No, I can't. It could be years until I could do so without compromising things in some way.
After 9 years I can finally say that one big fish of ours was Prime Healthcare, which settled earlier this year with the DOJ for $65 million. There were many people involved in that one so it wouldn't be possible for anyone to figure out who we are from me saying that. I was disappointed in that outcome - it should have been much higher IMO. 14 SoCal hospitals were admitting Medicare patients and charging the feds out the ass by diagnosing everyone with kwashiorkor, which is a severe form of chronic protein malnutrition, rare in developed countries. How they thought they could get away with claiming that all of their patients looked like those starving kids with the distended bellies is beyond me.

There have been others where we were much more central to the case and I couldn't name them.

Can you tell us anything else about the case including the states it operated in and what exactly the companies were doing? Anything that we can use to search for more on the issues?

A case involving some bad people we have been pursuing for a while has finally been picked up by the DOJ. These fuckers (a nationwide - and crooked- health care provider system) deserve to have their business ruined and, hopefully, some of them in orange jumpsuits.

We won't make much more money off of it. But it's this sort of thing that makes me love what I do. These assholes take your money as taxpayers and neglect people you care about.

Happy I got my momma safe at her home and glad to put these past several weeks behind me... Now the healing begins. Almost losing Momma Kibs was traumatic

A trifecta for me today:

Thinking about this weekend visiting my Son at his new home. Happy thought 1, spending Saturday night taking care of my Grand-daughter. She is growing so fast and continues to remind me just how wonderfully inquisitive and innocent they are at that young age... and that smile on her face that just gets me every time!

Happy thought 2, seeing how my Son has grown from those "rough around the edges" times to: a success in his career, an awesome husband and a loving caring father. We spent today going to the Giants game and meeting up with family. Giants stunk, but Happy Thought 3 was being there and sharing the time with him and our crazy Italian family!

Love the warm feeling I get when helping others.

My niece just sent me a clip of her new song. There is a lot of (really awesome) swearing, made even better by her beautifully trained jazz vocalist voice.
