And what's the name of this episode to fet or not to fit and that's the question and we'll know what that is later we'll explain it but just some quick statistics uh since we started maybe a little less than a year and a half ago we have on our website about 5400 people that have visited and our podcast listeners about 4315 as of today wow which is thank you so much i mean that's we're not even a year and a half in and that's great that's not exactly that's not about it's did you say 45 15 i said 43 no 43 15. 43 15.
yes exactly thank you so much for listening and that number continues to grow and we thank you for your support so normally we start out with what have we done lately is that right is that true yeah that's true so oh my goodness we've done so much we don't I know so we have to start with our Europe trip. Right. And we talked about it last time, but we actually did it now. Exactly. Right. Right. So, we fly into Rome. Correct. And we got to hit up two lifestyle clubs in Rome. That's right. Yes. Club 69. Was that our first club? That's our first club. Yes. And then Bad Romance. Right, right.
And they were both amazing experiences. Obviously, during the day, we went to the Vatican and the Sistine Chapel and the Colosseum. Which we have a story about that, by the way. Yeah, yeah. We have some good stories about that. So the first club that we went to was really beautiful, really a beautiful place inside. The architecture, the design, it was very nice. It was very attractive. Yeah, the decor was great. Yeah. Big lamps and sculptures and paintings. Yes. And, you know, like, really nice. And it was affordable. It was. It's, like, less than the U.S. It was.
Yes, to go to the Lifestyle Club. The only downside of Rome is that Single men are allowed all the time Yeah, a lot of them too Yeah So our first night It was a Friday night Club 69, correct We go in And a lot of single guys Not a lot of couples No four couples maybe. That's it. Yeah. There's dancing and drinking and playrooms and there's a smoking section, right? Which was actually nice. Right. It was a nice, right? So I meet this guy, this Roman architect, and he starts to introduce us to everybody. Because they kind of all know each other. Right.
They go to the club and they're there every Friday, Saturday night. Right.
So it's a group, this of all know each other right they go to the club and every Friday Saturday night right so it's a group this group that knows each other they do they know each other and he started introducing us and this one girl that I met she was like oh you got to go to Berlin and you got to go to the Kit Kat Club in Berlin which is really cool in any case so I kind of like gravitated towards this uh roman architect or he gravitated towards you let's let's get it straight you know so there weren't a lot of girls for jr to have so jr didn't do well right but d did fine he did fine yeah yeah it was a nice experience I had met this other couple from Rome, local.
Their English wasn't all that good. But then once Paolo was his name, him and I, we kind of found this spot that was somewhat visible. It was like a huge ottoman. Yeah. Big round thing. But then there were like, it was up a step. It was like on a stage in a sense, a little little bit. And J.R. kind of sat to the side. And Apollo and I were having a nice time together. And all these people come like an audience. Yeah. All these people who are surrounded, it's like an audience. Yeah. And we got to experience lots of different nice positions.
And in one instance, we were trying to stay together and flip around like like cemented together and then try to flip right and you guys fell off we fell off and then there was another incident where there was like this other young single guy and he's like standing over top of us jerking off jerking off and jr like he's going for a while i'm like you know i i think Hey, like, standing over top of us. Jerking off. Jerking off. And you are, like. He's going in for a while. I'm like, you know, I think, hey, dude, just don't come on our face. He's like, oh, no. Very friendly people.
Very nice club. Yeah. And then the second club that we went to. Well, the second club. So back up one day, we went to the Vatican. Right. We did a private tour. There's like 20 of us. There's 20 of us. Yeah. That's a 20 people in the midst of thousands of people. And you're just in awe. It's just like, oh my goodness, look at that. So it's a bunch of 20 people. And this one couple, she was kind of attractive and tall. And he was kind of short, a short kind of guy. But they were a very distinctive couple. You couldn't miss them. You couldn't miss them, yeah. So we do the tour.
It was about two hours, three hours, whatever it was. Right. And we leave. And then we went to a great restaurant that was like crazy. Crazy. You can't even imagine the dinner we had for 40 euros. 40 euros, crazy, which is just about $45, $44. Unbelievable.
It's so affordable So the next day we're at The second club Not the Friday night, the Saturday night club And guess who's there That couple That couple, the tall, grown, short guy And they're like, oh my god We knew you guys were swingers when we're at the vatican but what's the chances of the thousands thousands of thousands of people that we'd be on the tour 20 people 20 at a lifestyle yeah it was and in the club there was only it was a small club small there was only about 20 or 30 people there too total exactly so they were lovely but the chances that are astronomical yeah i would not have hooked up with him but but jr would have definitely hooked up with her don't you worry cool thing for them is that they're swingers they're from finland finland and they just are so kind and so sweet.
They had another guy from Finland with them. That's correct. And they got engaged on that trip. That's right. They did. Yeah. Which was cool. They had a friend with them who was like the best man. I don't know. Yeah. It was super cool. But we also, at that club, we got to meet one of the guys that's very involved with that club. The webmaster.
Who I hadn't been in contact with prior right when i was here in the states i was emailing him back and forth we were talking about collaborating exchanging ideas and creating some clickable banners that we could put on each other's websites and gave us so much advice and you know insight to like our website. And it was very helpful. Very helpful. So that was super cool. And then, of course, then we went to Crete. No lifestyle clubs there. Yeah, just a beautiful resort. Oh, it was a family thing. Yeah, yeah. It was a wedding thing. But then we went to Paris. Right. For two days. Exactly.
The first night, we were supposed to go to a club, but we didn't do it. We got in too late. Too late. It was too much. Right, right. So the second night, though, we did. Right. And we went to one of the best clubs that was on the list. La Masque. La Masque. Yeah. Yeah. So we got in there kind of difficultly. Yeah, to get in. Yeah, to get in.
We were very dressed up, very nicely dressed up dressed up i had a very expensive shirt on and pants because you have to wear pants and shoes they write real shoes no sneakers heels on women blah we were doing that to the letter right and the door opened up and there was some kind of 20 year old french girl yeah and she looks at us and says no you can no no no no you're not dressed right i'm like what are you talking about so jr argued with her about it okay all right come on and she let us in and good thing she did yeah because it was great because we got to meet the owner we did and the really cool thing we met the owner and his girl and then the owner had a dear friend that was there also that actually lives in New York.
Lives in New York. And he's actually now coming to our house party. He's coming to our house party. Yeah. Yeah. Which was like super cool. It was about four couples there from the U.S. From the U.S. Yeah. So we got to talk to some U.S. The main difference, though, in the Paris Club is that the way that it's set up is it's not really like for swapping. Right. It's like these little banquets in this open room. Little alcoves. Yeah. And like they go as couples just to have public sex. Right. There's not any swapping going on. We didn't see any swapping. No, not really. Yeah.
Now, the club in Rome, one of of the really the second club that was small where we met the people from finland well yeah we met them that place these so many single guys there were definitely play rooms there but i ran into that um egyptian oncologist that's right right and he was beautiful. Yeah. He looked like one of Jonah's brothers to me. But the weird thing was he was just too- Aggressive. Yeah. Yeah. He was just like, as opposed to the Roman architect, nice and calm and friendly. So it's kind of interesting. You can still find.
And the difference too both rome clubs on friday and saturday a lot of single guys yes but in paris no single guys yeah couples only yeah but there was no swapping going on yeah so i don't know whatever so it was interesting so we had a wonderful time in europe oh my goodness exhausting a my goodness. Exhausting, but wonderful. A lot of walking. Yeah. Up and downstairs. And subway. We used the subways. Oh, my God. Yeah. It was super fun. And great food. Yeah. What was our next thing? So then we got home, and we had a nice little outing for 4th of July. 4th of July. For my birthday, please.
With our dear friends, Jay and C. And Jay and V. And Jay and V. At their house. At their house. We did a boat ride. Yeah. Did a boat ride and had fireworks. Friends had fireworks on the dock. They live on a canal right off of the Atlantic Ocean. And we played Jenga and Heads Up. And oh my goodness. Just eating our way through the days. No, it was just beautiful. It was just such a good time. And then after that, what did we do? Oh, Share Nation.
Oh oh share nation oh yeah we had the pool party yeah we hosted the pool party it was supposed to be a pool party under the stars on friday night but the rain was threatening so they brought it in yeah even we brought inside even though it didn't really, it drizzled a little bit here and there. You can't take a chance on rain, lightning. Right, and the music equipment. The pool party during the day was amazing. We played these different pool games and the car wash. Yeah, we had all kinds of games we did. Oh, my gosh. It was a brand new bowl. The thing that you can throw in the water.
Yeah, the girls got on the bull. And we have guys in the water trying to shake them off. Yeah, it was really fun. It was good. Yeah. And then, of course, you have the white party, which is amazing. And JR got to do something really fun with our single girlfriend, Jay. What did I do? Oh, my goodness. So it kind of weaves into our topic, to fat or not to fat. Sort of. Oh, yeah. Sort of. She's a really good friend of mine. Sort of. So, she got to kind of describe the experience of what it's like to squirt all over a guy's face. Yeah, she did it. She definitely did it.
And then, of course, she was so sweet that she made him get a shower and she cleaned him up before she sent him back it was great it was nice yeah she soaked me up it was great exactly which was which was wonderful so that was our share nation there's another one coming up in october so right you can visit our website it's not there yet but it'll be there probably next month or so. Hopefully, yeah, it'll be there. And what do we do after that? Then the other really fun thing that that single girlfriend I was just talking about, her and I went to a FetLife munch. It was during the week.
It was like on a Wednesday night. And a FetLife munch is kind of like a meet and greet. Yeah.
It's called a munch because you have like little nerves and things like that when we order food everybody just like eats all right it's a very interesting experience like we're like okay yeah we'll go check it out it's actually the inspiration of our main topic to fat or not to fit right so very interesting experience very low-key they are different but it was a great experience and then after that we went with another couple and our single girlfriend to go see our lifestyle girlfriend have the lead role in mama mia that's right we did that yeah it wasn't much um swinging going on at that, but it was a great show.
Then we went back to Wind Creek Casino, which used to be the Sands in Bethlehem, Pennsylvania. Beautiful place. We just kind of hung out beautiful. It was very nice. Yeah, yeah. And our friend, her first name begins with a B. She had the lead role. She was just amazing. Just so talented. It was stupendous. And then the latest thing was. We went just to have barbecue with our friends, R&L. Because she's been sick for a while. Yeah. So we just like, they're dear lifestyle friends. They've actually been on our podcast before. And she's been, she had some surgery and she's been down.
So we went and hung out and barbecued with them, played games, and that was really, really cool. That's part of the lifestyle, being friends and having those types of sort of vanilla events as well. Yeah, exactly. Yeah, but last night. Yeah, last night. Not a hotel takeout, but but a hotel suite party two suites joined together party three suites three suites no yeah that's sort of that was big it was like 40 people yeah yeah like this big huge f and a hosted it was great yeah they did a nice job really nice job And I got to hook up. Of course you did. Cool.

And Jay and I, our single girlfriend, went to a munch. Which is like a meet and greet. Right. Not exactly a meet and greet. It's a little different. Yeah. So the B, the D, the S, and the M. What does that stand for? So B is bondage. Okay. D is domination. Oh. S is Sadio, and M is Meccasism. Right. Sadio Meccasism. Yes. Exactly.
So it's all about involving submission and control, role-playing, including the furries the furries that's people who dress up in furry like bunny suits animals and they and they stay like that like for hours right that's that's what they do the other thing that's like really interesting about that whole world is the edge play, which is like. Oh, okay. Right. Yeah. Like it's like where you choke and yeah. You would only want to do that with a guy that's an EMT. Oh, we know someone. Yeah, exactly.
He's a fireman and like, you know, if it gets too crazy, he can bring you back, which is a good thing. Yeah, he can bring it back. Good thing, yeah. But the whole approach to it is very different. Yeah, and that's what we're trying to talk about. It's very, very different than swinging. Yes. Totally different. Yes. And there's some, it crosses the line here and there. Yes. But they're totally different concepts. Right. And you have to kind of separate. If you're going to go into a world, like Swinging Wheel, most people listening to this probably knows what that is.
And you see some fetish activities at parties. Wait, we have BDSM nights on the cruise? Yeah, it's like a dress-up thing. I know, but there's dungeons. There is. Yes. There is.
And we've gone there and it's again that it's so it's one-on-one it's very personal there's a master and there's a slave and you stay in that role right for an amount of time that's predetermined yeah and things get done to you that i'm like oh my god right i mean oh yeah our eyes have rolled back into our head babe how about the time where we're in the dungeon right and the dungeon mistress brings out these clothes line clips yeah clothes pins and she attaches them to this guy's ball sack his scrotum scrotum and then she takes out like a mallet and she's tapping and she's tapping it and this guy's fucking screaming yeah and he loves it yeah it's like freaking screaming so he's loving it i know and then when they release him like fell to the ground exactly that's what he wanted so the whole thing about bdsm is that like They're endorphins that are released That feels like a Runner's high You know Or about bdsm is that like they're endorphins that are released right that feels like a runner's high you know or the afterglow of an orgasm right so it's not actually sex it's that runner's high or like the endorphins being released after you have an orgasm it's a whole different kind of feeling so if you're a swinger and you go to a party where there's, we've been to some of these, where there's a lot of this going on, you can't just, and our last episode was, how do I cut in?
There's no cutting in. This is the opposite. There's no cutting in on this stuff. Because there's rules. There's rules. You don't cut in. It's not about that. You don't touch anybody that you don't know. Right. And you don't touch anybody else's toys. Right. That's me when I was a kid. Don't touch my toys. Yeah. And there's a specific dress code.
Like typically, like if you go to a bdsm club or a party the whole personality vibe is very different as well it's kind of like off script but swingers and bdsm people typically are a little different personality wise oh sure between the two yes yes between the two yes i'll be distinctive about that between the two right yes so the last thing you want Thank you.

It's for an effect. Right. It's for, you know, it's for that.
It's not for a few hours. Right. Yes. You're not a slave for a few hours. Right. But that's what. That's what BDSM is. And that's what fat life is. You commit to, for instance, being a slave for how many hours you talk about it or days or whatever it is. It was interesting. I mean, we presented ourselves as swingers at this munch. And, you know, they were very interested in listening to us. And I actually shared our website and podcast and they wanted to listen. But there's not necessarily sex involved. You know, they're not actually having sex.
They're getting their pleasure from the emotional and from the psychological aspects, you know, of that. I mean, one of the things that is cool, though, is that there's a book series by ann rice she's the famous author who wrote interview with a vampire and she has a quartet it's four books and it's the sleeping beauty quartet and so if you ever want to learn or see or know more about the whole BDSM thing and the dominance and the submission. And it's an amazing, amazing quartet of books to read.
It was given to me by a couple of my lifestyle girlfriends, and they're like – and then I've shared them with other people. It's like amazing. So we go to some parties where there's an Andrew's Cross, for person you know there's a guy who likes to put the women on there do a little flogging this and that but i think in that instance it's more of a way towards sex with that person later on it doesn't last very long right it's it's more just a thing to do. Right. So it's very different than the people that are very much into BDSM. Right. It's very different.
I mean, I will say that the cool thing about couples that do BDSM is that they have to communicate so strongly. Very. And they have to trust each other so strongly.
And it's called the safe word yeah and i mean it's similar to lifestyle you know in that way that you have to trust your partner you have to know your partner you have to have limits and yeah they have safe words and they actually have um safe gestures too sure think about if you have a ball gag in your mouth you can't say anything exactly you know so it enhances the relationship between the two people that's right so that's a similarity and i also think that you know for people that are like true hardcore bdsm you know if they were to come out it's just like us you know if we were to come out and say that we're a swinger, they suffer the same consequences, you know, because, you know, with a BDSM lifestyle, there's studies that show that only like 5 to 25% of people in the U.S.
even have any type of acceptance or affinity to understanding, you know, somebody that comes out as a BDSM person. So it can hurt them professionally and socially. Which is the same for swingers. I mean, we're kind of in the same boat, you know, that way. So this is more of an awareness segment and also to be aware that be careful out there.
We go to a Pledge of Garden Club in Philadelphia and they have a that's like a a dungeon-y kind of room with the stockade to put people in there and right they do things we see people just walk up and you know touch the person and it's bad it's not good not good you can't do it yeah you know you just gotta understand hang back and watch the difference between just because their bdsm does not mean that they want to swing. Most people aren't. Most of the BDSM crowd are not swingers per se. They're not. Right. And they don't want you touching them and they don't want you talking to them.
And I will say that there is a kind of a segue that's happening right now. We've talked about these folks before. It's the Accidental Swingers. Oh, right. Yeah. Marina and Tristan. Yeah, great people. And we met them at Podbash. We met them last year at Podbash. Yeah, in August. In Vegas, yeah. Yep, and they're really good friends. Really good guys, really good people. Yeah, and they have these friends, Crimson and Phoenix, and they've created a website called Swinky Life, which is trying to bring together. Kind of a cross-pollination of the two different styles. Exactly.
And they're actually having an event in December of 2024, Hedo, called Swink Nation, which is interesting. I mean, the kinky is cool. Like like i always feel like kink is cool jr has a lot of kinks and that's different than yeah bbsm yeah totally different there's a little bit of crossover on some of the kinks yeah there's some of the kinks like jr jr and i will actually go on the cruise and we'll go in the dungeon and we'll actually demonstrate, you know, physically and sexually, like, some of the kinks. Some of our kinks.
Yeah, which people, like, look at and they're interested and they'll be like, oh, yeah, I'll try that. You know, we have this thing where he loves nipple pain. True. Yes. Very true. Yes. And then that Saturday night, we're going to go to Friction for Her. It's a Friction for Her party at the Saints and Sinners Northeast, which is a beautiful facility. It is nice. I think we've talked about it before, but beautiful facility. Very nice. So that'll be cool. That'll be good. And we have a lot of friends going, and it's fun. The playrooms are great. It's really good. It's a nice place. Tom and Marcy are the owners, and they're beautiful people. Yeah, beautiful. And then we're having a house party. We are. The following weekend. On August 17th. Yes. That's right. Big house party.
So far, we've got 45 people signed up. So we're pretty close to the capacity, which is around 50. Well, 50 max. 50 during the winter, 60 in the summer. Yeah, yeah. Something like that. And then then after that we go back to see our theatrical girlfriend Which you mentioned up front Yeah, that was the lead role in Mamma Mia Now she has a role in Tony and Tina's Wedding Which is so much If you haven't met, it's so much fun Because you're like part of the The audience gets to be part of the whole thing Right Because you're the audience, you're the family Right, be part of the whole thing. Right.
Because you're the audience. You're the family. Right. And then it's interactive. Yeah. Yeah. There's all kinds of stuff going on. It's insane. We're going with our dear friends, Jay and C. And then after we go to Tony and Tina's, we're going to hit Pleasure Garden that night. We're in Philly again. Yeah. On August 24th, I think. Yeah. So that should be fun. So, yeah.
