Hi Zeba.. yes several years ago had several people do same , some we chatted with and wanted to give us a cert, but would never play when confronted.. we call them wannabee swingers in our book. Many were on SLS after CL closed down but its been awhile since we have seen this now.
Not worth you time or effort.. matter of fact this year 2025 we took all our Certs out as some judge based on who you play with without even meeting or talking first!

Recently got an IM from a blue Gumby. He wanted to give me a cert, after having never met or chatted. Fairly general comment. I figured he just wanted his cert to show on my profile to get points for himself since he can’t get anything else. Of course he was deleted and blocked.
Anyone else have this experience?

I think it's a internet-wide problem. I've seen that behavior on a couple of other sites, both lifestyle and vanilla.
I am have sent in screenshots of that odd behavior. But, we know with the weekend, nothing is being looked at until Monday morning.
The reversion to an earlier iteration, maybe? Aside from no longer logging me out, refreshing the screen gives me a look at something that happened earlier rather than the actual last post/new messages info.

Then you - and your doctor - should probably reconsider the bursitis diagnosis.
Without functioning glutes, hip thrusts are probably not on the menu because you don't have the muscle for it and it's likely to make your back as well as your hips hurt, as muscles not fit for the purpose try to compensate.

I was in massage school for eight months, four days a week and one or two weekends every month. We spent exactly 1.5 days on lighter touch relaxation massages and I showed no talent for them. Trigger points and deep myofascial work are my thing.

I use my knees on glutes. Mostly because I've never had ceiling rails so that I could walk on people. ;)

Honestly - I just enjoy being touched. Especially my lower back, right at the belt line. Rub that for 5 minutes and I'll likely fall asleep long enough for you to vanish with my wallet.

I have female friend who has openly talked about her large clit among our women's group, saying as a kid she thought it looked like a penis, and she has always had a strong sex drive. We haven't compared our lady bits so I can't give a firsthand report, but I'm happy knowing she still wants sex in her 70s!

I’m been taking Tamaflex from GNC for joint pain, mainly my left knee. I can definitely tell when I haven’t taken it in a while.

I take OTC Glucosamine for joint pain and it helps, most of the time.

Bursitis gets diagnosed a lot, but it's actually pretty uncommon, especially in the hip. Which, good news, means you can probably relieve the symptoms with a foam roller and/or a hard ball that's either baseball or softball sized (in a pinch, a lacrosse ball will work, it will just take longer, because you need to cover a fairly large area), rolling out your glutes, pelvis, and inner and outer thighs. If you find a place that hurts, stay there and mobilize your leg in some way.
You can also, being very careful of body posture, strengthen your glutes with single leg bridges and deadlifts, because weak or deactivated glutes are usually a co-factor in hip pain.
(Disclaimer: I'm a trained massage therapist, but I'm not your massage therapist. But myofascial massage and glute activating exercises won't do any harm, even if it is actually bursitis. Just work to either side of the bursa instead of directly on it.)

Yes indeed. A few times. I found it common among the bodybuilders. I'd guess that along with genetics, the 'supplements' aided in enhancing their God-given genetics. I agree with you that it's always intriguing, and hot.
