I'm having difficulty w chat...the "Live Virtual Social" Page/Room opens - slowly but it does open but any subsequent page/room fails to open.
Web Site Issues AGAIN
Our biggest problem for a long time, is getting any MINOR changes to our profile past the approval board. Adding or deleting a single line of text, seems to take several days to get approved. :(
Ahhhh .... it's the old 'it is an issue on your end with your device' response!! We think they teach that response at SLS Customer Support training school. It's been wow, almost a month now that we have not been able to get into chat. We've been told to clear cache so many times I think it's ready for a cache colonoscopy for gods sake. We've tried the standing on one foot while hitting the chat button while saying a novena at the same time suggestion...nope... although we did think we noticed the spinning blue circle spinning a little faster. We've tried all suggestions, Firefox, Chrome, Edge. We're told well we just logged onto chat using your profile and no problems...wait for it.. 'it is an issue on your end with your device'. It was suggested that we might want to contact our ISP. Yeah I'm sure ATT is definitely the issue. We never have in the past used my iPad but just for shits and giggles we tried to see what would happen if we tried to get into chat. To my shock and awe we got right into chat!!! we even chatted with friends who wondered where in the heck we've been. We've used my iPad now for like the last 4 days. The reason I am writing this post now is that I just tried logging onto chat using my iPad....just exactly like I have the past 4 days, doing nothing different mind you, and it will no longer connect to chat Have I given up?? Oh yeah. It's truly pointless to put in a ticket about chat anymore. I feel for Wayne actually. He's just the guy who takes the heat. Wayne I do appreciate the correspondence, and I'm thrilled to death that our profile works on your end, but that does me very little and I'm only guessing here but I highly doubt you want us sitting in your living room using our profile on your end in order to use chat. I do get messages on the main site and that's pretty much has become our chat.

<p>I provide support for the web browser version of the website. I am not aware of any issues with attendee lists on the web browser version of the site. Also, using the web browser version of the site, you should always be able to respond to tickets. There should be a "Send Reply" button at the bottom of each ticket. If you are not seeing that, it is an issue on your end with your device. That could be caused by your screen resolution settings or maybe if you are using larger than normal text. We kind of gave up at this point as there is no meaningful way to get issues addressed. I downloaded the app update for shits & giggles to see if anything was done with it. Same issues persist so I attempted a support ticket and was told that the update fixed the issue (when trying to see Who's Attending" for an event it goes into an infiniate loading loop). No, no it hasn't. However, there is no way to reply to the the support message and let them know. I could create a new ticket, but I suppose I'd get the same "It's fixed" reply. It's futile. Wayne answers here from time to time, but he's not on the dev team so it's basically to offer suggestions or workarounds. This is one of the only sites I know of that gets worse with each supposed update!

At risk of Jinxing things, the site has been working well for us lately, it's stable and very responsive. We don't use the chat room, just messaging, we get emails from party organizers, the Who ViewedMe page works and Hot Dates too. Whatever you're feeding the hampsters, buy more! M

3/2/2022 - Well here's an interesting update.... I signed on today.....clicked on chat. and I'll be damned.... I got right into chat!!!! After 5 days!! I have no idea why I got in and I have no idea how long I will be able to stay in chat. Who knows....I may try yo get into chat tonight or tomorrow and find I'll go another 5 days without being able to get in.
Do any of you fine people have issues with chat?? I keep getting 'Network Disconnected' every time I try to log onto it. I haven't gotten into chat for 4 days!! Support tells me it must be something on my end because chat is fine. PLEASE HELP!!!!!
Chat hasn’t worked the past couple days either. Of all the websites in the universe, damn Russia pick this one to attack.

The last two mornings nothing but problems trying to get past the main page. Numerous Error messages. Heck it even took a while to get the Web section on the forums to load so I could post this.
