There never much left for the people after the teams of lawyers get done.
Obituaries
The victim's families have files suit months ago. So much to contend with was there a will, common law marriage, Patriots fighting back, settlements, there won't be much left for anyone.
Init,
Brady went up a notch in my book by refusing to kiss that pussy grabbing racist's ass. It may have left him without an alibi though.
BLM,
Interesting theory. I'm not sure if it would end up benefitting his family though. If his family did receive outstanding pay I would guess that his victim's family would sue, which they might anyway. That would be a civil action and standard would be preponderance of evidence. Wouldn't require his conviction to be upheld in order for them to prevail.
Given Currentriders irrational hatred of Tom Brady, and the coincidence that TB skipped today's White House visit, I am surprised he hasn't accused Brady of offing Hernandez
I can believe that. Rough crowd he hung around with that's for sure.
Sounds like he had some nice friends.

The word up here on talk radio is that he was given an ultimatum by his former gangster pals (one of whom he busted a cap in hi s crown but lived to testify against him) that either you kill yourself or we're going after your family.
I realize that death is usually not a joking matter, but sometimes, gallows humor is called for.
In this day and age where everything is recorded on camera, I'm surprised that wasn't the case in that facility.

We have no basements in SELA
We can now asume it wasn't the Patriots and I hope that stops basement dwellers from blaming them. Did he do it for wife and child?
In June 2013, the Patriots withheld $3.25 million of Hernandez’s signing bonus. They also refused to pay him his $2.5 million in his guaranteed base salary. New England cited the collective bargaining agreement as their reasoning for withholding that guaranteed money. That’s the money Hernandez’s lawyers will likely pursue.
Coyne added: “The question is then: If he’s no longer criminally liable, has he violated the provisions of any of his contractual terms? And you know, where there’s money like this involved, the lawyers will have a field day.”
I agree but there is more. His family could get millions.
Hernandez, who played for the Patriots for three seasons, voided his murder conviction by apparently committing suicide during the appeal process of his murder charge of Odin Loyd and gun charge stemming from a double-murder charge. Because Hernandez will not be able to assist the prosecution in the appeal process, the court will vacate all charges, per Massachusetts and federal law.
That could have ramifications for whether he gets money from the NFL and his former team. What do they owe him? Do they owe him anything?
Brian Murphy, the former agent for Aaron Hernandez, tweeted Wednesday there's "no chance" the ex-New England Patriots tight end died by suicide.
Jose Baez—who represented Hernandez at his double-murder trial that ultimately resulted in a not guilty verdict last week—also suggested foul play could have been a factor.
That motive would make more sense for me if I wasn't in jail...
No. I'm thinking he realized where he could of been. Still fucked his team over by choosing this day.
Phew... I was a little worried that you might have built yourself one of them bunkers, like that guy in Ohio...

I'm NOT thinking the Patriots had anything to do with it.
I do think it's more.. wasted talent. Such a shame.
So, you're thinking it's more than a coincidence, BLM?
Some won't put anything past the Patriots. Me? I wouldn't put another championship run past them.

Wow! I think the Patriots team is supposed to be at the White House today.
Former NFL star Aaron Hernandez, 27, found dead of apparent suicide in his jail cell.
An Elderly friend once told me he had asked his Doc if he would live to 100. She asked him if he slept with promiscuous women, smoked, drank to excess, ate rich foods or drove sports cars at excessive speeds. when he answered no to each question she said "Then what the hell do you care if you live to 100?"
"Almost nobody lives to 105. One in a million if that."
Oh well... Here's to living until 104!
Almost nobody lives to 105. One in a million if that.
There are only a few hundred people over 110 alive. Such an incidence cannot be attributed to anything but a combination of genetics, lifestyle, and mostly, dumb luck.
Maybe 105 is the new 90?
"but living beyond 105 is pretty much dumb luck"... I don't think so but I won't be saying it was because I ate bacon, cheeseburgers, etc... I want to say "It was the whiskey, cigars and good fuckin.." AND AND AND ... don't forget to wear condoms.
