Well, you know, we had these really sexy people on episode 17 and 22. Oh, my God. Excess. Oh, my God.
They had a house party. They did. At their house. And we went? Big, beautiful house. Oh, my God. Lots of sexy people. Crazy shit. It was like a Valentine's Day theme. We wore red. She had all these drinks. All these like. Really cool. Yeah, like four or five different kinds of alcoholic drinks already done. Yes. Like with spouts. You know what I'm talking about? Actually, yes. I tried them all. You just come over and you just, you know, try the spout and get a drink. Super fun. And it's so nice for us to get invited to somebody else's house party. I know. And all the people were sexy and fun.
It was good. Yeah. It was great. It was really, really good. And then after that. What happened after that? We had Cher Nation. Marty Twach. Oh, my goodness. So good. So good. So the really interesting thing that happens. What happened? is that Carlos, who runs ShareNation, is now sick. Yes. He's up in a hospital in Boston. And him and Amanda had flown back. From Mexico. Yes. Him and Amanda had flown back from Mexico. Because he was sick down there. They really couldn't take care of him properly.
So they said, they said you got to go back so they got back and they take him to a regular hospital like no no no this is way more serious you gotta go to beth israel beth israel in boston so in any case that's like on the tuesday before share nation right and thursday at like Like o'clock in the afternoon so they had arranged share nation it's always friday saturday into sunday morning but they had arranged this networking event this new thing open for business number four so open number four business right open for business and they were trying to get it was a first kickoff getting different Thank you.

I go, oh, that's great. Thank you very much. Knew nothing. So we had to research. Yeah. We had to do homework very quickly. And then I get home from work at like 5.30. Dan said there's going to be refreshments. Right. So we have to go out to a liquor store and buy stuff. Yeah. And we're like reading over the notes and what's this all about. Oh, my goodness. But it's actually a really cool concept. It's a great concept. And it actually worked out. It did. It did work out. So there weren't as many people that we had expected.
But I think part of that is a lot of people that come to ShareNation come from like a couple hours away. I'll see you next time. And her husband is like a specialty carpenter. Right. He does all kinds of trim. Yeah, trim work built in. Really custom stuff. Yeah. There was a mortgage girl. Mortgage girl. Which was great. She does commercial stuff too.

They're not there. She can't come because he needs her. Right. Like, and he's like in this medical condition where he's trying to get better and like they're. And there's another couple that is there like protégés. Thank God they were there. Oh my gosh. They really run the show. Great. Yeah But Carlos, they asked us, hey, you guys, can you please help out, watch what's going on, and we did. And everybody stepped up. I mean, it was amazing. So Friday night, there was speed dating. Speed dating. Which you loved. I loved. Yeah. And you got to help Marky Mark. Yeah. It was great.
Which was awesome. Well, there was, the Friday night dance party was great. It was great. Because Marky Mark was DJing. Yeah, he's great. And then, you know, there's like a little after party on Friday night. But why is he great? Which is like really good. Because he mixes it up. And he like, he like, yeah, he reads the crowd. He reads the crowd. He's playing, he plays a lot of like rock stuff with a dance beat that people love, like Journey and Sticks and stuff like that. He does like old school. He makes it new again. Old school, he makes it new again with the beat, you know.
And he plays some Latin stuff here and there, but it's really cool. Yeah. I think that the reason why he's so great is because it's not about him and what he likes. It's about everybody else. Right. Exactly. And having been with that man sexually, that's the way he is that way as well. Right. It's not about him. It's about, what do you like, baby? Right. Exactly. You know, so that's like the way he rolls. So Friday was good. And then we rolled into Saturday. And we did the dress swap.
So we do a dress swap where women bring their clothes that they've worn a few times and, you know, they use them. Lifestyle stuff. Shoes and lingerie and dresses and stuff where they've worn it a few times, you know, and after't want to wear it again. You're tired of it. So they're fairly new stuff because they've worn it two times. Right. So they bring that and they get a ticket and then they come back and they pick other stuff. Yeah. Yeah. They love that. It was great. It was great participation. I mean, some of these girls found like some really sexy shit. It was so fun. And people love it.
Yeah. And then, J.R., you got to do speed dating again. Oh, yeah. It was great this time, too, because now I know what I was doing.
So you have to realize we do Lifestyle Family Feud and Wheel of Foration right like as games but the whole speed dating is very popular love it they do they do it's awesome i didn't i didn't realize it highly recommend it highly yeah yeah and then the other cool thing that happens saturday night well let me say one thing yeah at the next share nation which we're going to talk about later, the next ShareNation event, we'll talk about in our third segment, we're going to do a blind speed dating. I don't know how that's going to work, really, but we're doing a blind speed dating.
That might be fun. That might be interesting. It's a little kinky, too. Ooh, I like it. Anyway, go ahead. So, then we had the dance party.
It's Mardiy twa so all of us are in like our new orleans kind of new orleans it kind of outfits and then after party on saturday night marky mark in the hallway the special thing about the dance party is usually it's a bunch of people have their own speakers in the hallway and it's like conflicting music there might be a suite that's opened up with a a dj but this was different so marky mark and i we set up speakers like four speakers at each ends of the hallways on the party floor and he had the console the dj console in his room Thank you.

All right, so hold here people gonna get deep and we're not interviewing anybody else it's just us talking how to be drama free yeah yeah let's see how it goes. All right, episode 23 to be drama free that's right yeah we thought this would be a good topic right we actually jr and i have gotten better at being drama free over time really good we're good now yeah fantastic most of the time yeah it was very few times when we weren't i know it's always great yeah yeah i'm not gonna get into that that's okay yeah but we're gonna talk about how to prevent it. Yes. What to kind of look for. Yes.
These are tips. Other couples, what to do for yourselves. Yep. Those kind of things. Exactly. Yep. But first, I'd just like to talk about, just to mention that our group trip to Cancun, May 1st to the 5th, is at 56 people right now. Yep, that's how many are coming so far. And, I mean, you're going to be, when we talk about this, what happened in the May episode, in the May, you're going to be kicking yourselves if you didn't come. Right. How do you create an environment so that the two of you are drama-free and also so you avoid people that aren't? How do you recognize it? Right. Yes. Let's start with you first. So, you first would be to, and we've talked about this before, but communication. You know, communication in every aspect of life is so important, and especially in the lifestyle. Right. And it's in advance. In advance. So you have. And during. Yeah. Well, I'll talk about during in a second. That's where I go awry once in a while. So in advance, you know, you set the expectations. Right.
What we're going to do at this particular, because we kind of, if you go to a lifestyle takeover, hotel takeover, you kind of know the topography of that. Right.
And if you go to a house party you usually know the people and those two those two events are totally different very different or for instance bliss cruise yes totally different oh my goodness i mean totally we have a lot of advice on how to be drama free on the on the bliss cruise we do because we've been so many times i know but Actually, actually i think in that instance it's the one time where you don't want to separate you never want to separate you on a big cruise or in a really big event that spans you know right because you forget yeah you get lost you lose each other bliss cruise you get lost for a couple of days a couple of days you lose you get lost for a couple of days.
Exactly. A couple of days. You lose your partner a couple of days. Try to set up some expectations and whatever your rules might be. You may want to remind that person, J.R. and I don't really have any rules, except he can't hook up with non-lifestyle girls. That's pretty much. What the hell is that all about? No, I know.
But in any in any case but yeah you kind of go over that and for jr and i a lot of times we're like you know it'd be really nice if we got to hook up with so-and-so so-and-so and we'll actually probably name a couple couples yeah you know like hey let's you know let's see if we can hook up with these people it's been a while you know which is fun. That's a good point. Don't just name one. Yeah. Name like three. Exactly. Because the chance of hitting the first one is slim to none.
Because they may be, they're on the way driving there, and they're thinking of three couples, and it might not be you. And so to prevent the drama, then you have to realize that you can't be disappointed if they do pick someone else. And also to present scenarios ahead of time. If this happens, here's what we're going to do. If that happens, we're going to do it. And it kind of depends on how much is going on and where you are of how much you actually have to do that. Talk about some possible scenarios that can happen where you're going and how you're going to handle it ahead of time. Right.
And if something happens that you didn't think about, you take each other aside. Yes. And you quickly refuse the during. This is the during, absolutely. He has some other things about it. Yeah, yeah, because this is the area where I have messed up at times.
I'm like, partying and that's that's the other point too is that for yourselves if you want to minimize drama try to control the alcohol because the drunker you get the more mistakes you make yeah the less you can remember you talked about ahead of time and and bad decisions happen that's what happens when you're drinking yes you know or too much you know in any case so there are times where jr and i were at club and it was actually pleasure garden and we're with like two other couples we knew the one couple the other new. And JR was, like, so into this girl. But the guy is not into me.
Well, you thought so. I didn't think, no. You thought he wasn't into you. Yeah, well. But that's okay. Oh, you mean, like, conjured it up in my mind? Because maybe there's the alcohol, but you never know. But anyway. Exactly, right. So things like that. Exactly. You want to pull each other aside and talk about that. Exactly, yeah. It's like he's ready to go with her, but the other guy's not interested in me, so we've got to figure this out. That's right. You've got to figure it out. Right. On the spot. Right. Otherwise, it can be a big debacle. Other things to watch out for.
So you're going to meet a lot of new couples at big events and things like that not that they're trouble right but you have to be aware that they're new and may not be thinking they may not be good communicators yet and they both may not be on the same page maybe she wants to dive in feet first and he doesn't exactly which we've seen which has happened to us yeah exactly yeah so you gotta be gotta watch for that yeah with the new couples you know you don't have that same expectation and just experience right right well yeah don't have You just have to watch out for, are they also on the same page as you?
That's true, that's true. With new couples, you've got to see, are they on the same page with each other? Number one. And then, are they on the same page with you? Because we have met soft swappers. That's right. Which is no problem. Which is great. Yeah, no problem. But we didn't know. Right. And, you know, J.R. and I don't cause any drama, so we were completely fine with it. And let's see, we've learned to this too, couples that do not seem real.
Now, our profile name is rock and real because, you know, I'm like in a rock rock band i'm a rock musician and d is real right so that's a group that's why they came up with rock and real but anyway so meet some couples and something doesn't seem right so they really don't seem to know each other that well yeah and through talking to talking to them, you get the idea that they're not married, they're not a couple. Yeah. They're here cheating on their spouses together. Right. That's happened times. Which, yes, which can cause major drama. Major drama.
If the spouse is found out, you were involved, it can get yeah and get really messy i would say you want nothing to do with that's my take yeah nothing to do with that right yeah just politely thank you very much but we're gonna go out our own business you know yeah um reliable intel yes so your friends will tell you things about other couples. They'll say, hey, that couple over there. They do blah. You know, they'll say they'll be really nice to you in your face. And then when you go away, they're going to badmouth you. That's one example. Yeah, one example. That's one example.
But then they, yeah, the intel, that's one example yeah one example that's one example but then they yeah intel that's one example of intel but there's also remember we have a single girlfriend and she had met this guy on sls and scheduled to go away like like it was like four hours away and it was like this kind of like a group trip kind of thing. And the other people that were coming said, that guy's never going to show. That's right. Remember? Yes. And sure as shit. He didn't show. So, yeah, reliable intel. Luckily, she was of the sort that she was okay by herself. Yeah.
And the people that she was with were okay with her as a single. But that's such an example of – Yeah. Yeah. So, intel. Okay, let's talk about signs. Yeah. So, things to look for when you're out, things like body language. I think you said you have a gut reaction. A gut feeling sometimes about a couple. And then it's followed by, they'll go huddling off a little bit, you know, and you can see them arguing. Now, maybe you can't hear it because you're in a loud club, but you can see what's going on. Yeah, their facial expressions. There's a problem going on. Yeah, yeah. Somebody's not happy.
So just be aware of that. And that could transcend into something within, you know, with you or within the group of people you're with, you know, so take a look at that. Right, right, because if somebody's having an issue, if a couple's having an issue, it's not a good time to hook up. Right. No, definitely not, definitely not. What else? Like, things like gossip, you know, some people gossip a lot. So you have to kind of know who those people are. The people that gossip. You'll hear about them. There's people that gossip. There's not a lot of that in lifestyle.
You want to protect yourself from those people because anything that you do with them may get out to other people and you thought it was going to be private. And it could change. I mean, things happen that people gossip about, as you know, and it gets out of context, first of all. Right, some of it's not true. And it gets all distorted. It said, you know, he said, she said, and no one said that. Yeah. So we've seen that. Yeah.
So yeah, if you get any inkling that these are people that are going to gossip it's up to you if you're okay you know you have to make a decision but it's something to to look for right and these two of these two last topics that known suspects so there's known being you know in the lifestyle there's couples that we know to kind of stay away from. It's interesting because we've changed our house party guest list. We will. Based on, and our dear friends, J and A, that have their summer solstice, winter solstice do the same thing. Do the same thing. If there's any drama at a house party.
They're off the list. They're not invited again. Off the list. Yep. Because, see, part of this, the whole setup here with being drama-free in the lifestyle is that you're in a safe environment. You've spoken with your partner in advance. You have set the expectations. Right. You get there. You're around other people that you should be able to trust. And that is why, you know, I think that sometimes drama is caused by jealousy. And that can happen. I highly recommend listening to our episode eight.
It called the green-eyed monster and it talks about making sure you have jealousy in check correct and how to deal with it right exactly so a lot of drama is caused in many lifestyle situations based on couples that have jealousy issues and you you feel like you're gonna have jealousy issues then it's best not to participate that's what's one of the big things to watch for but we covered that like these said we covered that in episode eight right in detail so go there listen to that and i think that one of the things too on how to be drama free is to forgive each other you know let things go we are gonna mess up once in a while you know once in a while you know i'll jr will be crashed in the room and i'll go down the hallway and hook up with a couple and then he wakes up and he's trying to find me yeah where the hell you go what the hell happened but it's the way to be drama free is to also you know not make a big deal out of it that's right you know stuff happens you gotta trust each other this is the last few points we had here you gotta trust each other right communicate surround yourself with trusted people you know we always go out pretty much in a group situation with friends that we know yeah that we trust and we love yeah and that's preferred but you know a lot of people listening may just do hot dates and they're meeting strangers yeah that's a tough situation but you know in this situation these are things to look for exactly going on that hot date really got to be have your your spidey sense of i'm at or if you're at a lifestyle club or at a hotel takeover party and you're meeting a couple for the first time you know you got to kind of be in your garden and and look out to see if hey you know is there any potential issues and i think the most important thing is to have a positive attitude that that's the last thing i have to talk about yeah is always have a positive attitude no matter what you do right in life or the lifestyle and that and that kind of goes back to to be drama free you got to be able to let it go and get over it exactly you a happy person.
And yes, D went down the hallway and hooked up with the couple without telling them. But in any case, again, we want the lifestyle to be a drama-free environment where everybody can feel safe.

But that'll be cool because it's a house party, but it be a nice size house party yeah not too crazy yeah it'll be like 50 people it was yeah something we did it once before yeah it's like 50 we talked about it yeah yeah great people we're so happy to go to somebody else's house i know we talked about right yeah but we help out too though it's our nature. So then there's a bunch of IPG and Share Nation things happening. Right. Yep. So IPG on April 11th and 12th.
11th and 12th is Curvy and Fabulous. Yep. And then after- May 2nd, 3rd. Yep. IPG again. That's their big intimate parties group. That's their regular group. Yeah, and that's Maysac. again is that that's their big intimate parties group that's their regular group right and that's may second and is that in scranton this is all in scranton okay so the curvy on the 11th of april and 12th is scranton and then the may uh second and third is scranton as everything's grant are they doing what are the you visit, well, if you visit our website and click through, you'll get it. You'll get it. Then June 6th and 7th is their Kink Unlimited. Mm-hmm. They do a lot of kinky stuff. Yeah, yeah. If you're into kink. Very, very cool, cool things happen in there. You know, you don't want to miss this people this is gonna we got 54 56 people coming at this point and probably it's at least four more yeah are gonna still book yeah and yeah you know we're gonna talk about this in our end of may podcast episode and you're gonna be like why didn't we go so the crazy what were we thinking baby i'm making name necklaces for everybody i know have i been struggling struggling with the whole bead situation finally got the beats oh they were too small yeah yeah they will let the right yeah let a nose so we're having like a meet and greet on thursday everybody's gonna get their name necklace yeahcklaces, there's theme nights Every night On Friday we're all doing the boobs cruise Which is like amazing Boobs will be hanging out people If you want to see boobs, you've got to book the trip Lots of boobs And then on Saturday we'll do a pool party During the day I'm actually going to bring some prizes Okay, well we have stuff We have stuff from SLS, SDC We have some fun stuff And then, of course, there's the wedding Saturday The wedding ceremony on Saturday, 5 o'clock I don't know if you've mentioned this before So we're getting married down there Oh yeah, we mentioned it Absolutely, baby We're getting married there on 5 o'clock And Marky Mark's marrying us So if you need a wedding officiant And I'll see's marrying us.
