservatives, has given rise to a new nickname for him: Hillbilli Vanilli.

Rand’s characters seem like sociopaths.

I was 17 and while a lot of it seemed sketchy, I enjoyed the mental arguments Rand's work prompted. However, a few years later a teacher, on hearing that, grinned and steered me towards Adam Smith. All the arguments, none of the sketch.

I think most of us go through an Ayn Rand phase.

Then we turn 5...

Every time I hear JD Vance speak, it reminds me of my best friend in high school who went through an Ayn Rand phase at 17.

@fundamental

The example you provided is precisely WHY VP Harris would be excellent with adversarial powers during diplomatic conflict.

She didn’t shout (donald), she didn’t cry (Kavanaugh), she made her point and carried on. That’s a disciplined individual.

She’s been in public service her entire life. Donald wasn't even a public servant despite taking an oath to do so.
