Comfortable fabric, bigger pouch and seamed seat for me. Hard to find though. Calvin Klein hip briefs were my staple but they’ve been discontinued, I guess. I don’t want my junk strangled. Tighty whiteish, boxer briefs etc., are like a woman wearing a bra with no “cup”. It smashes everything and is uncomfortable. I like my stuff to be cradled/supported with plenty of room. Again, hard to find!

Right now, we're playing exclusively with one other couple and dress is pretty casual. So my wife and I agreed, we're just doing a top and bottom or she can wear just a single piece dress which is what they do. Because when we play, underwear is just something else to take off.

To the OP...for me it depends on the situation. For daily vanilla wear it's traditional cotton boxers. I like briefs, but am approaching the age where they no longer like me. LOL
For daily wear I'm not a fan of boxer briefs. Too uncomfortable. However for LS parties I have some boxer briefs in black nylon that I think I look good in and that can double as walking around shorts that I can wear in between play rounds if I want to grab a drink or to socialize
If out on a date with a play friend that I am certain will end later with us in bed together I'll go commando. It's a nice surprise for her when she unbuttons my fly. Besides, I figure what's the purpose of wearing any underwear when they're just going to end up on the floor in an hour anyway?
