I think she meant vibe. One doesn't have to be a snoop to get a vibe from others, just observant. In most cases, it is pretty obvious.

I wonder why people would try to pick up on anything from others, wouldn't that become just their speculation on whatever it is that they're thinking they're perceiving? What is the purpose of snooping/watching others with such interest.
