I shook Hubert Humphreys hand We made it through the inflation of Jimmy Carter , liked him but he had no backbone. Didn’t like Reagan because of a speech in Philly.
Loved Bill Clinton , made a lot of money . Didn’t like Bushes , they loved War. We voted for Obama , but by the middle of his second term we realized all he did was race bate. He used and took advantage of the poor and the minority’s . Any how I wanted to be a Democrat state delegate went to the caucus at a local HS ....Then Boom here came no lie, bus loads of people to the caucus who nobody had ever seen before . Our caucus became a bunch of racial bs . So we bailed on HRC.. A friend , a realtor in Houston was invited to a Trump fund raiser . He invited us and we went . We met Trump and I will say this all my life . The man loves this country and he is not a racist. He has everything anyone could ever want and he was not a politician .
We met his campaign managers here in Houston , they never ever said a cross word against the Democrat party . They just wanted to make America Great . We went to the rallies and Never ever seen violence . We had frozen water bottles thrown at us . We had a 9 year old boy that had to go to a clinic because he got hit in the eye with a frozen bottle. We seen people there that had nothing and we seen people that were very very wealthy . I watched our American cities burn last summer , then because of George Floyd the battle cry became ( defund the police ) Now a few congress members an illegitimate president we call out the National Guard . Yeah, I have to say, I largely don't hate Trump supporters at all (my exception being the members of the KKK and other such racist organizations). I actually just feel sad about it all. It's fine if they believe in conservative principles, like small gov't, lower taxes, less regulations, but right now Trumpers are pretty in a cult and dragging down the country with them.

What don’t you get? How can you screw up an impeachment? Trump is officially and always will be impeached twice. That is not being erased in the history books. Right now he is the only President to ever be impeached twice. There was no screwing that up.

Was Trump convicted in his first impeachment? No. But that does not remove the impeachment. Will Trump be convicted in his second impeachment? Probably not. There will be more votes to convict this time around. But I doubt they will get the 17 needed. But none the less it will not undo the impeachment.

Let's see, where are we at now? 400K deaths due to Covid? I took a look myself, and pretty much the Republican areas are leading in terms of new cases per capita. I just heard on NPR some researchers looked at the results state by state, and it was glaringly obvious that states that followed scientific public health recommendation (wearing masks, social distancing, etc) did MUCH better than states that didn't. And Trump is largely to blame for leading us down a path where we ignore the medical science and instead make obvious public safety recommendations into a political issue to divide the nation.

Just last week there were 950,000 initial claims for unemployment. That's close to a million people who lost their jobs in a week.

Nation is more divided than ever. Way worse than 4 years ago, which was already bad. It was so bad that a mob incited by the president stormed the Capitol and tried to capture members of Congress in order to overturn a free and fair election, one which was certified by all 50 states, with multiple audits in battleground states (3 audits in Ga for instance). The Trump submitted what "evidence" they had in more than 60 court cases, and in those court cases the judges (both D and R plus some appointed by Trump himself) said the evidence for fraud was lacking.

It's funny, 4 years ago at Trump's inaugural speech, he talked about the "carnage" of Obama's presidency, another one of his lies. He inherited a 4.5% unemployment rate from Obama, and is handing off a 6.7% unemployment rate. Obama created over 10M jobs, Trump will have destroyed 3M jobs. That's right, there are fewer employed people than when Trump started... These are just the facts, ma'am.
