Episode 16: A Tall Insult

Hello my lifestyle friends, welcome to Evan Swings, a podcast about the swinger lifestyle from the perspective of a guy in the lifestyle. I'm your host, Evan Deenson. It is my pleasure to speak to you today.

For those of you tuning in for the first time, I am half of a lifestyle couple, the other half being my awesome wife, Eva. I always say this, if you are new to the podcast, I highly recommend stopping and starting with episode one as it details the journey of Eva and myself in the lifestyle from the very beginning. But if not, no worries. No context is actually needed to enjoy, hopefully enjoy this episode. And if you are a returning All right. All both. That would be even better. So today, before I get into the meat and potatoes of the episode, I wanted to share a brief side story.

In my earlier episodes, I explained how one of the reasons I wanted to join the lifestyle was because I never really got a chance to do like wild and crazy stuff in my younger years. I feel like I didn't live life to the fullest. However, I can't say I did not have any opportunities. They were there, but I foolishly did not grab them and run with them. So I'm going to tell you a quick story to prove this. I've told this story so many times in my life to so many different people, and I can't think of a single person who hasn't thought, Evan, you're an idiot.

This is one of those things I look back on now, now that I'm older, and I think, what a dumbass. What was I thinking? The story takes place in the year 1995. I was college freshman and it was spring break now for those of you who don't already know and not many people probably do i'm a new englander i was born and raised in connecticut and moved to ohio after meeting eva in college well this was spring break of freshman year, and I was not partaking in, you know, any wild spring break activities.

A lot of fellow students that I knew, they were going to, I don't know, places like Daytona or, you know, some other nice warm weather tropical places where, you know, there'd be a lot, lots of other college people there, lots of drinking, lots of partying, lots of sex. But I miss my family. I didn didn't I hadn't seen them in like two or three months and I was I was an 18 year old attending school over 600 miles away from home and at the time getting home for spring break was a priority for me I wound up at the Cincinnati International Airport to get a flight to New England.

And I was getting in line to check in at the desk at the terminal. You know, keep in mind, this is 1995. Okay, so pre-9-11 procedures are in effect here, you know, much less security. Uh, there's, there was no such thing as online check-in that sort of thing. Well, I'm standing in line and I hear my name being called this attractive girl and her friend are running up to me. Now, I know her from my dorm. I wouldn't say we were close friends, but we knew each other. You know, we'd hung out a time or two. And I should say, I truly mean hung out. Okay. That's not a code word for sex. Okay.

We really just hung out a few times in like a group. Well, she runs up to me and says, hey, do you want to come to the Bahamas with us? I remember taking a moment to process what was just said to me. And like I was, I was figuring it was a joke or just, you know, playful banter. And I was like, what are you talking about? And she said something like, we have an extra ticket because our friend got sick and can't go. We rented a house so you wouldn't have to pay for anything. It's all paid for. It would be you and seven girls. You heard that right, listeners.

I was just invited to go to the Bahamas for free for spring break and spend the week with seven college girls, seven. Now, again, this was pre 9-11. So there, you know, there wouldn't be as many hurdles to clear in order to make this happen. Nowadays, I, I doubt I could just, you know, take another person's plane ticket and go on a trip. I think, you know, there'd be a whole lot more involved, but this, at this stage of history, this was doable, but I didn't do it. That's right.

My listeners, I turned down a free trip to the Bahamas with seven girls, seven college girls, so that I could go visit my family in New England. This was no doubt a once-in-a-lifetime chance, and I threw it away. even my dad and my mom for that for that reason for that yeah even even my dad and my mom both said i was a dumb ass for turning that down. And it bugs me to this day as a 47 year old man. Now that's, that's something I could look back on. Had I done that and, and thought, wow, I did some wild, crazy shit back in the day, man, I live life to the fullest, but I didn't.

And that is one of the reasons I ended up with Eva in the lifestyle, you know, not necessarily that trip, but just in general, I wanted to look back when I got older and I wanted to say wow what a wild ride and I'm happy to inform you that even if Eva and I ended our lifestyle journey tomorrow after about three years in it. I could say that now. I could say, man, I did some crazy stuff back in my 40s. And it feels awesome to be able to say that. And I have the lifestyle to thank for that.

so now that you probably think I am a dumbass for that college decision, let me share a lifestyle story with you. I suppose before I start, I should say this. So far, if you've been an avid listener of this podcast, you may have realized that most of the stories that I share tend to be negative ones, like complaints even. Well, I want to sure, I want to assure you that our lifestyle journey has for the most part been amazing and overall very positive. It's just the negative stories those are the more fun ones those are the more uh story worthy episodes so please understand that okay i i don't share a whole lot of the positive stuff because uh it would just be like uh yeah we we met this awesome couple we got together we had sex had sex, it was a lot of fun, story over. You know, not much to it. But it's the one that have, it's the stories that have, like, negative things or learning experiences.

Those seem to be the more interesting episodes, okay, the interesting stories to share with you you. So that's why I'm doing it. So if you're ever wondering, you know, man, this guy, he just complains and complains about his lifestyle stuff. Not the case. All right. Not the case at all. We've had an absolutely fantastic time.

These are just the, the stories that, that, uh, even I thought would be fun to share okay so story time this took place around halloween of 2022 we'd been chatting well i'd been chatting with with a guy you know half of a couple and they seemed pretty new to the lifestyle and I have to say that she was absolutely smoking hot if I like absolutely had to rank the the hotness level of this girl in in comparison to others that I've met in the lifestyle she is without a doubt in the top three of the hottest women i have ever slept with totally out of my league i had absolutely no business being in like even in the running with this girl she was about 15 years younger than me, and she was tall.

5'11", I believe, if I remember correctly. And me, I'm only 5'7", on a good day. Anyway, all my chatting was with the dude who I'm going to call Keith from this point on. Keith and Kayla, we'll go with. So keith and kayla they're the couple um so all my chatting was with keith and we seem to be you know hitting it off but deep down i thought there is no way that this young, tall, early 30-something hottie is going to want anything to do with a short, bald dude in his mid to late 40s. Not going to happen. You know, most of my interactions were with him.

So for all I know, he never even showed a picture of me to her. Well, they were fairly new to the lifestyle i think i said but they did have some experiences with some uh consensual uh non-monogamous non-monogamous stuff later she uh kayla told me that she had met a guy or two at a hotel with Keith's blessing, but I'll get more into that later. After a lot of conversation and a lot of chatting, it finally worked out that we were actually going to meet.

At the time champagne had just opened a new uh club like a physical club in the columbus ohio area and we really wanted to check that out it's about about 90 minutes i would say a 90 minute drive for eva I to get to the Columbus area and Keith and Kayla lived about 45 minutes north of Columbus so it seemed like a pretty logical plan to to meet in the Columbus area. Champagne was having their annual Halloween party, and we figured, you know, this might be a good opportunity to check out a new club, have fun at a Halloween party, and hang out with a new couple. This was also.

Allowing to stop the recording. Okay picking up the recording again. Sorry about that. You know I record this in a house with other people. And I don't have like a secure area to do it. so I have to be careful about who comes around the corner so anyway this is all um this is all taking place before the implementation of Eva's rule or I should say our rule you know I just I just said Eva's rule because she's the one who at first insisted on it. And that rule is that we don't meet and play on the first date. Vanilla dinner or drinks first, then we set up another date to play.

But this was prior to that, you know, prior to that, the the establishment of that rule so the assumption was we were going to meet party and then head back to our room our hotel room to play about a week before keith dropped a small bomb on me and i i knew they were tall i didn't realize how tall i forget how it came up but keith let me know that he was six foot nine you don't realize how tall six foot nine is until you actually meet someone who is six foot nine in person he was massive and i have to say eva was intrigued i mean she had never been with someone that tall before and a little secret about eva while i'm thinking about it she does not like to be in charge in the bedroom.

The way she explains it is that she finds herself being in charge all the time in her vanilla life. She owns a business and makes in-charge decisions constantly. She also handles our personal finances. she's also the oldest of several siblings and is in charge of helping to care for her mother.

So when she's in the bedroom, you know, I don't want to say she wants to be manhandled, but she prefers that the guy be in charge so she can just focus on enjoying it and and maybe manhandled is a decent choice of words but uh eva is amazing in the bedroom okay she'll she'll pretty much do whatever okay just tell her what to do or ask her what to do and she'll do it you know or just move her where you want her to be i i guess the word i might be looking for is submissive but i'm not sure i don't know too much about the actual meaning of that word in the bedroom um that it just seems a bit too strong.

Well, with Keith, Eva expected to kind of be moved around a lot, you know, maybe manhandled a little bit. Eva is only five foot four. So playing with someone who is, uh, six foot nine, that was an interesting idea. The evening started off on a little bit of a bumpy note. The dude misread my text when I told him what hotel we would be staying at, because he wanted to book a room at the same one, so when we returned, we'd already be back at the place where all four of us would be spending the night.

When we were ready to leave the restaurant, we texted each other and agreed to meet in the lobby so that we could carpool and go to the restaurant together. Even I sat in the lobby and waited for about 10 minutes and something was just not right. After a few more texts where we both said we were in the lobby, we figured it out. We were in two different lobbies at two different hotels. The Columbus, Ohio area is huge. If you are not from the area and have never been there, I'm going to tell you it's bigger than you think. I believe it is ranked number 14 in the country in terms of population.

And from what I've heard, it's growing at an astounding rate. So there are tons of hotels. And Keith just misread my message and booked a room at the wrong hotel. No big deal. Eva hopped in the car. Eva and I hopped in the car, I should say. And we headed to a restaurant, which was close to their hotel. Now, up until this point, I figured that the height difference wasn't anything major. well we walked in and i just remembered thinking holy crap keith and kayla were already there when we arrived so when we walked in he stood up and holy crap this guy was huge, massive, okay, so freaking tall.

And she got up too and came over to me to give me a hug. And it was different, okay, to like have her bend down to hug me, okay. And let me tell you, she was stunningly beautiful. Okay. At that moment, I still couldn't believe she was interested in, uh, hanging out with me deep down. I thought she's going to back out when the time comes. Uh, dinner was great. We had a lot of fun. Okay. this couple was so nice so fun it was just a great time very enjoyable i was like i can't believe this girl hasn't shown any signs of backing out yet no i have i have so much self-confidence don't't I?

Anyways, we were ready to head over to the hotel. Not to the hotel, I apologize. To the club. And it was a Halloween party, so we had to get into our costumes. So first, we met at the hotel.

We met back at our hotel to do that so i'm imagine a person of keith's size that that he might have trouble finding costumes that fit him so he wore just a big pajama like a big pajama type onesie and it was a it was a dog and then kayla wore a cruella de vil costume with get with get this okay high heels so it made her well over six feet tall and that made things just a tad bit more awkward but she went all out on her costume okay it was legit she mentioned at one point that she spent over a hundred bucks on it and it was pretty sweet now Eva and I we had a kick-ass couples costume she was a sexy butterfly and I was the butterfly catcher okay I had the whole get up right khaki shirt with like a like a fishing type vest uh i carried a butterfly net and i wore a brimmed hat you know almost like a safari type hat we were very proud of our costumes we put a lot of like time and and thought into them to be honest uh quick side story while i'm thinking of it just just because i like to complain they have a costume contest at these events and even though we looked freaking awesome and there were plenty of other awesome costumes as well you know what won a couple dressed as superman and Woman, but he wasn't even in a Superman's outfit.

He wore like a, uh, I guess it was a Clark Kent costume. He wore Clark Kent glasses with a white dress shirt unbuttoned. So you can see a Superman t-shirt underneath and hers just looked like a store-bought Wonder Woman costume. It was just very underwhelming. And I wish that you could actually see our couple's costume because it kicked so much ass. And there were so many other great costumes too. But this generic couple one that, you know, Clark Kent and Wonder Woman, it was just very disappointing. But anyway, back to the main story.

Before we think about it, couple one that you know Clark Kent and Wonder Woman it was just very disappointing but anyway back to the main story before we left the hotel it became clear that Keith was a heavy heavy drinker foreshadowing foreshadowing and I don't know if he was you know in general a heavy a heavy, heavy drinker, but he was a heavy, heavy drinker that night. Now, the hotel offered a shuttle to the club, which was very, very convenient. We loved it. There was no need for any of us to pay for an Uber, no need for either of us to drive.

We could all drink without any worry about transportation. It was so nice. To the club. It was our first time at this club. So we got the lay of the land. You know, we talked to a few other people we knew, and we had some drinks. Now, I want to comment about the club. It has since closed down Okay. I, and I don't know why I don't remember the story behind it, but it only stayed open for about a year. So it's no longer open. Um, I know they shifted exclusively to putting on hotel takeovers, but one of the things that both Eva and I hated about this club was the co-ed restrooms.

I'll never forget standing at a urinal, peeing, with a woman standing right next to me, talking to her friend like it was nothing. It was just very awkward to me. And Eva hated it as well, saying that she wanted more privacy. You know, if she needed to like, you know, adjust her outfit or something, she wanted some privacy other than just a stall.

So if any club owners out there hear this, if you're planning to have co-ed restrooms, put some walls up or something so people can have some privacy, you know, not just inside a stall or don't have co-ed restrooms but back to the party we just did you know just a lot of talking and Keith especially did a lot of drinking a lot of drinking I'm pretty sure he was drunk before we even left the hotel you know and and this was not a turn on for eva plus neither of them liked to dance and we eva and i we love to dance eva was able to convince uh keith to get on the dance floor with her, and he kind of just stood there while she did all the work.

And that's that's some more foreshadowing for you. And I was able to get Kayla on the on the dance floor just for a few minutes. Not a dancer. Definitely not. She humored me because I love to be out there dancing, but, um never really touchy-feely or physically flirtatious the entire night. Like, even on the dance floor, we just weren't that touchy-feely or flirty just at all.

at the end of the night we got back in the shuttle and Eva went to the back with keith and i sat more towards the front with kayla now apparently eva and keith had a hell of a time making out the whole trip back to the hotel he was fingering her and fondling her and ev Eva was apparently dripping wet, which Keith commented on. Now, Kayla and I, we just talked, and we somehow got on the subject of how when you kiss someone, you can tell if it feels right. So she invited me to kiss her and boy, did it feel right. So, uh, we got up to the hotel room.

Uh, this is our hotel, by the way, we got to our hotel room and did a lot more talking and a lot more drinking. Well, again, Keith did at least. I mean, he was just pounding him. I just, yeah. He was getting pretty hammered, and I was worried that he'd pass out before any spicy stuff happened. I mean, he was slurring his speech. He was not very steady on his feet. So we were all just sitting there talking, and at one point, Kayla, uh, went to the bathroom and she started like prepping, uh, prepping herself at the sink, like fixing her hair and her makeup.

Um, and I decided to walk over and kind of flirt with her. Um, you know, I don't know, you know, tell her how hot she was looking you know how much fun i was having you know nothing major that that kind of stuff so we talked for like just about a minute at least that's what it seemed and that's all eva and keith needed because when i walked back out to the room eva already had her top and bra off and was on top of Keith kissing him. I told Kayla something like, well, that didn't take long. And she was like, oh, wow.

She then said, I really wish we had the same hotel so you and I could just go back to our own room. So it was obvious to me at that point that they had never played in the same room before. In fact, later I learned we were the first actual couple that they had ever played with. Now, remember, they were pretty new, you know, new to the lifestyle. And as far as I know, they had each played separately a few times. Well, I forget how it started, but I remember, uh, kissing her by the sink and having to stand on my tiptoes. That was, uh, different, let's just say.

Uh, then, a couple minutes uh she led me to uh the other bed you know opposite of eva and keith and she insisted we get under the sheets like all the way under like like a tent like underneath. And I think, I think it was just because she felt uncomfortable playing right next to Eva and Keith. You know, it was just something that, that she wasn't used to. And that was fine because we immediately started kissing and shedding clothes. Eva once said, uh, kind of an interesting thought about height differences. She said, it doesn't matter once you're both lying down. And you know what?

She was right. I no longer, like it never even crossed my mind that I was with this girl who was much taller than me. So we were still making out and almost completely naked when she stopped me and told me something. She said she was just finishing up her time of the month and there might be a little blood. And she said she was afraid to tell me because she was having so much fun and didn't want to ruin the evening. Then she said something I'll never forget. She said, but I will suck your dick all night if you want. I told her that was hot, but unnecessary.

I said I would still like to fuck her if she was okay with it. I just wasn't interested in, uh, performing any oral sex. And that was fine by her. so we went through around and really really enjoyed ourselves and then we stayed you know under our our tent and we just talked meanwhile Keith and Eva were still going at it but I noticed something because I peeked out of out of our tent a few times Keith had not moved he had laid down on his back and hadn't moved the entire time. Eva was doing all the work and Keith just I think just had too damn much to drink.

Now after a while of talking we we suddenly heard outside of our tent that Eva and Keith had gone to the bathroom together, and we heard the shower turn on. They were, I guess, going to take a shower together. Okay, that's fine. Unexpected, but that was totally fine. Meanwhile, I had regrouped and rested and was ready for round two.

And this time, she rode me, and let me me tell you those long legs were just absolutely spectacular there's not a whole lot more to tell about this story they ended up leaving our room around 4 a.m they took an uber to get back to their hotel we felt bad but it was ke Keith's error that resulted in them having a room at another hotel. It would have been way more convenient, way more nice if they had just been able to walk out the door down the hallway to their own room. But because of that blunder, they had to get an Uber.

Now, I'm going to fast forward a bit here eva told me about her shower with keith they got in the shower and you know we they had just been in a dark bedroom so you know not a lot of light but now they're in the in the bathroom where it's very bright And Keith tells Eva, wow, your ass is gigantic. Eva, thinking she misheard, asked him to repeat what he said, and he said, yeah, you have a giant ass. Now, there are plenty of women out there, I am sure, who would be flattered by that comment. You know, just love and appreciate that kind of comment. Eva is not one of those women. She was insulted.

She was already self-conscious about her body, especially when, you know when Keith's wife had a supermodel's body. And for the record, I'm not dissing my wife, okay? Or I guess the new phrase is throwing shade. I'm not throwing shade at my wife, okay? I actually prefer Eva's body type. I'm just trying to paint a picture of what Kayla's body looked like. So she was already self-conscious, and hearing that was not something she wanted to hear. She felt really bad about herself. At the time, Eva said she would give Keith another shot. She knew how much I wanted to see Kayla again.

She acknowledged it might have been the alcohol that brought out that kind of statement from Keith. But she was also quick to point out that alcohol can be a truth serum of sorts. And he was speaking what he really thought she also told me about how he really didn't move the entire time he just laid there eva did absolutely all the work like he didn't there was no other position it was just eva on top and that was it. She did not like that at all, and understandably. But again, she was willing to give him another shot, figuring he just drank too much.

They're a fun couple, going to give him a shot again. So we kept in close contact with them for a while. They kept saying how much fun they had and couldn't wait to do it again and kayla even started chatting with me separately somehow some way this girl seemed really into me somehow so we planned another play date but unfortunately eva ended up getting sick and we had to cancel, like, the day before. And we booked a hotel in Columbus. Unfortunately, Eva ended up getting sick and we had to cancel, like, the day before. And we booked a hotel in Columbus.

Thankfully, we were able to get our money back. So when I started talking about rescheduling, Eva informed me that the more she thought about it and the more time went on, the less excited she was about seeing Keith again. The sex was just not good, and she was still having a very hard time getting over the insulting comment he made. she still understood that alcohol probably played a very significant role, but she couldn't bring herself to be excited. So, I didn't want that, okay? I always want Eva to be 100% comfortable and excited about a play date.

So I decided, or we decided, that it was just in our best interest to end things. So I was forced to break the news to Keith and Kayla. I decided to tell just Kayla and to tell her the absolute absolute truth i wanted i wanted them to know exactly why we weren't going to see them again so i told her about the comment that keith had made and kayla insisted adamantly that the comment was made uh simply because he was drunk and that it was actually a compliment. It was something that he actually told Kayla all the time, that her ass was gigantic.

But I explained that Eva was just not feeling the vibe anymore. But Eva did grant me permission to meet with Kayla separately. So I asked her about that. I had told her that one of my biggest fantasies was to meet a woman at a hotel for a sexy rendezvous. And she surprisingly seemed all in, like she was up for it. So she said she'd get back to me with, with some possible dates. So we kept chatting, but the dates never came. I ended up proposing several and every time she was too busy and she would actually be specific. She wouldn't just say, sorry, I'm too busy.

She would actually list the things that she had to do. So I was inclined to believe her. Now, normally I'd say it was a, you know, I'd say this was a brush off or a polite way of letting me down, but she kept chatting with me, kept chatting, kept chatting. So I proposed dates again. I figured what did I have to lose? But again, too busy, too busy. I finally ended up telling her that it was up to her. Okay. When she knew I was ready, she knew I was willing, she knew I was able. So all she had to do was give me a date and I would be there.

I was even willing to drive the two and a half hours to her area so she wouldn't even have to drive far. Now, I hope that didn't sound like it reeked of desperation, but that's how we left it. We chatted for quite some time. I think I would say several months. And even if we'd have like a lull in the conversation, you know, we'd go like a week or two, she'd be back on there and we'd chat again, you know, touching base. I really enjoyed chatting with her. But then one day, suddenly, she stopped responding. And I have this rule, okay, this personal rule I have. I will always send the last text.

If I am no longer interested in someone, I'll send a message indicating that in some way. But if I was still interested, I would always keep the chat alive and send the last text. I'd always be the last one sending the text. So if somebody else that I was talking to wanted to end things, that would be on them. They would either have to say it or they would have to stop responding to me and not respond to my last text.

and i believe that's what she finally did she just stopped responding and i i admit that after about a month or two i did reach out again just to say hello and see you know how she was doing but she never even opened the message so what did we learn from all this height doesn't matter when you are laying down with someone that's for sure but also alcohol can make or break an evening and it can even ruin a long-term friendship with benefits even before it starts my, if you are meeting a couple for the very first time, don't get totally plastered. You know, we want you to have a good time, okay?

We want you to have a good time, but we also want to know the real you. And we can't do that if you can hardly stand up drunk off your ass i always wonder if we'd still be hanging out with them if keith hadn't got so damn wasted that night maybe he would have put forth some effort in bed and maybe he would not have insulted eva we'll never know but But I tell you what, Kayla made me feel like a king. I felt like a damn king. You know, I, I somehow slept with a woman I had no business sleeping with, and it was a major boost to my self-confidence.

For a guy who suffers from low self-confidence, this was a huge deal for me. It was kind of like a turning point for me because I began to think better of myself. At least a little. I'm still not a very confident person when it comes to my looks. But it was really nice.

It was so nice to feel wanted by a woman like Kayla even Eva commented about the change that she saw in me I just I just held myself higher in some way that Eva picked up on somehow so I obviously would have loved to have seen Kayla again but it just wasn't in the cards I just wish she could have told me you know like just be honest with me and you know tell me she's no longer interested instead she just stopped checking her messages altogether but the thing is at some point in our chat Here we go. longer interested. Instead, she just stopped checking her messages altogether.

But the thing is, at some point in our chat, we became Facebook friends as well. So I still see her posts. And I think she still sees mine on Facebook. At least I assume. I haven't been unfriended yet. So I I haven't completely given up hope, which is fine because I shouldn't say that. I should say I have completely given up hope. I have completely given up hope. I don't think she'll ever reach out again to me, and that is fine because I've moved on, actually, And I've met another lady who I consider top three and I hope to talk about in a future episode.

When you met someone as fucking awesome as the woman I met recently, you don't really think about that stuff anymore and again i i hope to explain this in a future episode i have some amazing lifestyle adventures planned in the next few weeks so i hope to tell you all about those soon i hope you enjoyed this episode of evan swings and i hope you come back and listen again sometime and maybe even tell some people like some other people about this podcast.
