What if she has no camera, and no way to scan photos to her pc? maybe she's a technologically challenged. Who knows. I saw her photo, it looks like a woman.
I've seen by far worse than that. The blurry grainy ones, you know, where the pixels are blown up to the point where you have no idea what you're looking at, as an example.

It's not a "big deal", per se. It's just a crap picture.
Her face is blocked out too, btw. So really all you see is a blanked out circle, her hair, and the background with the "Virginia" watermark.

When I read VA's post, I was shocked that someone would do that. But I really don't see it as anything special that she uploaded just her photo without the details. So what? maybe she has no camera or no cell phone with a camera. I don't see what the big deal is if it has no personal info on it.

Yup, just this past weekend a female uploaded a pic of her full license. Your post made me nervous, as I thought I might have accidentally clicked the approve button instead of the delete button on that one.
I actually saw a few pages of a medical record uploaded as personal pics. Included all kinds of very personal information. I flagged them all unacceptable.
By wild coincidence, the person had precisely the same birth date as myself (year and day).

Ok, thanks. That sounds ok. I've seen people try to upload full scans of their complete driver's license with all info shown.
Allow me to clarify:
It's just the picture FROM her driver's license. It doesn't include any personal information (other than her state of residence).
I know it is a DL pic because it has the gold "Virginia" watermark in the background, just like my DL.

Actually, that should not be allowed. It gives too much personal info. It should be reported.

saw a sign once that said somehting like 'Please try NOT to look like your DL picture'. Mine's not terrible, but not even close to one of my "better" pictures.

lol, you're right: SM's....I just finished a birdie mail response before that politely saying "thank you, but no thank you" citing not realizing how much interest a SF generates.
None of the SF's I've made plans with have "no showed" on me. HOWEVER, one wound up married, but cheating, so obviously he didn't "make the team". Another went so far as to have a MAJOR injury, so I had to forgive him well in advance of the planned meet.
The other, weeeeeeell.......that's a different story entirely!

It seems being a single male on the way to a first time meet from SLS is the single most dangerous activity on Earth. Your chances of a car wreck, electrocution, extradition to Namibia, etc or some similar tragedy afflicting a close family member approaches about 80%. Assuming what we hear to be true.
