It depends on whether it was prescribed or using recreationally. Everyone reacts differently.

Adderall's known side effects included decreased interest in sex and difficulty getting and/or keeping an erection, as well as prolonged erections in others.
Note that not everyone has these effects but enough do that they are mentioned on the mediation's official list of more common side effects.
You might want to ask the doctor who prescribed it for you. If there are negative effects, they can prescribe something that will have less of an impact.
Wondering if anyone can shed light on adderall's effects during sex, especially from the male perspective. I've heard about increased libido, but does it change sensitivity or anything else?
